Excellent villa

Fantastic villa with great pool. Air con worked. A short walk from aldi, and a short walk from bus stops and lots of really good restaurnats. Would stay again

Relax with large pool

Great villa and very well equipped, close to a few bars and restaurants with enough variety in walking distance for a week. Aldi just across the road to stock up on provisions. The outdoor bar was great, we were not overlooked, the only think lacking was more comfortable outdoor seating to relax. I would highly recommend this property

Great house!

This is a really great house! Fantastic personel, who even with language barriers, makes sure that we understood and were ready to stay in the house. At any doubt about anything it was possible to mail the owner, and with quick answers everything got cleared fast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice property

We are just back from a lovely week at this property, 6 adults and 4 kids, we had ample room, kitchen really well supplied to cater for large numbers, loads of places to eat indoors and out. Lovely local restaurant towards Santa Pola called Zanes, highly reccommend for real Spanish cuisine.. Lovely house, great holiday!

Amazing Villa.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. What an amazing time we have had mainly due to the quality of the villa. Geoffrey has been amazing from the start and was on the end of an email when needed. Lina and Sergio were helpful with both check in and out. The villa is spacious, private and well equipped . The pool was a massive hit with the whole family. It was so good we are already looking to book for next year.

Great villa

Brilliant villa with great amenities nearby if you don't want to do any driving. The pool is big enough for the kids and adults to enjoy. The only downside is the WiFi isn't the best but I can't fault anything else.

Villa is lovely. Was surprised to see no pool toys (inflatables) or any games/toys. No change of sheets during the week but plenty towels for us all. Short walk to pubs/restaurants. Enjoyable stay overall

Great House with i huge Pool

Great House for a Family Holiday. Huge Pool, and a great big House. A very good communication with Geoffrey, was a big help. All my recommendation to this House. Only negative, is the location when you bring an old person. Curvy hills to restarants and Bars. Overall fantastic.

Perfect family holiday villa

Stunning villa for 8 adults, can’t fault anything about it at all. The location is great with an Aldi just a few minutes away and a 7 minute walk to the commercial centre where there are plenty restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. The jewel in the crown of this villa has to be the gorgeous pool with lots of lovely seating areas and plenty sun loungers. It even has its own pool bar with stereo to provide the music. Communication with Geoffrey and Sergio was easy and quick and our whole stay was very relaxed with excellent air conditioning units too! We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our return visit!

We were a bit disappointed that the villa didn't have a sea view or hot tub as stated. It was a fair distance to the sea. Overall though it was a nice stay. I didn't realise on booking that we had to pay for our electricity and future cleaning which I assumed was all inclusive of price but then again I haven't stayed in a villa for some time and this may be normal now.

Great stay in the villa. The pictures don’t do it justice it is massive and loss of room. The pool is brilliant plenty big enough. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a info pack (unless I missed it) with local bus times, taxi numbers, pubs, restaurants etc. we had to use Google maps to find anything. Communication was brilliant with the owner and answered any questions that I asked. Thanks

September 23 trip

The villa is very well equipped and was ideal for our family get away. We all had a great time and explored the surrounding area. The beach was beautiful golden sands. Bus service to Santa pola was quick and easy, we also used local taxis. Lots of shops for food and restaurants near by. The Chinese near roundabout was so tasty and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bike hire shop close, or you can hire a scooter. The villa is very private and lots of areas to relax alone or with others. Transfer from airport is quick and only takes ten minutes. Some taxis unfamiliar with address so used what three words app which was great.lots of fun has by all. It was also great that the adults bedrooms were upstairs and separate entrance which gave the young adults more freedom. Thanks again to our hosts.

Family holiday.

The villa was very clean, the pool a good size but in need of some tlc as some of the tiles were missing. We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday so found it very hard to get water, bread, milk etc as all the supermarkets were closed and didn't open until Monday. Check in was straight forward when our transfer finally found the adress., but check out was a bit stressful as our lick up wasn't until 12pm and we had to vacate at 10am, but was able to leave our suitcases at the propety. Bars and restaurants 5min walk up a steep hill, or 10/15 mins walk on a much flatter path. Aldi supermarket straight across the road. A very enjoyable holiday. 4 generations from 83 to 2yrs.

