LV Premier Bica est un appartement lumineux de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec une grande terrasse, un barbecue et un balcon. L'unité dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage central. Il offre une vue frontale sur la rivière et les environs du marché TimeOut Ribeira. Il s'agit d'un appartement entièrement équipé, avec tous les petits et grands appareils de cuisine, et il bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié à côté d'Elevador da Bica, le tramway reliant le Bairro Alto. Il y a une station de métro à 10 min (Cais do Sodre, ou si vous montez la Baixa Chiado). Bica est le vrai vieux Lisbonne avec de nombreuses passerelles reliées par des escaliers. Vous n'aurez que l'embarras du choix avec les bars et restaurants et de nombreuses activités dans la région.

Appartement très bien placé pour visiter la ville à pieds ou en transport en commun. Appartement très fonctionnel, il ne manquait de rien. Magnifique terrasse sur les toits.

Parfait en plein cœur de Lisbonne!

Emplacement très central, parfait pour bien profiter de Lisbonne. Tout est à distance à pieds! Vue, très agréable. Appartement bien équipé et très calme pour ce qu'il en a été de notre expérience pendant trois jours. Antonio a été toujours courtois, sympa et disponible à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de communiquer.

The apartment is well situated but it is located on the 3rd floor which requires climbing up four flights of a narrow staircase. Not easy with luggage. No elevator. Views from apartment are great.

Cute apartment in great area of Lisbon

This apartment has everything you could need and the added bonus of an outside terrace which is hard to come by in the city centre. It is also in a great area with nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The only downside was getting to the apartment with our large bags, as cars have no access to that road, but it was worth it for the view!

Great little place in a cute part of town

Loved the spot. Difficult to get to with lots of bags so use an Uber or tuk tuk. Right next to the funicular and tons of great restaurants. Host was great and gave us a wonderful welcome gift.

Stunning view, really central location, less than 5 minutes walk from Time Out and Cais do Sodre station, and uphill only a few minutes walk to Chiado. Tiago was really helpful on arrival, and gift of wine was lovely as was the terrace of the apartment.

Awesome location, great apartment

This apartment is worth the price -- the view, the location, the private terrace, with 2BR and 2B (and kitchen). The only suggestion I have is a more comfortable sofa and/or sitting chair. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, in close proximity to many restaurants and sightseeing. Just be prepared for stairs -- everywhere in Lisbon. Staff were great responding to my questions from overseas, and were waiting for us at the apartment to check-in. The apartment was very clean. We didn't cook but it was nice to have the opportunity to make coffee and have a fridge. If I return to Lisbon, I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect

The location was perfect, close to everything in the old town but not loud at night. Check-in was easy. The apartment has plenty of space, indoor and outdoor (terrace). The washer and dryer make for a very easy stay. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main area keep the apartment very cool. The breeze from the double doors cool the apartment down as well.

Great View and Experience

We loved the location as it we felt it was a great base for exploring Lisbon. The stairs are no joke, but we appreciated having a little workout added to our Portugal vacation. Check-in was easy, and Tiago was waiting for us upon arrival - even with us being a little early. We took advantage of its proximity to the Time Out Market for several meals as it allowed the family to have a lot of choices, all of which were really high quality.

Great Time in Lisbon!

We enjoyed our time in the city. The property was plenty big enough for my family of five for a few days. Walking distance to many sights and an easy, inexpensive Uber ride to further parts of the city. Quiet street and beautiful views!

The view is amazing, and the beds are comfortable. The living room and dining area are a bit sparse. The dining table chairs could benefit from some cushions, as they are bare wood and hard. The toilet in the shower room has detached from the wall.

Wonderful spot in Lisbon with an amazing view!

This was a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view in a great neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as advertised and served as a great home base for our excursions throughout Lisbon. As noted, there are three steep flights of stairs to get up to the apartment so not for someone with limited mobility. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything that you could possibly need and our host (who met us at the apartment) was incredibly warm and friendly.

Gorgeous views & perfect location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property in Lisbon. Location was great, with lots of restaurant and bar choices around us, and a short walk to the waterfront. Views from the living room are as good, if not better than in the pictures, and the private rooftop patio can't be beat. Got some good workouts, with lot of hills and stairs wherever you go in this neighbourhood, but that is the nature and part of the charm of the Barrio Alto! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a lovely stay. On our check in day, we dropped our luggage off at the LV Premier office in the morning and returned to collect it in the afternoon. Antonio helped us check in and even booked a taxi to get us to the apartment. He took the time to show us around the apartment and recommended restaurants to us. He was an absolute delight to deal with! The only issues we encountered was the sewer smell and lack of ventilation in the big bathroom. Also, the shower in the small bathroom drained water very slowly. We brought these issues to Antonio’s attention and he tried his best to resolve them.Other than that, the apartment was spotless and the views are incredible! It’s in a great central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was always friendly, quick and efficient.

We were on the way with our 8 month old baby and grandmother. The accommodation was gorgeous, neat and clean, and great views. Everything was within walking distance. The patio was wonderful to enjoy the sun. The apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are narrow and steep. We recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.
