Welcome to our beautiful Rehoboth Beach House. Our 3 bedroom 3.5 Bathroom home is located in Rehoboth Crossing, a private community with a pool, clubhouse, parking, and private trail access. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house that has 2 master suites with 2 King Beds. It's also has 2 adult sized bunk beds with full beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. This house is a 5 minute drive to the beach or a 10 minute bike ride. Easy walking distance to Outlets.


Bicycle Liability Waiver:
You understand that the use of bicycles is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with bicycling. You agree to use helmets while operating the bicycles provide by the owner. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the bicycles at the property and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the use of bicycles may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person bicycling if a person has health risks, or if a person or uses the bicycles while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the owners bicycles. All VRBO Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.



-The guest have access to the entire 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house

-Parking - The house has a parking pad that will fit 2 cars. Do not park on the street your vehicle will be towed. Do not park vehicles inside garage. There is also a large overflow lot behind the CVS and Outback Steakhouse towards the middle of the development so parking should never be a concern.

-The Community Pool - The pool is located in the southeast section of the community adjacent to the club house. Access the pool area using the electronic key-fob. Please note that all parking spaces outside of the pool area require a valid parking pass. The pool is seasonal and opens Memorial Day to Labor Day. The parking pass, pool key fob and clubhouse key is located on the wall next to the entry door. Please return to wall when finished using.

-Clubhouse & Gym - Relax in the clubhouse or use the gym. Located next to the pool and open year round 5:00 am until 12:00 am daily.

-Junction and Breakwater Trail - The Junction and Breakwater trail runs behind the complex, you will have access to this magnificent 6.4 mile pine-studded rail-trail using the combination lock found on the private community gate. Enjoy this trail which runs from Gills Neck Road in Lewes to the Rehoboth Beach and provides a perfect nature retreat. The trail is mostly crushed stone, except for the last 0.2 mile near Rehoboth, when it becomes asphalt. As it is well traveled by locals and tourists alike. You will be sharing the mostly flat route with bicyclists, walkers, runners, wheelchair users, and families with strollers and dogs.

-Grilling - This rental includes a gas grill. Grilling is only allowed in the common grassy area behind the home. A propane tank is provide but if the tank runs out of gas it is the guest responsibility to go to the home depot and exchange the empty propane tank for a full propane tank. Guest will be reimbursed for the propane tank exchange which is usually $22.

- Bikes and beach chairs are included, please ensure the security of these items so they will be available for the next guest. Guest MUST sign a waiver before having access to use bikes in garage.

-There is a DART First State bus stop just steps from the house on Rehoboth Ave. Extended with frequent year-round service to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Lewes. All buses are wheelchair accessible and have bike racks. DART First State has an app that allows you to pay your fare and track the bus.

-Safety Devices: Security cameras/audio recording devices: "There are 3 security cameras at the property, one doorbell camera outside facing the the front entry and parking pad, another doorbell camera facing in front of the garage and a floodlight camera located outside at the lower deck facing the courtyard. All three cameras are on 24/7 and record audio and video when motion is detected and stored for 60 days. For safety and security reasons all cameras will be on. We only monitor cameras if there is an issue. If cameras are tampered with or disabled the booking will be canceled.
