Très joliment aménagées avec toutes les commodités. Garde-manger entièrement équipé si vous souhaitez dîner au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner. Cette villa dispose d'un espace de divertissement spectaculaire qui se ouvre sur une terrasse en bord de mer et est entouré par des vues sur l'océan. Cette unité comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger. La chambre équipée d'un lit King a sa propre salle de bain privée. Un canapé-lit est dans le salon. Room with a view!

Very nice property with comfortable living room furniture and generous kitchen. But the view of the ocean was fantastic. Great week for us.

View is excellent, property manager needs to improve

The view is excellent. The property manager needs to step up their game. The freezer wasn't working after we checked in, several days of going back and forth with the property manager, trying to repair it and finally they replaced the fridge/freezer on the last afternoon. We asked for a discount since we had to haul our own ice bags from publix and general inconvenience of not having a freezer when it was advertised - nothing. Other issues we had to point out - broken chair, dirty cutlery, ripped screen, corroded shower handle, and the shower head needed cleaning. This unit is on the seventh floor - fortunately the one elevator was working, owners were telling me how fortunate we were that it hadn't broken down while we were there (apparently there were recent problems). Things you should know before renting this place.

Location and view is amazing

I mentioned this the last time we stayed in this unit, the sofa really needs to be addressed, we put pillows on it to make it more comfortably, it must replaced before we’ll stay in the unit again. That and rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. A full size coffee pot in the unit not a small hotel size. Everything else about the property is great.

Stay too short

I’ve stayed at this location several times. This unit was the best one for me. Enjoyed being on the 7th floor and view was spectacular. Loved the condo as well. Air conditioning was great, no issues with anything as with some other units and just decorated simple but very pretty. Could have stayed longer.

Great view of the ocean. Nice updates. Love the porch furniture. Very comfortable bed and view of ocean from the master bedroom, Improvements - additional towels, update pots and pans, sofa and captains chair not comfortable. Instructions for TV provider - not friendly user. Overall stay was very relaxing.

Amelia Island is a lot less hustle bustle than a lot of Florida still plenty to do. The property we stayed at was well maintained and we really enjoyed the time there.

Best beach location and view

This unit on the 7 th floor was very nice. The views of the Atlantic Ocean were incredible. You can sit on the outdoor patio for breakfast😎The unit was clean with a great mattress . Loved the granite kitchen counter. I would consider replacing sofa and love seat in the living room that had a moldy smell. The 4 clay tennis courts were in great condition. We will re book in the future!

we had a nice stay. Although there was no ice machine in freezer and two ice trays. We managed after first day. You had to walk around buildings to get to pool. All was beautiful. Beach was nice. We were able to rent chairs and umbrella, which is nice. The condo had chairs and umbrella but i preferred someone to set up. Views are as pictured. Thanks so much

Small condo on 7th floor

Positives: Very clean Comfortable More than ample parking Instant response from rental agency Probably a decent value Overall, a 4 star property Negatives: Small unit Showing its age, a bit worn Bathroom very small, can't do anything about the size, but some towel bars could be installed Latch seems broken on door from living room to porch, not a major thing since the unit is on the 7th floor Unit has a south east view not directly east so no direct sunrises until probably winter months. Not a biggie since the sunrise is better seen from the beach anyway

Please read carefully this review because the descriptions are not true for the following items: 1. washer and dryer weren't working. 2. Cable TV not working. 3. We found a pan with remain of food inside de cupboard. 4. The bed feels like a trampoline. 5. The stains on the sofa couch. 6. The cookware is like for 5 years old to use during play time. You cannot use them. 7. The stove won't reheat up the cookware. 8. Th blender was lacking parts. 9. Killed 2 spiders inside the unit. 10. heavy dust inside de cupboard. 11. The dishwasher didn't wash anything. Contacted the company Amelia Island Vacations. No reply back. They are ignoring me. They asked me how much do you think we should refund you? and never called back as promised 3 days ago. Please read the reviews on this rental company asap on Google. They are terrible. Please don't rent this unit and neither do business with Amelia Island Vacations.

Nice getaway

Loved exploring the historic areas and also have the convenience of the beach. The property is older, but very well maintained, secure and quiet. The condo is perfect for a couple and we had everything we needed. Love the keyless entry!
