Cette propriété est disponible pour les locations du dimanche au dimanche en été. La vue parfaite! Maison neuve construite en 2018! Cette belle nouvelle maison située au 1007 Ariola Drive peut accueillir jusqu'à 28 personnes et dispose d'une piscine privée attrayante!

1007 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Entrez dans un salon et une cuisine incroyablement spacieux, avec des siĂšges pour tous les membres de votre famille et vos amis. La cuisine comprend deux lave-vaisselle, deux rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs, deux fours, une cuisiniĂšre, un four micro-ondes et des machines ïżœïżœ glaçons sous le comptoir. Cette maison est la location de vacances ultime! "Follow Seas" est l'endroit idĂ©al pour votre mariage, vos vacances ou votre rĂ©union de famille.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous entrerez dans une grande cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger. Dirigez-vous vers l'escalier et trouvez une chambre king avec salle de bain attenante, face au golfe, ainsi qu'une chambre avec deux lits queen et salle de bain attenante donnant sur la piscine. Il y a aussi une demi-bain située à ce niveau.

Le deuxiÚme étage offre un espace de vie supplémentaire avec une grande télévision à écran plat, un bar, et six chambres supplémentaires. Quatre des six chambres sont situées aux quatre coins supérieurs de la maison. Il y a une chambre king face au golfe, ainsi que trois chambres d'angle supplémentaires avec deux lits queen chacune. Chaque chambre d'angle a une salle de bain attenante. Face à la piscine, vous trouverez les deux chambres superposées supplémentaires, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e sous la maison dispose d'un espace bar disponible pour des Ă©vĂ©nements. Cette zone est uniquement disponible pour les mariages et autres Ă©vĂ©nements. The proximity to the beach was great because we simply had to walk across the street and we were on beach sand! The pool is even better than it looks in the pictures! We did not love a 5pm check in time and we would have loved to use the little room space by the pool, but in 7 days every other bit of our stay was perfect!! The management company even came and set our trash out for pickup for us:). Our large family has done many beach vacations together and this is definitely our favorite house!!

Huge, well equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 gas grills, even 2 stacked washer/dryers. And an ice maker. Lots of seating on the two Gulf-facing decks. No fussy decorations.Paradise Beach Homes provided extraordinary customer service.My only disappointment (being a California eco-freak) is that there is no longer a recycling bin for street pickup - you have to transport it to a bin behind the rental office. NBD, though. I realize many don’t care.We enjoyed the very clean pool, the simple bar opening to the pool area and the spacious carport. Hot shower outside is an added frill.Gulf view is unobstructed, as the lot across the street is vacant.Ten stars!

Family Trip

My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!

Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

WOW! What an incredible vacation home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting with Paradise Beach Homes, and the entire experience was fantastic! We have been going to Pemsacola the last 15 years and this was by far the best home we've stayed in. We already booked again for next Labor Day! If your considering Pensacola as your next vacation destination, be sure to rent from Paradise, and give "Following Seas" a try if you have a big group!!

Fantastic Spot for Beach Retreat!

This property is spacious, well equipped, and lives large. The two balconies are perfect for hanging out in good company and enjoying the views. All bathrooms are very clean with nice finishes throughout. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers make for functional success. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had 26 adults staying in the house and would rent it again!
