Cette spacieuse maison située au rez-de-chaussée est cachée parmi les dunes de sable du golfe du Mexique, au 402 Avenida 14. La grande terrasse surélevée offre une vue magnifique sur les dunes et le golfe et offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil toute l'année. Cette maison est le seul chalet de plage original situé directement sur le golfe de Pensacola Beach.

Le 402 Avenida 14 est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Vous marchez directement du pont arrière à la plage. La maison a quatre chambres de bonne taille et 2 ½ salles de bain. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le grand salon, avec vue sur les dunes couvertes d'avoine. La maison a une terrasse vers les dunes et l'eau. La terrasse couverte au rez-de-chaussée procure un soulagement du soleil lors des chaudes journées d'été. Une grande cour clôturée offre beaucoup d'espace clos pour la famille et les animaux domestiques.

La maison peut accueillir 14 personnes. Chambre 1 a un lit king et un jumeau. Chambre 2 a une reine et deux lits jumeaux. Ces deux chambres partagent un bain. Chambre 3 a un lit queen. Vous trouverez un lit superposé et un lit supplémentaire dans la quatrième chambre. Ces deux chambres partagent le deuxième bain. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La demi-salle de bain supplémentaire avec laveuse et sécheuse est hors de la cuisine.

Il y a un parking dans la rue pour au moins huit voitures et cette maison accepte également les animaux domestiques! Amenez toute la famille et détendez-vous dans ce joli cottage sur la plage de Pensacola!

My only suggestions would be to have some beach chairs/toys and board games available for guests; and check the ceiling fans, they are all on one channel so if you change one, they change all of them. I would definitely come back to this house again!

Spacious, Great for Kids and Pets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the home was fantastic. Lots of sleeping space, comfortable, nice fenced yard for the little ones and dogs. Kitchen was good for cooking and eating for large group. Outdoor patio was large and furnished nicely for eating al-fresco. Our only disappointment were the rental policies, such as check in at 5 pm! The check out requirements were a bit over the top, such as have all dishes cleaned and put away (not left in dishwasher)(which is difficult when trying to be out by 10 am), and to water the palm trees. Would also suggest more plastic cups since near the beach and to not have to buy disposable cups to add to the environment. Also, a separate bin for recyclables (in the kitchen) so it encourages that.

Water was the clearest I've ever seen, no jellyfish or seaweed. House was perfect for our needs.

If you are taking Pets or small children you need to be aware of a major inconvenience. The small back yard was covered in sticker bur plants. The first day the children and dogs ran out in the back yard and everyone started screaming and limping. we had ot go and pick them up. and spend hours removing stickers from our Cocker Spaniels. i believe this needs to be addressed in the area considered a back yard.

Nice place, not great conditions

When we initially got to the house, we loved it. The bedrooms are cute and the house is set up nicely. The location is perfect with beach access very close. The beach is far enough away from the crowds. However, the house did have roaches that were discovered after we had brought in groceries. The floors were also not cleaned well. Everyone who walked bare foot got black feet. There was also animal fur on the furniture. We contacted the property managers and they attempted to resolve the issues. An exterminator came in and sprayed. A cleaning person came, although she didn't know what to do and only mopped the kitchen and dining room, and only used hot water because she forgot her cleaner. We continued to keep our food in the refrigerator and in the microwave and stove to keep the bugs out. We also just washed dishes before we used them. It was very inconvenient while on vacation, but we still enjoyed our time. If the bugs were gone and it was a little better cleaned, I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect family spot!

This was an amazing little cottage. A short walk to the beach, roomy enough for everyone, and in the perfect location. The beach wasn't very busy and we were there memorial day week. It was AMAZING! The cleanliness of the property when we arrived could have been better but it wasn't a huge deal. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location along Pensacola Beach to all the shops and the restaurants. House was clean and we loved being able to access the beach right from the back door. It was just a short walk down the driveway and over the dune. The one issue we had was the AC not allowing us to cool the house down below 70 degrees. It made for some very hot and humid nights in the rooms. Besides that, it was great and we would rent it again.

Cozy, but had a bug problem

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not sure if this is a consistent problem, but the home had an active cockroach infestation while we stayed there. From the small black German cockroaches to the large reddish brown ones, we killed and cleaned up at least 100 cockroaches over the week. The management quickly sent an exterminator, but never-the-less, the cockroaches kept coming. The property manager did take effort to make things right for us. However, I am posting this in hope that they took extra steps after we left to ensure the problem was resolved for future renters.The home is cute and comfy, and was spacious enough for two families to share. The location is PERFECT, right on the beach. If not for the infestation, this would have been an amazing week.

Small ones in the kitchen drawers and a few big ones on the counter tops.I recommend pest control.

Reviewer Comments: We were a bit disappointed as this was listed as gulf front and to our way of thinking this was not gulf front, also dryer was not working real great but thought was just plugged up so we tried to work that out ourselves, also we would have thought that there would have been garbage disposal. We did not have an indication as to when garbage was to be picked up, we had no informaiton either in out packet or in the house so we called as trash container was full from previous guest I guess you could say overall we were content with the house since we were there and had to have a place to stay so we did not get really upset with things as they were. Next time we will call and make sure the house is really GULF FRONT since thats the only property we will rent.

When we arrived we cleaned the yuck from the counter tops and the kitchen table. The chairs had food in them from the previous guest. The bathrooms we also cleaned the bathrooms.
