Petit Torrentfals is a unique and exclusive rural house that invites its guests to relax in an incomparable setting, between vineyards.
Its a natural environment, full of charm, is a perfect location to enjoy a very quiet holiday and live near all interesting places.
THE SPACE
Petit Torrent Fals is an old restored stone house. The reform plays with the transparencies between spaces and the views of the surroundings, thus uniting tradition and design in the house.
Thus, the space is divided into two parts, surrounded and joined by the pool and various porches and outdoor spaces. In the old part, there is the kitchen and a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The new part has a double space connected by a Japanese design staircase: at the bottom is the new dining room-living room with fireplace and upstairs two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study.
It is a small paradise with views of the mountains and vineyards, far from the noise and frenetic pace of the city, but very well connected with Palma and the rest of the towns.
GUEST ACCESS
The rental of the house includes all the exterior and interior areas for the private and exclusive use of the tenants: the pool, the porches, the gardens, the parking area, the terraces and the entire house, with a capacity of 7 people, with option to add an extra bed. It is possible to enable a cot for children up to 3 years old.
The house is protected with an anti-theft alarm to improve your stay and security.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Documentation required after booking:
It is necessary to send by email the passport of all the people who will sleep in the house before arrival.
We will also need to know exactly the day and time of arrival and departure of each person to formalize the tourist tax documents.
At the arrived:
The scheduled check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., although it can be variable if other clients have not left on the same day.
We will sign the tourist lease contract with a guest over 25 years of age.
The tourist tax will be paid and the forms will be signed.
A deposit of âŹ500/week will be left, which will be returned at the end of the stay by bank transfer if there are no damages in the house.
At the exit:
The scheduled departure time is at 10 am, although it can be variable in case of not having the entry of other clients on the same day.
In addition, the client will be responsible for the garbage generated during their stay. In case of not wanting or not being able to do so, the price will be âŹ10 per large bag left.
Recycle the trash:
It is very important to correctly separate the waste according to the regulations of Santa MarĂa, since otherwise, it will not be possible to deposit the bags at the nearest green recycling point. Another option is to deposit the rubbish in the containers located in the streets of all the tourist coastal towns or in Palma at any time.
