Splendide maison de vacances vous attend. Situé à 800 pieds de l'entrée de la plage de Miramar Beach. À quelques pas de la piscine communautaire, du terrain de volley-ball et des courts de tennis. Maison récemment rénovée. 3 chambres à coucher 3 bains dans la maison principale et 1 chambre et salle de bain dans l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Beautiful house complete with an amazing kitchen. Very roomy and large bedroom/bathrooms. Very nice and comfortable living area with a great balcony. Would definitely stay here again. The owner is very nice and quick to respond! Has all the amenities!!

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Destin 2 Be. Apartment downstairs was perfect for my parents. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Close to the beach. New coffee spot on the corner. Fantastic house for multi generational family.

Great big home

This home is nice and big. It accommodated our group really well - 4 couples. It's easy to get to the beach. Nice area with good restaurant options. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beds were comfortable.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at this stay! Check in went smoothly and even sent us goodies our first night, such a wonderful gesture! Plenty of space for all 15 of us, very large bedrooms in the main house. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was steps from the front door! We enjoyed pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts daily. Would stay here again, thank you!

Family Vacation

Destin to Be is a wonderful home for a large family vacation. Great location within walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches. Will definitely consider renting from Cecilia again in the future!

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location

This house was perfect for our family. We had four couples and three kids and we had everything we needed. It’s right across the street from the beach and the community pool is only a few steps from the front door. We are already planning our next trip and we’ll definitely book this house again.

My family of nine enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of room for the grandkids to play because it was cold outside. Communication with property manager was great. Will definitely stay again.

Enough room for everyone!

We were a family of eight adults and four children. Her house was lovely and very clean. I love that the beach towels were provided, which meant a lot less packing for us. The owner was very easy to reach when I had a question and her responses were quick. We would definitely rent again..

Excellent location, perfect house!!

Accuracy of the home was perfect! Everything that we needed was ready and available! Down stairs unit perfect as well! Plenty of room for a complete family including grandparents and children. Super easy walk to the beach and pool.

Squeeze the Day!

Squeeze the Day! was our family theme for the week and this property exemplified the wonderful experience we had! It was so spacious, clean, offered easy access to the beach, pool, tennis court, and more. It allowed our family to experience so much togetherness in the main family room while offering each family their own space when they wanted some alone time. I highly recommend it!

Family beach getaway

2nd year we've stayed in this beautiful house. Open kitchen & living area makes it easy to come together & prepare meals, also grilling out back & playing cornhole. Bedrooms are laid out to fit large family with even in law or teenager apt separate from main house. Love the bunkroom area fit 3 boys nicely age 7- 13. Lg bathrooms, laundry area also.

Destin dream

This house gave our extended family plenty of room for sleeping, gathering, and having privacy. The lower level apartment was great for our daughter and boyfriend and their pooch. We stayed on the middle level and it was convenient to have our bedroom, kitchen, living room all on one level. The upper level was perfect for my other daughter and her family…..the kiddos loved the bunk beds! The location to the beach was perfect. We were far enough from the road not to hear the traffic but an easy walk. The pool initially didn’t seem to be heated but a couple days later it was, not sure if there is a timeline that the heater is turned on. The grandkids loved the pool and the closeness of the pool to the house was great. They went in every night after spending the day on the beach. The beach is beautiful, soft sand. We brought our own beach wagon but the owner had 2 available and beach chairs too, so we never had to bring the ones we brought to the beach. A few restaurants are close enough to walk to, or a very short drive. The biggest disappointment, and it wasn’t the owners’ fault, was that dogs are not allowed on the beach. We might have looked for another location that did allow dogs. The owner always responded quickly with any questions/concerns we had.

Great week with family

This house was true to the VRBO listing. Located a few steps from the beach, sleeping arrangements and other aspects of the house were accurate and very comfortable for our family of 11. One minor adjustment to description would help set expectations for renters - the downstairs apartment has no internal access to the rest of the house. Otherwise, wonderful property for a great week at the beach!

