Clean, lots of essentials in the kitchen. Good communication. Inquired about another fan, since it was quite warm during our stay, and a new box fan was delivered to us! It really made the difference in our comfort level. Some upgrades would be nice to bath and kitchen but everything worked fine. Beds are soft, especially master bedroom. A new mattress would be nice. Overall, great location, quiet street, hot tub is private with a nice deck.
This location was perfect for our family of four and our dog. We enjoyed good downtime in the house with some lazy mornings and were able to keep busy with plenty of Sunriver and Bend activities. The loft feature of the house was fun and the hot tub was delightful. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood too!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with lots of extra kitchen supplies and even a second coffee pot and espresso maker that didnât work and the wrong coffee filters were stocked. Itâs ok, we made do with paper towels as coffee filters bc the grocery stores didnât have them either. Lots of extra pillows and fans which were nice. The carpet was a bit musty smelling, it left my son stuffy and this was his only criticism with the house. The futon upstairs was as hard as a rock but we made do. We were grateful for the extra space. The hot tub was super nice after a day of skiing but the heater seemed to have issues and temps couldnât really stay up past 98-100. The hot tub water seemed a bit dirty too.
All in all we had a great stay, these were just a few things we had issues with.
We enjoyed our time in Sunriver at this home. The layout was nice. The only thing missing was air conditioning during the heat wave we had. Overall, the house is stocked. We really enjoyed using the bikes and SHARC passes!!!!
The house was comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some awkwardness with the showers, as the one downstairs is fit for people 5'8" and under, and the one upstairs door was tough to open & shut. Near enough to hear trains go by, but not loud enough to wake from sleep. But it's an easy location in & out, good spot for bike rides, and we used the hot tub every day!
Cute little spot. It does echo sound through the house, so if youâre a light sleeper, this may not be the one for you. But all around nice stay. Well equipped. Good location. Great communication with the owner. And we had some snow to play in.
Indian Lane 2 was a great little house. We are a family of 4 and was just right size. Another comfy chair by tv might be nice but prob not room. The house was so clean, kitchen well stocked, fun games, tv easy to operate, hot tub wonderful, bedding and towels smelled clean and the location fantastic. We rode the bikes provided (plus our own) down to the village several times. Bennington properties management was so responsive, proactively provided helpful info and made everything seem easy.
It is not a large house but fine for our group of five. It was clean, adequately appointed and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a completely enclosed deck for the dog, however you couldnât see anything of the surrounding area or the deer! It was hot and there is no air conditioning, there are plenty of fans but the noise gets a bit annoying. They could definitely use a better window covering on the west window in the main room which would help with the heat.
House was very clean. Perfect for our family. The location is awesome to village.
Bedding should be upgraded.
The mattress in the master is concave and needs to be replaced. Dryer is in need of repair.
