The home was as described, wonderful access to the beach area for our family. The home was clean and smelled clean when we entered. Sleeping accommodations were very good. There was plenty of cooking pans and cooking utensils for the stay. However, the host should consider adding more forks, we only had 7 forks and needed more. Parking was adequate, trash collection went well, guest takes the trash to the road twice a week, no problem, easy walk.

Being on the beach wonderful. Five bedrooms and 5 baths for 12 women was great. Close to everything! Everyone had a wonderful 6 nights!!

Awesome location for this condo on the beach. Plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed. Our main complaint was just the lack of a few things that many places have. For example there was no hair dryer, anything for the beach (sand toys, chairs, umbrella, etc), cooler, wagon, coffee filters, kleenex, etc. Besides that the listing was pretty accurate. The washing machine was broken when we arrived but the host reimbursed us for the laundry expense at the local laundromat. They also had the machine working before our trip ended. Communications were also great. Very timely and courteous.

We loved our stay - the rooms were all spacious and comfortable and the kids did great in the bunk room together. We loved having a full kitchen and the direct access to the beach was a game changer.

Martin 50th Anniversary celebration

This is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach! A lot of nice restaurants nearby and stores close too. We had a great experience with renting and staying here!

Superb beach house for family reunion

You cannot beat this location. It was the perfect venue for us to spend time with our adult children. The five bedrooms with five baths combined with perfect access to the beach makes this an ideal rental.

Great Stay

The place is true to pictures. Everything was great. The only complaint was the parking when we arrived as it is very compact for 3 vehicles. Location was great and property management was super helpful.

We had a great time. The views were magnificent and that was mainly what sold us on staying there. The kitchen was well stocked which was great since we stayed there for Thanksgiving. Only thing I would be concerned with is that it only has 1 thermostat on the main level which services 3 floors. 1st floor and 3rd floor were cold. I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer time for those levels. Overall the place was nice. Very convenient to the beach and views. You just walk out right on the beach. Great for small kids for that reason and it has a great bunk room too.The host company was amazing! Any question I had they responded quickly. I also had to call them during our stay for I needed something and it was delivererd in a timely manner.\Thank you for the stay!

Best location

It was amazing listening to ocean as we went to sleep and woke up! Nothing better then walking down stairs and be in Destin’s beautiful sand! Could use better kitchen supplies but looking out windows and doors make up for it!
