Cette maison de ville de vacances sur plusieurs niveaux embrassée par le soleil présente un cadre paisible conçu pour plaire à toute la famille. L'unité est un merveilleux et spacieux quatre chambres et trois salles de bains.

Regency Cabanas # B1 est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Votre expérience sur la plage commence par un mobilier contemporain et un flux simple entre le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Le salon comprend un canapé en coupe et une télévision à écran plat. Une salle à manger élégante est possible avec huit places assises dans la salle à manger et des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine étonnante offre un accès facile pour cuisiner avec des appareils, des armoires et des comptoirs en granit mis à jour. Un balcon extérieur donnant sur le golfe prolonge votre espace de vie avec des sièges supplémentaires. L'une des quatre chambres se trouve au niveau principal et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains commune. Le niveau supérieur offre une chambre n ° 2 avec un lit queen et une vue sur le son. La troisième chambre est meublée avec deux lits queen et une literie invitant de type nuage. La chambre principale du côté du golfe est dotée d'un lit king-size, conçu dans des tons modernes et relaxants et d'une télévision à écran plat. L'expérience de la chambre principale est complétée par une salle de bain principale privée et un balcon extérieur privé. Il y a deux lits superposés pour les jeunes dans le couloir, juste à l'extérieur de la chambre principale, ce qui permet de dormir 12 adultes et deux enfants.

This is in Pensacola Beach . Great location. Big rooms, large bathrooms, well decorated and comfortable. Perfect kitchen. Stylish & clean and ill. E back.

One of the Best We Have Rented

From Great Grandmother to great granddaughters, there is plenty of room for our family. Groceries and luggage (and great grandmother) are a breeze to take up the elevator, and proximity to the beach walkover couldn't be better. Beds are comfy, love having a gas grill to use.... great place! Already booked for next year!

The people at Paradise Beach Rentals are so easy to work with and were happy to help with a minor problem we had after check in. The home was clean and well stocked. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't get closer to the beach. The views from the balconies were amazing. The walk over to the beach is 15 steps from your door. The townhome is decorated beautifully and is well stocked. The weather did not cooperate fully, but being able to see the beach when it was not comfortable to be on the beach was a trip saver. The elevator was pivotal for the mobility impaired in our family. All around great place.

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was dirty upon our arrival. Sand on the floors, toothpaste in the sink, and counters dirty. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and all but 2 coffee cups were cracked. Location and view are great but does not make up for the condition of the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third year in a row with family in B-1, and it was better than ever. The perfect unit for our multi-generation family vacation. Very pleased that issues we raised last year had been taken care of. New Issue: TV in double queen BR did not work, but was a minor annoyance. Cleaners should check under beds--we found a couple of banana peels under a bed while looking for child's lost shoes. Can't wait to come back again next year!

The walk over the dune boardwalk is right out the back door. Watching the dolphins swim by was a crowd pleaser for us and our invited guests. Back home in Utah now with a snowstorm dumping a foot or more today and tomorrow. It’s beautiful here too but there’s something about the gulf that keeps pulling us back. Thank you to the owners and to paradise for everything! See you next year!

Wonderful property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Agree with many of the reviewers' comments here. We had a blast and were impressed with several things about the property:- Proximity to the beach (the balcony from the kitchen/dining area is actually elevated and not ground-level. Photos may not show this clearly). Even as the beach access is shared, because the main level is actually on the second story, noise from people passing by was never an issue.- Spacious garage: could easily fit 3 cars in series. There's a garage door on the side facing the beach that can be opened as desired- Personal elevator: makes unloading/loading a breeze- Views facing the beach are incredible and we utilized the patio space frequentlyGiven COVID and the increasing number of cases in FL, we heavily researched properties that would accommodate safety. To this end, this property was a perfect match -- between the private entrance to the property (no elevators to share with other guests), location in a more residential/less-touristy part of Pensacola (less crowded beach), large kitchen (we stayed in and cooked for almost every meal) and dining areas (including the patio!), we felt a level of reassurance that allowed us to enjoy our time together with confidence. Suggestions for improvement:- In the evening, because there are no shades on the windows on the main floor, anyone walking on the walkway from the beach could easily see inside. Not an issue during the daytime as windows are tinted. Property owner could consider adding privacy shades/curtains for the evening. - Bed linens could be upgraded/replaced -- we noticed a few stains on bed covers in the room with two beds- Second bathroom upstairs could use a few towel hooks (there's only a single bar above the toilet)- Dryer may need a tune-up as it took longer than expected to dry an average-sized load of laundry

Love This Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th year in a row to rent RC-B1. It is the perfect location and has the perfect bed configuration for our multi-generational family beach trip. Conveniently right next to the beach access walkover, our 85-year old matriarch has easy access to the beach; and the elevator makes it easy for her to get up and down within the townhouse. The built-in bunk beds in the hallway are perfect for our 7 & 9 year olds, leaving the four bedrooms open for the adults. The kitchen is outfitted with everything we need to cook simple meals, and we do make use of the gas grill just outside the back door. We've already reserved it for next summer!

The location is on the quiet end of the island but still close to everything you would need. The rental itself is beautiful. Stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view from the living room is unbelievable. Lots of room for everyone to be together for vacation but not on top of each other. access to the beach was quick and easy.
