L'appartement, récemment rénové, est situé à Ostia Lido seul quartier de Rome sur la mer. A 2km du nouveau port de Rome, à 4 km sont les fouilles archéologiques d'Ostia Antica, le centre-ville de Rome peut être atteint en 30 minutes en train de la navette. Non loin de l'appartement est situé sur la pinède de Castel Fusano, idéal pour de belles promenades dans le vert ou le vélo ou l'équitation. A quelques minutes de l'appartement sont les suivants: les supermarchés, les magasins d'aliments biologiques, boucherie, poissonnerie, marché local, où vous pouvez acheter des fruits et légumes, les cabinets médicaux, un centre de médecine naturelle, médecin en salle d'urgence de l'hôpital et de la gare fraîches. Staying in september

It is very comfortable apartment: a lot of space, 2 bathrooms, everything is clean. The kitchen is provided with all necessary. It's about 10 minutes walk to tram station and 5 min.to beaches. If you have a comfortable vacations in a good place-go to this apartments. The owner is very friendly and help you if you need something. Thank you very much)

Sure we try stay here again, when in Rome

Owner(s) very Kind! We needed help e.g. because of an ill daughter with hige feaver on Saturday - the owner gave us great support and even took us to the hospital. Ostia is a great retreat to recover from busy Rome. The seaside and beaches are just a 5 Minutes walk away from the Apartment.

Siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla.

Asunto on siisti ja hyvällä sijainnilla Ostian keskustassa. Esimerkiksi rannalle on matkaa noin 300 metriä ja rautatieasemalle vajaan kilometri. Kommunikointi oli helppoa omistajan kanssa ja avaimien vastaanottaminen oli vaivatonta. Makuuhuoneissa on ilmastointi, joka on todella mukava kuumalla kesäkelillä. Ainoa miinus on kadun liikenteen äänien kuuluminen makuuhuoneisiin ohuiden ikkunoiden vuoksi.

CASA CONFORTEVOLE SOPRATTUTTO PER LA POSIZIONE STRATEGICA

Nella casa del Signor Germano ci siamo trovati molto bene. Io sono approdata con 4 figli, marito, suocera e cagnolino siamo stati tutti bene perchè ognuno aveva il proprio ambiente potendo così mantenere le proprie abitudini. La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale a tutti i generi di servizi e vicinissima al mare con spaggie private e pubbliche. Vicinissimo anche il mercato rionale con prodotti freschi e che dire... se dovessi ritornare ad Ostia mi affiderò nuovamente al Signor Germano.

Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, so dass es auch mit Kindern nicht beengt wird. Alles war sauber und es war alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Germano ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos und wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen: zum Meer läuft man 5 Minuten, zum Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten, dann ist man in knapp 30 Minuten mit der Metro am Colosseum und in 10 Minuten in Ostia Antica (SEHR empfehlenswert!). Am Bahnhof gibt's auch einen 24-Std.-Supermarkt; andere Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Restaurants etc. sind in direkter Nähe der Wohnung. Wer es zum Schlafen sehr still braucht, sollte bei dieser Wohnung beachten, dass sie an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, was man schon hört; uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir können diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

posizione strategica

Appartamento molt carino e spazioso. Compreso di tutte le cose essenziali. La posizione è centralissima e ben collocata per i servizi. Qualche problema con i condizionatori che si spengono all'improvviso. Per il resto tutto bene. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Al prossimo anno grazie ancora. Valentina

Centrally located, nice place.

We parked the rental car on arrival and did not need it throughout our stay because beaches, restaurants, bus stops, and the train as well as grocery stores were all within easy walking distance. The rental was very well supplied with a washing machine, microwave, and all pots/pans etc needed for cooking; and the internet connection and speed were reliable and fast. Mr. Germano was a very friendly and helpful host/owner and readily available. We chose to spend the last few days of our 5 person Italian vacation here since it was near the beach, Rome, and the airport; offering a relaxing time in the water, an excursion into Rome as well as an easy commute to the airport. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a great way to cap off a fun family vacation.

Accolti e stati come in famiglia

Ringraziamo di cuore la famiglia Germani, per aver accolto i nostri ragazzi arrivati ad Ostia per studio il 2 Giugno 2015. Appartamento ben pulito e accogliente, foto veritiere, sono stati bene e non hanno avuto problemi in genere. Terremo presente l'appartamento anche per il prossimo anno scolastico.Li ha fatti sentire in famiglia e il signor Germani è stato molto gentile.Grazie e buon lavoro a risentirci a settembre.

