Immeuble avec ascenseur. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Literie, serviettes et commodités de haute qualité. Rue piétonne. Climatisation / Chauffage. Situé à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions. Propre et désinfecté en profondeur.L'appartement LV Premier Baixa - CR2 est un appartement confortable de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, situé dans une rue piétonne (rue dos Correeiros), avec des balcons et des vues charmantes sur la ville. Le CR2 est l'un des 3 appartements Premier LV dans le même immeuble avec ascenseur, situé au centre-ville. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, magasins et attractions principales à votre porte. Nous sommes à une courte promenade du quartier traditionnel d'Alfama, du Château et du animé Bairro Alto. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové, avec climatisation, fenêtres à double vitrage et cuisine entièrement équipée. Pour votre confort, nous proposons des draps et des serviettes premium, ainsi que des équipements de salle de bain haut de gamme. Perfect location

So nice to find a flat with lots of space. Located on a pedestrian street with many restaurants nearby and close to Rossio square allowing easy access to tour pick up Fun to walk around and explore in a safe neighborhood. While we could hear people and music in the restaurant below it didn’t go past 10 pm so never interrupted our sleep

Location is in a good, but the door was locked when we arrived. We contacted the property manager and they told us we had to call someone else. We called that person and they accused us of being at the wrong address and then that we did not know how to open a door. Eventually, they showed up, and the door was locked with a key that we had no access to. Also, if you are not a fan of curry, then DO NOT stay here. The entire apartment smells like curry, and it's worst in the master bedroom. Additionally, the master bath has a sewer smell. On Saturday night, the restaurant below does not turn its music off until well after 2300 and then continues with kitchen clean-up noise after that. Air purifiers should be purchased for this property. The toilet lid is broken also.

Beautiful Lisbon

Wonderful apartment right in Baixa within walking distance of metro and many sights. Communicated through VRBO with agency and access to apartment very easy. Since we were staying through the holidays they dropped off a bottle for the new year (they asked first if it was ok to do so). We loved being in the heart of Biaxa but not on the main street of stores and shops. Would use again if visiting

Great overall experience

Nice property, friendly host and great location. Excellent beds and good kitchen plus facilities. Check-in was timely but required a few additional steps that felt repetitive. That being said, great overall experience and highly recommended :)

Great central location, beautiful apartment

Great experience, the property was exactly as described, clean, easy to access and located in a central location. Lots of room for us, comfortable beds. As a bonus, the Indian restaurant downstairs was very accommodating when we arrived early. They brought us complementary appetizers - and the food was delicious! We’d for sure stay in this VRBO again.

Good size apartment. Had everything we needed - all basic amenities. Felt very professional. Apartment is a little darker than pictures indicate. Very comfortable though.

Large and comfortable.

The apartment was very large, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Check in was not accurate at all. We had to call the host and he sent down an employee who was very helpful and kind. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the centre of the city, but it is not noisy. We walked everywhere. I would highly recommend it.

Loved this apartment!

4 women friends s stayed here and loved it. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Good location for sight-seeing. The only thing we did not know was that a taxi cannot drive to your door and it is about a 3 block walk, dragging luggage over cobblestones. Overall though, highly recommend!

Awesome!

This property is beautiful! The location is amazing, in the heart of everything! Updated furniture, AC, kitchen and baths. Lots of space and great property management company that goes above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. We appreciate the attention to detail with wine, water, mini-milk, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo, etc. It made our trip so much nicer!

Only stayed one night. Overall clean and spacious. Good location. Entry areas had an unpleasant odor and were dark. Not very welcoming. Beds were uncomfortable and need upgrade.

The location is good but the property was not clean. Filthy rug in living room, a prior tenants’ used contact lenses on the floor. The lobby has a terrible stench of sewer and we had the unpleasant experience of cockroaches in the unit, including in a bed. Unacceptable.

Great, Good, and Not So Good

Property is located in a great location for taking in Lisbon. Property itself is spacious and well equipped. Management Company was responsive to our needs; met us on time allowing us to enter property, arrived to check us out and responded to issues when we reached out. Unfortunately we had to reach out as the noise coming from above and below was very loud. Baby crying throughout night could be heard and then we could hear every footstep of the early risers above. I was told the insulation in wooden floors is not great. Below us there was construction and they started relatively early. The construction also caused an odor we were told. Sulphur smell permeated the property in the master bedroom. LV Premier Management offered to move us to another property (which they indicated was more expensive although they would honor our existing rate) although we didn't know what we'd be getting into and headache of moving resulted in us staying. In staying I used my foam ear plugs and moved fans around to circulate the air... Take away the noise above/below and the smell and I definitely would've given 5 stars. In short; great location, very responsive property management, challenging circumstances with older building.

This apartment was perfect for a large family. We came into Lisbon for a two night stay and wanted to be in the middle of everything. Because our group size was eight, I was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a place that was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Upon check-in, I was delighted to learn of the spaciousness, cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment. Three very good sized bedrooms for able to sleep all of us very comfortably and everything we needed was right there. Ana Went through everything we needed upon check-in herself very available for any questions for which we had none. This space is a total delight!

Amazing location and very friendly booking

Place was fantastic, in heart of Lisboa with shutter doors that open up to the street below filled with shops and cafes. Could walk almost anywhere from the apartment, very close to metro to beach and elsewhere. Couldn't have asked for a better location or apartment, plus it had air conditioning! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

This property was right in the heart of the city, near the river. It is in a pedestrian only area, so keep that in mind. We had to get picked up and dropped off a couple of blocks away any time we used Uber. That wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated the flatness of the surrounding streets where many restaurants and shops are located. The unit has three nice sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. The living/dinning area didn't have a lot of comfortable seating for four people, only three people could sit on the couch at any one time. But, otherwise a nice space that was appreciated during our stay in Lisbon.