Great location and outside villa space

There were a few things that let the rental down. The beds are only doubles maybe upgrade to king size. Bedding all needs replacing, our fitted sheet came off every night because it was too small. The pillows are past their best, we had to go to the local Aldi and purchase some new one as they were not comfortable at all, the towels were also very old, it would have been useful to have some beach towels, for the pool area. A shopping trolley to carrying heavy water bottles back from the supermarket would be a great idea. In other rentals we have had an index of places to go, bus timetables, where to get the bus, For these reasons we would not choose to stay here again. The villa, the room sizes and outdoor space you could not fault and location was great

I felt the pool was for adults only with no security for toddlers

We had a very enjoyable stay but were not met at the property as indicated when we booked. We’re informed at the last minute our meet and greet could not be managed so we arrived in the dark without any guidance for the villa although at our request some provisions were provided. Stayed around the following day for our rep to appear but didn’t come by until the following day. But the price was good value

Fabulous villa

This villa is absolutely fabulous! My husband and I and our four children, ages 12,10, 9 and 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious with 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a lovely pool. The grounds of the villa are immaculate with lots of different zones for dining...and playing 'hide and seek'. The beach is about a 30 minute walk away but there of lots of bars and restaurants near by, including Burger King and KFC, and a very handy ALDI just across the road. The only negative that I found was that the final cleaning charge and payment for electricity usage was not mentioned on the original booking through VRBO which cost us 265 Euro and also 500 Euro deposit has to be paid in cash on arrival, which had the owner not informed us about would have left us without cash to spend during our stay. This is only a minor point as we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this villa.

Christmas getaway

Stayed over Christmas to escape the bitter Scottish weather. Just the two us so the villa was huge for us. We were not met at the villa but not a problem as communication was efficient and easy. Villa itself is spotless, with a beautiful outside space. The pool area is lovely and very quiet. We did not use the pool due to the time of year, but I imagine it will fab in the summer. Owners provided a few essentials on request as we arrived late - this was so helpful. Supermarkets very local and there was a very friendly square close by with places to eat and bars. This area is NOT typical Spain, with mostly English. And the urbanisation is massive - and its easy to get lost (we did often!) But having said that, everyone we met were lovely. We hired a scooter for two days to get out and about, and the bus service was frequent and on time. The only thing I would say to improve our experience would be to have an information pack in the villa, and we found it very cold in the villa at night, even with the air con on heat. We lit the fire one night but found logs etc to be really expensive. Obviously this wont be an issue once the weather warms up! All in all a lovely stay. ps a trip to Santa Pola via the coastal road is lovely xx

Fabulous! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved it! 9 of us travelled, 5 adults and 4 early teens. Had an amazing time in this beautiful villa with every practical facility/need catered for. My mum is a wheelchair user but has a little mobility and found the villa to be very user friendly, with the downstairs bedrooms and ensuite bathroom. My dad and 2 of the kids struggled with the sunshine/heat at times so the awnings were absolutely ideal for them to be able to still make the most of being outside while shaded. I would say everything was perfect with regards to the villa and the facilities it offers and everything you need with regards to fun outings, eating out, bars, shops etc is very handy, with most being within walking distance. The only (very small) issue was that we booked private return transfers through SunTransfers and they couldn’t find the villa initially. On our arrival I had to call Sergio to give the driver directions and upon departure, Lena had to direct them to pick us up. I had the same issue when trying to order taxis (could possibly be my accent though 🤔 Lena was even teaching us some Spanish 😄 Special thanks to both of them, they were fab. Geoffrey, the owner is great and very prompt with any communication. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation and I will highly recommend this superb villa

Très belle maison

Super maison avec toutes ses équipements extérieur, piscine, bar de la piscine, transats… La piscine toujours au soleil. La maison était très propre.Prévoir la caution en espèce et le paiement de l’électricité mais tout s’est très bien passé !

Globalement bien passé. La maison était bien équipée. Bien que tôt dans la saison je pense que la filtration de la piscine aurait dû tourner plus longtemps. l'aspect de ligne d'eau ne faisait pas très nette. Pour le reste, au top

Lovely house

This is a great property. Spacious, clean & well equipped.Goood size swimming pool (not in use at the time of year we stayed), a lovely sun terrace on the first floor, private on site parking & various segregated outdoor areas for eating, sun bathing, bbq'ing or generally chilling.The house is impressive & difficult to fault.There are 2 separate areas of bars & restaurants (about 12 in each) within a 10 minute walk in different directions & several supermarkets are also close by.Transport of some kind is needed to get to the beaches, but there is a regular & very cheap bus service to them (& to Alicante & into Santa Pola).On arrival the house was spotlessly clean, the check in & check out were smooth & overall hosting & communication were excellent.
