Quartier calme au centre-ville d'Oceanside. Promenade rapide Ă  la cĂ©lĂšbre Oceanside Pier. Un demi-mile du centre-ville d'Oceanside. A proximitĂ© se trouvent des restaurants haut de gamme dĂ©contractĂ©s, une salle de cinĂ©ma, des bars, un amphithĂ©Ăątre en plein air, des boutiques et LEGOLAND Ă  proximitĂ©. Great backyard, great location

We had a group of 12 (6 teenageers, 6 adults) stay at the house. Checkin was a breeze and the owners communicated with us well, fixing the ice and water in the fridge and offering to deliver things that were missing! Other than a few items the kitchen could have used, we had a great time. The backyard had plenty of things to keep us busy, including a solid ping pong table, hot tub, pool, games, tv. The location was great and we never had a hard time finding parking.

Oceanside vacay

Our grandkids loved the pool and we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. It was in a good location. Close access to beach and freeway. It was a great time!

Excellent location close to the beach and conveniences!

The house was very spacious and clean. The owner and Property Manager were both friendly and easy to work with. The bedrooms were huge! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have fun! Although we did not use them, the pool, hot tub and fire pit were all very nice too!

A wonderful refuge

We had a much smaller group than we had planned, but the space to be outside all day, and cook all of our own meals made for great family time. The wifi worked great, and it's a super walk to the beach. Thank you!

Sadly, the pool was out of order and we didn't get a response back in time to use it. Ice maker didn't work and filter needed to be replaced in the fridge for drinking water. Waited a week to write this review hoping the owners would make things right since we didn't get the pool/hot tub...still no word.

Great Property & Awesome Pool

We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday with our kids and grandkids. The property was very spacious but the pool with the spa and slide was the best. We were able to spend time at the beach and then unwind back at the house while the kids played in the pool. We bbq every night with the outdoor kitchen a huge plus.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We took our three adult children, their spouses and our four grandchildren to Legoland, San Diego Safari Park and the ocean. The house was located very conveniently to all of these attractions. The back yard was a total hit. That is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong and playground area. We would definitely return!

Great Location, Amazing Pool/BBQ/Play Area!

Great location, perfect for large groups, and the backyard/pool area is awesome! Very minor complaints about the quality of some of the items in the house along with some functional issues...i.e. you can't get to the backyard without walking through a bedroom or going out the front door, around the side through a heavy wood gate, and then down several steps. Overall, a great place to stay though!

First time Our Family decided to get a house all together!

Our whole family, us the parents and our 4 adult children with families 14 of us in all had a blast! The house was clean, and spacious enough for us to all have time together and apart. The pool and hot tub were for us the best part, we spent most of our time out there. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable safety wise. I would recommend this property.

Baseball Tournament

My son and 3 of his fellow baseball teammates and families shared this amazing home! There was plenty of room to accommodate 4 families and have separation for privacy and plenty of entertainment in the backyard. The owner was very responsive to a question that I had, and the home was clean and met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this home for larger families or groups. On a separate note, the boys won their baseball tournament! Wonderful home in a great neighborhood and close to amenities.

Good place for families.

We have rented this house 2 times now. The kids love that there is a pool and jacuzzi. After spending the day at the beach it is nice to come back and relax in the pool. Kevin was very responsive. We arrived and found that the air conditioner units hadn't been installed as promised. Kevin worked hard to get them installed by the next day. The house is a little older, but very functional for families.

Great backyard get-away!!

My extended family loved this location and rental property! The backyard is especially fun and engaging. The inside has lots of sleeping options and is very accommodating. I would suggest a few small improvements, such as a couple of mattress upgrades/changes (the basement bedroom underneath the kitchen could have a more comfortable mattress and the top bunk mattress in the family room downstairs was a bit thick so that it wouldn’t be a safe too bunk for a younger kid
 also could use some smaller things that would be easy to add: broom, oven mitt, and a repair of the deck railing. Overall, my family of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) had a great time and felt very comfortable and at home at this property. The owner was super responsive, reasonable and accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice home with hot tub and pool

The outside amenities were great! Outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, ping pong, and corn hole. Lots of fun! The beds were nice and comfortable. The pool floats need replaced. Very worn and some have holes. Inside the home there seems to be a sugar ant problem, mostly in the kitchen. Front door doesn’t close unless you lock it. Make sure you bring your own coffee, salt, pepper, sugar and laundry soap. Basic items that are often in VRBO’s, especially when you pay so much. Neighbors are very close and it’s a sketchy neighborhood. Beach isn’t as close as we thought, you will want to drive.

Quiet neighborhood in downtown Oceanside. Quick walk to the world famous Oceanside Pier. Nearby are casual upscale restaurants, movie theater, bars, outdoor amphitheater, shopping & nearby LEGOLAND. The home has a new kitchen, baths, new pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, and horse-shoe pit. All new appliances. Deck and a patio. Lots of space throughout. Great find!
