Really enjoyed our stay - it was exactly as advertised! The location was super convenient and the place was kept immaculately. Ryan, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property and we will hopefully be back ourselves!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family! We loved how close we were to the trail, beach, boardwalk and outlets and rode our bikes every day to the beach. Highly recommend and and hope to return next year!

Our week here was wonderful. The house had everything our family of 6 needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and had the essentials (spices, sugar) that we needed. It worked well for making meals and we loved sitting around the kitchen table together eating and playing cards. The screened in porch was a benefit too. The bedrooms are on the first and third floor, which gave us separate areas for our extended family. The chairs, coolers, and umbrellas made beach visits easy. (We were prohibited from using our beach tent on most beaches, so the umbrellas were especially useful.) The location of the house was perfect - close to many shops, restaurants, biking trails. It was quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely return.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite spot was the back screened in porch. Close to the beach, boardwalk and outlets. We would highly recommend this location.

Fabulous week!

The place was exactly as described and perfectly clean! It was a great place to stay with very comfortable beds, an easy to cook in kitchen, screened in porch perfect for a nightcap and wonderful amenities. Could not have asked for anything more!

We’ve been renting Ryan’s property for several years and always look forward to our planning our return. This rental has everything you could possibly need and or that were very grateful…minimizing the need to pack the “extras”.

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. We had plenty of room for 8 family members. Very clean, light and bright, and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and the washer dryer was a huge perk.

5 star is not enough to give for this place. Great location, newly renovated. Everything was provided by way of chairs towels etc. Excellent communication on the part of the realtor.

Beautiful townhome with everything you could possibly need provided for you. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal including spices. The house was very clean and everything functioned as expected. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed this place and had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

The condo was beautiful. The neighborhood is clean and new. It is located across the street from a grocery store and outlets and is only minutes from multiple beaches. The property manager had excellent communication with us and we had a wonderful time here. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend this property!

Immaculate and beautiful

Comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful, and immaculately clean home. The only very slight drawback is that it’s not closer to the beach—but the upside of that is that there isn’t sand in everything! Owner was friendly, organized, communicative, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Rehoboth Beach sun!

We had a wonderful stay at this gem in Rehoboth Beach! Ryan is a very attentive host who has seen to every detail to make sure his guests have a comfortable stay. The townhouse is very spacious and clean!! We truly appreciated the city parking pass and separate bathrooms with each bedroom. We loved the bikes and used them to explore the Junction and Breakwater trail. The pool is very nice too! We can't wait for our next visit!

Inaugural weekend stay

Spent a short, early-season weekend in this brand-new, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable house. The friendly owners have paid extra close attention to detail, providing all amenities a guest could want. As a result, the house has a real home-away-from-home feeling, great to share with friends and family without the sacrifice of any comforts. It is located near Route 1, but far back enough not to be bothered by the noise and traffic. You'll want to have a car, though the beach can be reached in a 30-minute walk. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Home, Perfect Location, Great Owner

Ryan’s home is beautiful, spotless, and spacious. It is well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. It is perfectly located off of Route 1 close to all the outlets, restaurants and beaches. Had everything we wanted, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable bed with linens, nice towels, Smart TV, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Ryan, the owner was great to work with and communicate with. He always responded quickly to any questions that we had. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Ryan and his beautiful home in Rehoboth Crossing. We will tell our family and friends about his lovely home. It was a perfect home, perfect location, and a perfect get-a-way. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home again. Ryan, thank you for providing such a beautiful, clean place for us to stay. We had a wonderful time!

We’ve been renting this property for 10 years and are always planning ahead for the next summer season. If you’re looking for a property to rent, this is THE ONE! All you need to bring is yourself and a wardrobe…everything else is provided…the property owner has thought of everything (if you need it, he has it)!