Great spot

The battery went out on the keypad, so we had to have somebody come let us in. Not the owners fault but it did mess up the check in. They got somebody out within a couple hours to fix it.

Great family vacation!

This is such a beautiful house and so clean. Everything that was pictured in the rental description was exactly how I envisioned it to be and then some! Close walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and across the street from the community pool. Only issue we had was lighting issues but I messaged owner and she personally called me and maintenance came next day to check and was fixed. We were a family of 13 which consisted of 3 families. One of those families enjoyed the apartment but just wished there was internal access from the apartment to the main house. Really enjoyed the beach chairs and two beach wagons. They came in handy. Will definitely stay here again when we travel with the whole family.

Perfect Beach Stay

Our entire party was in love with the property as soon as we saw it! The inside is fantastic and offers a clean and spacious sanctuary. The house offers almost everything you can think of, we actually packed more than we needed to. The downstairs "apartment" was perfect for the in-laws. I found the terrace off of the dining area very peaceful. The location was perfect for us. There are several restaurants within walking distance and anything you could possibly need is minutes away by car. Most importantly, the beach is practically right across the street. We have 4 children aged 5-11 and they loved every minute of it. Thank you for the best summer vacation we have had in years!

We had a great time

As with most everything, location is everything. This unit is located just a short block from the beach. Easy to walk to, easy to walk back if you forget something or run out of drinks. Even better is that this unit is located some distance from the city center, so you are out of the high traffic area. The unit is well set up. Yes, there are stairs, however that was no big deal to our group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen was very well set up, the living room had ample of room for our group of 9. All in all, this is a very nice place to stay. Bring your family and or friends and plenty of sunscreen. Enjoy!

Wonderful memories made

My husband and I booked the house for our extended family, kids, spouses and grandkids. We had 10 adults and 4 children. The house and apartment was plenty of room for us all. Little disappointed in the bunk beds. The top bed was not at a comfortable height to sleep in. Too close to the ceiling. The proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. We enjoyed the pickle ball, corn hole boards, volley ball. The house had most everything we needed. Odd there were no kitchen towels/rags. Hard to come up with many negatives. Over all it was wonderful. Would stay again if we get the opportunity.

Not for the elderly

Although this home is beautiful, our week was very taxing. There is a rather steep pitch to the driveway,and not having access to the garage made it necessary to park our vehicles on the sidewalk while loading or unloading everything. The winding staircases also made it very difficult carrying luggage,laundry, groceries etc. My family members were between 70-81 years old, and we all left our vacation exhausted. I must say that the host was very responsive when any issues arose. There was plenty of space in the open concept kitchen,dining and living room. We all enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine of the rear deck,and the beaches of Destin are beautiful! But, unless you have a few people with youth on their side, and no physical limitations this rental is not for you.

Everything we wanted

We rented the house/apt combo to accommodate our extended family. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was equipped so we could cook full meals in the house. We made frequent use of the grill. The beach cart came in handy to get the little kids and their things to/from the beach. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large. The house was CLEAN! Plenty of hot water, and the bathrooms are spacious. The ground floor apt was great for my nephew and his wife with 2 babies so they didn't have to haul stroller, pack and plays, etc up steps. They also had a quiet space to themselves, and crying babies didn't wake others at night. It was the perfect set up. The full sized washer/dryer worked beautifully. The house is very close to the pool and volleyball and we made use of both. Multiple restaurants are in easy walking distance (approx 1/4 mile). The homeowner checked in with us to make sure all was well. She was quick to respond before and during our stay. FYI, the bunk room is within the master suite. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Our family has always vacationed with eight or more persons. We had multiple age groups, family or friends around. Being on the BEACH is our joy! Our most memorable vacations is when everyone can do their own thing, a location where there is a lot to do as well as being able to relax in a home environment where we could cook or order in. Just getting away from our home/work and decompressing. We have tried to create a retreat with this in mind. Family and friends getting together enjoying conversations, exercise, lounging on beach or by the pool, talking in the morning over bagels and coffee, and enjoying you evening eating with friends to finally retire to your own bedroom retreat to read or relax.
