Perfect location

The property was as expected, with great views over the golf course. We really enjoyed the pool. The location was close to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. Everything you need for a wonderful getaway.

The rooms were clean, it had everything that we required and the pool area was lovely. The gate to the pool and the stairgate were really helpful for the children. The listing said you were 700m away from shops, restaurants etc but it was further than this and down a very steep hill. We were expecting to be closer to facilities than we were. Getting a reliable taxi was really hard.

Hello. We note that damage has been noted. 3. You were not satisfied with the services of taxis and shops. In the advertisement, it is clearly indicated that restaurants and certain shops are actually 700 meters from the house. On the golf course side or on the Rojales village side, you have to go down. The photos clearly show that we are on a hill. A car is indeed necessary. But it is not our fault if you wanted to travel by taxi... and that you had difficulty finding one. Many of our tenants take taxis without difficulty and are very satisfied. We hope, despite everything, that you had a good stay? Sincerely

Another amazing holiday

This was the 3rd time me and my family have stayed at this beautiful villa. I can not say anything bad about it. We just love it. The location is great. A 30 minute drive from Alicant airport. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and La Marquesa golf club. Beautiful views of the gold club and surrounding areas. A short walk into the town centre too.Everything about this villa we love. It’s clean, bright, lots of amenities that makes our holiday easier. Everything thought of. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer etc. Lots of outdoor seating. The area around the Vila also is clean, tidy and so quiet My kids were never out the pool which is a brilliant size and Michael comes and cleans it again during your stay. We will of course be back again and I will always recommend this villa!

Amazing Place

We had an amazing stay at this house! The place itself was lovely and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Miguel. We encountered an issue with the bathroom during our stay, and Mike was immediately on top of it. He responded quickly and was incredibly attentive, ensuring the problem was resolved right away. His dedication to making sure everything was perfect really made our experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding support! 100% recommended.

Return stay - another great family holiday

This was our 2nd stay at this fabulous villa. We returned after a brilliant family stay 2 years ago. The villa was just as fantastic as it was before! We loved it all. It’s spacious, clean, bright. It had everything that’s needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, bath, showers… outside shower at the pool area. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. Contact with the owner is fast and nothing is too much trouble! Would recommend staying here to anyone is looking. It’s in a lovely, quiet area, but close to shops, restaurants, the golf course, and only a short drive into Quesada. Another amazing holiday and we Will definitely be staying again!

The villa has exellent facilities. Some furniture could he updated as is a little worse for wear. No AC in living room/kitchen which is a big miss. All other rooms have good AC. Pool and outdoor space is lovely. Hosts were very attentive and sorted any issues we had promptly. You can walk to the complex with shops, restaurants and pubs in 5 minutes. A very steep walk back

Outside Villa great. Area great. Villa not to our usual standard. Black mould in bedrooms. Extract fans in bedrooms had quarter inch of dust. Kitchen ok couch uncomfortable. One quilt cover no blankets, holes in sheets.

Each room is equipped with duvets to sleep. so 5 were at your disposal as well as the heating .you were only 3 holidaymakers. our house has not been waiting for you. especially for a period in winter. we have always had good reviews.

Very nice villa in a mainly expat community

Terraces are lovely & the lockable gate to the separate pool area is superb to ensure safety for small children. Thanks to Suzanna & partner who made sure cots & child seats were available for our twins. The location is very hilly so a car is essential to get to the restaurants, bars & supermarkets. Great views over the valley overlooking the golf course. Top terrace has a canopy to shelter from the sun if required. The lounge only has a 3 seater settee which is insufficient for the size of property however exterior seating makes up for this & is most likely where you would spend the evening.

Amazing villa. Perfect for families.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It’s very spacious and clean. The views are incredible. There were 7 of us and it never once felt like we were under each other’s feet. It had everything we needed. A washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, juicer, bbq, air con. It was a home away from home. We all loved the pool. (especially my two kids) and the added bonus of a toilet next to the pool meant no one having to run back into the house soaking wet. We felt very at ease knowing the gate locked down to the pool as well. There are also shops and supermarkets close by, and some lovely restaurants and bars too. We honestly cannot rate this villa enough and we will most definitely be back next year if not sooner!

Great Villa, View and Location.

The villa was as described, we liked it, however we found during our stay the ground floor where two bedrooms are located smelled musky and damp. This is most likely due to lack of air flow, the smell got more noticeable during the stay, even with windows open. The owner has the front downstairs bedroom locked down for private use, if this was open air would circulate far more freely and fix this issue. Michael ( pool Maintenance) was easy to deal with and came around to ensure the pool was maintained. Owners were easy to deal with and instruction Simple to follow; the view from the balcony is to die for. Villa is central to all amenities, you will need a car though. We went gokarting, Greenland golf, bowling and visted La Zenia mall and Guardamar all easy to access. I’d have happily awarded 5 stars if the smell was not there.