Perfect stay!

We had a very nice stay at Germano's apartment in Lido. Clean apartment, WIFI for all of us. Nice town, nice beach and by train you are in downtown Rome in half an hour. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Germano is very helpful and nice. Warm recommendations! Don't forget to visit Ostia Antica, 10 minutes from Lido!

Nice and central

The position of the appartment was excellent. The sea is just 2 mins on foot, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlours (very good and surprisingly inexpensive) just around the corner, and the station taking you to Rome in under 20 minutes is just 10 mins walking distance. Supermarkets etc. are also literally a stone's throw away. The appartment itself is much bigger than it seems in the photos. It is very comfortable, with central heating (important in Jan as the first couple of days were aroung 0°C) and everything you need for a stay with 2 children. All very clean - we felt quite at home and it was nice to come back to after a busy day in Rome. Would certainly come again. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Beautiful appartment in the heart of ostia

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen Ostias, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und mitten im Leben der Stadt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. A beautiful appartment in the heart of ostia and very close to the beach. The appartment is very comfortable and the service extraordinary.

Beautiful appartment in the heart of ostia

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle und komfortable Wohnung im Herzen von Ostia, nah am Meer und inmitten der pulsierenden Stadt. Der Weg nach Rom ist sehr nah und nach dem Besuch von Rom kann man noch ins Meer zum Baden. Der Service durch den Vermieter war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. A beautiful and comfortable appartment in the heart of ostia, near the beach, and also Rome is not far! The service was extraordinary.

Appartamento Stupendo

Appartamento in posizione strategica per la stazione di ostia lido e vicinissimo alla spiaggia sabbiosa molto bella e pulita. Alloggio ben ristrutturato, pulito, stoviglie praticamente nuove, arredamento ottimo, ideale per famiglie numerose come la nostra. Noi eravamo in 6 2 adulti e 4 bambini. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto simpatico. Lo consiglio a tutti, specialmente alle famiglie con bambini.

La mia esperienza in ques...

La mia esperienza in questo appartamento è strapositiva! In passato mi era già capitato di trascorrere le mie vacanze in un appartamento ma non avevo mai trovato una casa così ben accessoriata:2 bagni, forno a microonde, lavatrice e aria condizionata in tutti i locali! Inoltre è vicino al mare e al metrò che collega Ostia a Roma. Per ultima cosa ed importantissima il proprietario Germano è davvero simpatico, gentile e sempre disponibile! Consiglio a tutti coloro che come me vogliono passare una bellissima vacanza al mare e soprattutto visitando Roma, di contattare Germano!!

Great apartment in great ...

Great apartment in great location! We had a lovely time, the landlord germano and his family welcomed us and they were really friendly and generous. The apartment was brand new, really clean, with air conditioning and very well located, with sea, restaurants and attractions only 5 minutes away, the train station really close and the via del mare, that takes you straight to central Rome by car in only 30 minutes, just down the road. Rome main airport, Fiumicino, was very close too. Very good size rooms and well equipped kitchen to cook your own food. Definitely recommend to everybody in search of the peace of the sea and the chance of spotting the beauty of Rome and around.

The apartment was newly r...

The apartment was newly renovated and was in very good condition. The bedrooms were nice and functioned very good for the kids and the parents. The kitchen was fine and it was suitable for cooking own food. The apartment was close to every thing in Ostia - both the center of the city, the beach and the rail station. The price was also fine. We would stay there if we should go back to Ostia!

Appartamento elegante, am...

Appartamento elegante, ampio e confortevole, da poco ristrutturato sito in un contesto tranquillo. Nelle vicinanze vi sono negozi di ogni genere. La posizione è davvero strategica: a due passi dal mare e dalla stazione del treno Ostia centro. Consiglio la sera di concedersi qualche passeggiata di relax sul lungomare Toscanelli, dove vi sono buone gelaterie, oltre che ristoranti e pizzerie.

The apartment was great! ...

The apartment was great! We had fantastic time at Lido beach and also managed to discover beauty of Rome in the afternoons. In the apartment there is plenty of space, there are two new bathrooms and refurnished dining room, kitchen is fully equipped.
