Via della Croce 78 / A. Dans un bĂątiment historique, Ă  deux pas de la Piazza di Spagna, au cƓur de l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs du centre de Rome, vous trouverez dans une Ă©lĂ©gante demeure historique la salle idĂ©ale pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  trois personnes.
Vous vivrez à cinq minutes de la Piazza di Spagna, à quelques minutes de la Piazza del Popolo, de la fontaine de Trevi et du Panthéon, dans un bùtiment historique des années 1700 avec toutes les caractéristiques de l'architecture de l'époque et le confort d'aujourd'hui.
L'appartement est dans un endroit extraordinaire. Proche de tout. Vous n'avez pas besoin des transports en commun. De nombreux bars et restaurants dans les environs. La chambre a 2 niveaux, avec un salon, un lit et une salle de bain au premier étage et une chambre au deuxiÚme niveau. Chaque jour, vous mangez des fruits frais, des biscuits pour boissons fraßches et du yaourt. Il y a une machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre.
La chambre est nettoyée uniquement les lundi, mercredi et vendredi de 10h à 13h.
L'utilisation de la cuisine n'est pas fournie.

Superb location, great hosts.

One (maybe two) minute walk to the Spanish steps and Metro. Lively neighborhood. Loads of shops and restaurants. Quaint room right above it all.

Location location location

This property has lots of character and is located right in the center of shopping and the sites. The hosts are lovely with much apprecited welcoming gifts
not the best location for quiet or physically challenged but otherwise a terrific experience!

Long weekend city break

This beautifully traditional apartment is situated in a perfect location with many attractions within short walking distance. There are so many fantastic places to eat even just outside the apartment. The owners were an absolute delight to meet, they were so hospitable and eager to ensure we had a great stay. I would recommend this apartment and if returning to Rome, I will look to book here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location!!!

This is a beautiful room in a families home, is very private with its own living room and bathroom. The apartment is amazing, rich with history. The location is a block away from the Spanish Steps, restaurants and shops all over. Our host was lovely, very kind and helpful. They have a beautiful home.

Perfect location with lovely hosts

Our Very friendly host Savatore and Theresa welcomed us earlier than check in time, and let us leave our bags so we could start exploring this beautiful city. They had coffee and snacks free of charge. Clean beautiful old house. Loved it!

Authentic Italian home in the heart of Roma

Piece of Rome

It felt like we could pretend to be Italian with the location and with our window opened up to the sounds when we liked and closed when we needed rest. Hosts were thoughtful and kind. The stairs to and from the loft are not a quick dash, but doable if mobility is not an issue. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely Home & Hospitality

This is a lovely apartment in the center of a vibrant, fabulous part of Rome. Teresa and Giuseppe are kind and hospitable hosts, with a nicely appointed, comfortable and classic apartment. I walked everywhere from the apartment — Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, the Forum, multiple piazzas. I could not have asked for a more perfect weekend in Rome. Thank you for your kindness.

Book it before it’s filled!!!

The absolute sweetest little Italian family! They greeted us at the gates then showed us around their beautiful home (which is featured in a book!) and had lights snacks for us. We are so honored and grateful to have the experience of staying in their beautiful home. Although we never needed to, they made sure we had plenty of ways to contact them with any concerns or additional items needed. The location is remarkably close to so many sites you will not want to miss. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!!

TOTIUS HOME SPANISH STEPS REVIEW

Check in process was easy. The host was friendly and waiting for us and explained in detail how everything worked. The location was amazing. In the heart of everything with restaurants, gelatarias, souvenir shops, and cafes just outside the door. Minutes walk to the Subway, Spanish Steps and various shopping. The only reason its not a 5 star was due to the lack of A/c. Unbearably hot and hard to sleep at night. Mitigated by fans which help but still not comfortable enough.

Great location, lacking in some areas

First, if you stay here make sure you frequent the restaurant below with the flowers. Trust me - great service and food. While the place above is well situated, there is no AC, a smaller frig than in a college dorm, little room to put things and pictures of family members that we turned around during our stay. I found the twin bed to be uncomfortable. The old windows don't block out all the noise from below but it wasn't too bad. Could definitely use more light overall.

Our stay in Roma

We loved the history of the building, the love and care that the apartment has. The communication was excellent. The instructions were clear. With this property its all about location location location. You are so well located to can pretty much walk to all the major attractions. Also, the owner Teresa was there to greet us upon arrival what an experience ♡ Grazie Millie Salvatore PS it can get a bit noisy seeing the property is on a main and very visited road. Keep that in mind when trying to sleep

Roma in October

We has a lovely 5day stay with Teresa and Salvatore and they were quick to make sure all our needs were met. The mini fridge was too small for bigger bottles of water but came stocked with a selection of drinks and there was a Nespresso machine and pods provided. The apartment is located over a lively street, just 2 blocks from the metro (handy for an early morning trip to the Vatican) and literally just steps from the Spanish Steps. There is easy access to a cab (very short drag of the suitcases) from the piazza di Spagna. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and enjoyed the local amenities.

Amazing place to stay if you are in Rome. The Host is wonderfully efficient and and friendly. We got there after midnight because our plane was late and he waited up for us to let us in and show us around. The location is AMAZING!!! The restaurant right across the alley has the best food in the city, a great staff, and it also has live music, and particularly amazing singers. There were live professional OPERA singers singing a duet (in italian) a couple of nights . . . and I have never heard anything so haunting. This place is in the center of the fashion district, with the best places to eat. And it is also right next to the Spanish Steps, and the tube station (3 stops to the Vatican, 3 stops to the Colloseum) and it's a short walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, etc). It is the place to stay in Rome if you are there to have a great time.

Perfect location in a lively area of Rome!!

Our hosts were so sweet, even greeting us as we arrived at midnight! They left us fresh fruit, cookies, juices and water. The place is beautifully old world Italy. If you want to stay in a beautiful home and live like an Italian, this is the place. It is a 3 minute walk to the Metro, only 1 mile to Piazza Navona, etc. You need to be prepared for some noise as it is a neighborhood, but it is SO, SO worth it. There was some construction going on so that began at 6:00 am, but it will pass. There are so many restaurants on this street, we had a blast trying them all so close to "home". There is even a supermarket just about a half a block down the street if you need extra snacks. You can tell that all the restaurant guys now each other and it's so friendly and fun. I will definitely stay here again. The hosts were wonderful!

TrĂšs trĂšs mauvais plan Ă  Rome

Il s'agit en fait d'une chambre toute petite (la photo trompeuse ci-dessus, avec le vélo en fond de photo, montre l'entrée de l'appartement qui n'est pas comprise dans la location), étouffante et trÚs trÚs bruyante (1er ou second étage d'une rue trÚs bruyante toute la journée, la soirée ou la nuit, sans aucun double vitrage). La mezzanine est toute petite, juste l'espace d'un lit double qui lui est de bonne qualité, mais l'escalier pour y accéder est plus qu'étroit y compris pour des gens de corpulence normale. Il n'y a aucun équipement pour y accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes (un frigo ridicule a été ajouté mais une bouteille normale d'eau ou de lait n'y tient pas debout tellement il est petit).