A Beautiful Villa with Breathtaking Views, But Some Areas Need AttentionWe spent three weeks at the villa and were truly captivated by the breathtaking views—from the pool, the seating areas, and through the perfectly positioned windows throughout the property. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor space is spacious and ideal for relaxing. The villa itself was a perfect size for our group of seven, and overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.However, there are a few areas where improvements would significantly enhance the experience:Inside the Villa:• The bed linen was quite rough, mismatched, and extremely dated—some sets were even threadbare. The beds themselves were uncomfortable, and the towels provided were also very worn and in need of replacement.• The kitchen equipment was limited and mismatched. There weren’t enough mugs for everyone to have a hot drink at the same time, and there were no pint glasses. The cutlery, pots, and pans also felt like a collection of odds and ends.• The ironing board was a small travel-sized one, which made ironing very difficult.• There is no air conditioning in the living area, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially during hotter days.• The downstairs bedrooms had a noticeable damp smell, which was unpleasant.Outside the Villa:• The sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and there was no shade around the pool until the afternoon, when the building itself provided some.• We raised this concern with the owner upon arrival,

Hello. You had a good stay in our villa and we are very happy. You raise negative points about the house. Our accommodation is largely arranged for 8 people. During your stay, you asked to change the sheets and towels once a week. This was done. We are not equipped like a hotel. For a stay of several weeks, vacationers wash the equipment provided themselves. For this service, we did not ask you for a supplement. It was Suzana who took her time. Unfortunately, she did not receive anything free of charge as a thank you!! We are owners who rent a house at a reasonable price for its services and its view. You cannot therefore receive *hotel service*. Top of the range. We have met your requirements as best we can. And we find it a shame and disappointing that this was not sufficient to meet your expectations. We hope that you will keep a very good memory of the view which I hope remains truly magnificent. Lovely location

The villa is in a lovely location, six of us stayed and there was plenty of space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rojales. Tackled the steep hill back from shops once, we then hired a car from A1 cars which was much better to tackle the hill! The owner communicated well prior to our holiday, as did the key holder. We had an issue whilst on holiday but it was resolved quickly with replacement air con unit. Positives: Great location & view Outside spacious People friendly in the area Shops & restaurants nearby Clean villa (apart from some dirty plates & cutlerly) Outside was clean on arrival Welcomed wind to help cool you down Negatives: Pool cleaned once on day 6 of a 10 day stay (undiluted chlorine in pool which made it very murky) Pool lights not working (only 1 exterior sensor light), would of been nice to be in pool of an evening lit up Villa location hard to find Taxis hard to get hold of, did not appear interested in short drive to shop Cleaning bill seemed steep for around 3hrs cleaning (dirty used earbud found in downstairs bedroom) Some of us found the beds uncomfortable Musty/mouldly smell in basement bedrooms & bathroom No safety gate on back steps (we didn't have children just an observation) Main floor bathroom window shutter was not operational Overall we had a really lovely time here

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La villa est tout simplement superbe ! Une vue magnifique sur le golf , vue sur la mer au loin . Trop belle piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Trop bon moment pour prendre l'apéro en toute sécurité. La maison est très propre, accueilli comme dans un hôtel, avec draps coussins serviettes ... tout le confort est fournis. Nous reviendrons, et nous recommandons pour de superbes vacances en famille ou entre amis ! Merci pour tout !

Me ha encantado la casa, la piscina y sobre todo las vistas!!!! Espectacular !!! Sin duda volvería a ir , con la tele hubo fallo, por antena o no sé porque , pero por lo demás un 10. Los anfitriones muy amables y cualquier cosa enseguida te responden, el trato buenísimo . Casa muyyy muyyy bonita , y mi perrita estuvo muy agusto , disfrutando de las vistas también

Top of the world

Beautiful spacious villa. Excellent indoor and outdoor space and breathtaking views. Slightly further from the town than we expected. Car was required.

Buena estancia aunque con solicitud de alguna mejora.

Buena atención por parte de Suzanna, la persona de contacto, estuvo atenta en todo momento. Buena ubicación aunque se necesita coche. Ubicación tranquila y a la vez cerca de todo. En la zona de la piscina no hay sombra por la mañana, entendemos que al ser una zona con viento algunos días no se puedan poner sombrillas pero se agradecería mejorar ésto de alguna otra manera.

Hemos recibido su queja por los paraguas útiles solo por la mañana. estamos renovando la casa y queremos crear un lugar con sombra diferente a las sombrillas que se rompen con el viento después de varios intentos. . Perfect for young families

This is the second time we have stay here and it was once again perfect. The property is lovely, nice and big for large families to stay and you’re not under each other’s feet. The outdoor space is great. Two large terraces and a perfect view. The gated pool makes it easy to feel relaxed of you have little ones like us. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Perfect stay with group of friends

Great villa with amazing outside space and views. Everything you need in the villa with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owner was very helpful with great communication. Would definitely go back.

Great villa!

We had a great few days staying here. Lovely villa with amazing views. Big outdoor seating area, perfect for bbqs and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Great location for golf and just 15 minute drive to the beach with lots to do nearby! Owner very helpful with anything we needed too!

Wonderful Villa

My family had a fantastic week in this villa. We arrived late at night and were met by Serge who showed us around the villa. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs from the living area which we found strange at first but we soon got used to it. The view from the outside sitting area is amazing we spent most of our week sitting outside it was so peaceful and quiet. There were eight of us in the villa we all used the swimming pool but it was only cleaned once which we felt was not enough as there is no shower by the pool. This was a family holiday which none of us will ever forget. I would recommend this villa to families you will not be disappointed.

thank you for your opinion. our house is still in transformation.the kitchen has been enlarged. a room is passed to the lower floor . pour outside, a pool shower is also provided. we thank you. and maybe, see you again for a future stay .

Great house for young families

We had a lovely stay with our young children (4, 2 &1). The pool was not accessible to them without an adult, so we could relax and not worry about them wandering in on their own. The pool is lovely and was a nice temperature when we were there in mid July. We would have liked some cushions for the sunbeds. The villa had a few issues, but nothing which spoilt our holiday. The main problem was the electricity tripping an average of 3 times per day, though we got to be very good at flicking the switch on the fuse board! The lounge is not a very comfortable place to sit as there are not enough seats for everyone and there is no ambient lighting, just 3 rather harsh overhead lights. However, as we spent evenings outside on the terrace it wasn't a big problem. Serge the caretaker is a lovely man and was very helpful. We would book again if we were coming back to this area.
