Amenez toute la famille ou 30 amis et séjournez au 1003 Ariola Drive. Cette maison offre 11 chambres, 8. 5 salles de bain, piscine privée (peut être chauffée pour seulement 45 $ plus taxes par jour) et un accès facile aux magnifiques plages de sable blanc de Pensacola Beach.

1003 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

L'accès à la plage est à seulement 100 'à l'ouest de la maison et offre une vue magnifique sur le sable et le surf. Il y a de grands porches couverts sur le côté sud de la maison face au golfe et sur le côté nord de la maison donnant sur la piscine.

Il y a quatre chambres king qui ont toutes une salle de bain privée. Il y a quatre chambres doubles avec lit queen dont trois avec salle de bain privée. La 4ème chambre double queen partage une salle de bain avec les trois chambres doubles lits jumeaux. Il y a deux espaces de vie qui ont tous deux de grands téléviseurs à écran plat. Les 11 chambres ont une télévision à écran plat.

La cour arrière dispose d'une piscine privée avec beaucoup d'espace de pont. Pour seulement 45 $ (par jour plus taxes) la piscine privée peut être chauffée! La cour arrière a également un bar tiki idéal pour se divertir au bord de la piscine avec deux barbecues à gaz. Si les boissons surgelées sont votre truc, la machine à glace commerciale dans la buanderie vous gardera dans la glace pendant tout votre séjour.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion! The pool gave us the option to relax at the house, and it was great for our small children who can't handle the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Love the covered parking under the house to keep our vehicles from being so hot! Great experience! We will definitely keep this in mind for future family reunions!

Summer of fun 2026

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time staying in this house and it’s always so clean, stocked and organized when we arrive. The location is great for the beach and to walk to church 2 doors down. The house has 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezer units, 2 washers and 2 dryers. The industrial ice maker is always a big positive. And the private pool is great for our group. We did call about a couple of minor things and maintenance was at the house the next morning. The rental company is very professional and easy to work with. I wish this house had an elevator with our aging couples, but that’s the only negative in this huge home!

We had a really great experience at this property and plan on renting this property for our family trip again next year. The management company was excellent and handled a few minor issues promptly. We had a great experience with this rental and it fit every need we had for a family Group of 17 ranging from 65 years old to 1 yr old.

Beach thanksgiving

We had our family Thanksgiving at the beach. This house is perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen for cooking all together. This is our second stay in this sane house and it’s perfect, so close to the beach and also having pool. We would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again! Family time at its finest!

What a beautiful house! We had family come in from 4 different States and this house more than accommodated all of us. We all enjoy being able to be in the same house and the main level of this house made it possible for us to create many new memories! It’s the perfect location from the beach and restaurants and activities are a trolley ride away. We will definitely rent this house again!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Great for big families

This home is great for big families! Very spacious and enough for adults and kiddos. We needed the pool heated and they accommodated very nice and efficiently. Washer and dryer was not working properly and there was a handle in the first floor closet that was falling off.

Great for family reunion

We’ve been to several different places for our summer family reunion. This was by far the best! Everyone’s favorite. Plenty of room with great bedrooms. Great beach access. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Great kitchen setup and plenty of cooking “resources”(pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.) The ice machine was a very appreciated icing on the cake. Definitely hope.to return!

We have a big group with multiple houses, but the Starfish house is a favorite. It’s big enough for 5 families and grown children, location is great, and the ice maker is a big plus. We were excited to see a 2nd washer and dryer added this year! We had a few maintenance issues, but Paradise homes had everything taken care of within a few hours of each call! We will be back!

11 Great Years in the Starfish House

The addition of the 2 oversize washers & 2 oversize dryers made doing laundry so much easier!!! The new pavers around the pool area look great!! The property management team was quickly responsive to a can opener need & fixing a toilet!!! My only request would be an eating area around the pool & on the front porch. 2 picnic tables would be perfect. Thanks for all the memories 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion with 29 people and it fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the beach was close and it was all very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if there was some sort of shade area down by the pool and better knives. Loved the ice machine and having two refrigerators.FYI - you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this home for an extended family Thanksgiving getaway. The home was perfect for 12 adults and 13 children, including an upstairs play area for the kids. With the pool heated, the beach just across the street and a playground a block away, there was something for all ages. The home was clean and cozy with tvs and bathrooms for all. The kitchen was amply stocked with enough cookware for all of our meals and a Thanksgiving feast. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Enjoyable Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of friends rented this house and had such a good time. The home is very spacious and is great for a large group of adults due to the 11 rooms, many bathrooms, and large kitchen. The beach access is very close and we enjoyed sunning and swimming by day then retiring to the pool in the evening and making use of the grills for dinner. I don’t believe we have any significant complaints. We’re hoping to do this again next year! Thanks for a great weekend.

A great week in a great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for a large family vacation. We had 22 total guests (14 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 3 to 11). The upstairs was fantastic with a large center area with a large sectional and 85" or 100" flat screen smart tv. Perfect evening wind down time. Bedrooms branch off this main room for the parents. Downstairs had plenty of bedrooms for grandparents, aunts, and uncles with no kids. House is well appointed with 2 coffee pots, 2 refrigerators 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryer sets, and in great shape. Pool area is very nice. If we could add one thing, it might be a table and chairs with an umbrella in the pool area. But we realize that can be a challenge with strong breezes at the beach. It's a great house...our family loved it so much, we've booked it already for next year.

Great Group Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for what our group needed. Three couples with their six kids took over the upstairs; lots of room! The other adults all enjoyed the four main floor bedrooms/baths. The large kitchen/eating area could accomodate everyone at the same time. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a commercial size ice maker. The large pool/deck was thoroughly enjoyed every day and the uncrowded beach was only a two minute walk away. The few small concerns we had were promptly addressed by the maintenance personnel. We also appreciated having the trash bins moved to/from the street twice while we were there. This was a great accomodation for our large group!
