À propos de cet hébergement

Situé sur le terrain de l'hôtel La Quinta Resort historique et légendaire et Spa. Vue sur la montagne spectaculaires depuis chaque chambre et le pont. Notre unité au 2ème étage artisan décorée dispose de 2 terrasses privées en suspens, dont la plus grande a un pare-soleil. S'il vous plaît noter que notre Villa animaux domestiques. Votre chien a accès aux deux patios, sans le risque d'évasion qui existe dans tous 1er étage Spa Villas.

La piscine et le spa sont à quelques pas. Parking est commodément directement sous cette unité au 2ème étage, mais vous ne serez pas besoin de votre voiture comme tout ce que vous besoin, y compris le golf est à quelques pas.

Profitez de la jardins du complexe vaste, golf et tennis, festivals et événements, la natation dans la piscine de proximité. Marche pour primés restaurants, bars, magasins et café-bar. Découvrez la musique live fréquents dans 2 lieux. Animaux acceptés.

L'équipe de gestion Hilton a récemment rénové la plupart des chambres de villégiature dans un style très générique qui ne met pas en évidence le thème de la mission historique espagnol qui fait de La Quinta Resort célèbre. Hilton a exigé que Spa Villa propriétaires utilisent aussi les mêmes styles génériques. Nous démissionné du système de gestion de l'hôtel et avons complètement remodelé notre villa dans un style mexicain classique avec des couleurs vives, fer forgé noir, l'art classique, Talvera et Saltillo carrelage partout. Notre Villa célèbre l'histoire de la station et honore son patrimoine. Viva La Quinta!

Notre salle à manger dispose d'une salle à manger de stand vintage. Tout le monde aime se faire le siège de la cabine au restaurant. Profitez de tous les repas et le journal du matin dans notre cadre de dîner cosy.

S'il vous plaît noter qu'il est interdit de fumer de toute nature a permis à l'intérieur de la villa, sur les ponts ou immédiatement à l'extérieur de la villa. Si vous envisagez de fumer, alors s'il vous plaît ne pas louer notre Villa.

Loved the Villa!

Everything about our stay was super. We love the LQ Resort and the villa was perfect for us. From the covered parking to the wonderful patio, everything was just as advertised. It was so nice to have a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Would love to stay there again!

A week in Paradise

We loved our stay in this villa more than words can say. Utterly delightful. Beautiful, bright and homey. The location was close to the tennis courts, in a secluded area, with a seemingly private hot tub and pool. Amy was a great communicator when we had a small issue The mexican motif was a lot of fun, and La Quinta is just gorgeous. We had a perfect vacation.

Our stay could not have been better. The property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and an easy walk to the resort. We can’t wait to go back!

Clean and Accomodating!

We rent a villa every year, sometimes a couple times a year. This villa was exceptionally clean, it’s located on the resort, but with more privacy than closer to the front of the hotel. The owners were very accommodating with our early check in and offered us a late check out, if needed. It has a large patio, kitchen, and two full size bathrooms. We absolutely intend to reach out in the future and use this villa for our next golf/sun/pool getaway. 🙂

Not recommended for long term stay

Property had a number of issues upon check in - no hot water, fireplace didn’t work, light bulbs burned out, dead batteries in remote, 3 mixed matched wine glasses, locked cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, limited dishes and silverware, no hot pads or kitchen towels - these issues were taken care of by owner once made aware, but we checked in a day late. - dishes were very limited however. The weirdest thing was having to share the laundry facilities with the owner. We stayed 6 weeks, and it is a beautiful location, very dated unit however. Burned batch in drapes, old uncomfortable furniture, updating is sorely needed. Patio furniture is rusted and worn. Owners are very nice, and it is a wonderful location and best for a very short stay

We Love the La Quinta Resort

I couldn’t get past the La Quinta/Spanish decor which was everywhere throughout the condo including every bathroom tile and even the light fixture covers. The furniture both inside and outside the condo needs to be updated. The patio table and chairs are worn and slightly rusty.. Cushions for the chairs on the patio would have been nice. For renters staying for a week or more, guests should be given more beach and bath towels. The washer and dryer are not in the condo but on the first floor around the corner. One day, I found myself doing laundry with the owner. My laundry was in the dryer. I couldn’t put another load in the washer because it was being used. Odd. There were pluses. We loved the big bathroom which was fun for me and my two daughters to get ready together. And the big patio for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails was lovely. I appreciated the owners supplying pods for the coffee machine. Overall, we absolutely love the La Quinta Resort, restaurants, pools, spa, tennis/pickle ball courts and grounds. After staying at the resort the past couple of years and now the spa villas, the accommodations are in need of a remodel.

Great condo in great location, comfortable, but needs some attention.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay in the unit, its a great condo in a great location, best layout of any unit we have stayed in at LQ. The bed was comfortable and some of the furniture is charming and interesting. The LQ resort has a certain aesthetic, and this carries through to this unit with the tiling and Mexican décor, light and fun for a few days. Having said this, it could be better. The place needs a few upgrades, some repairs and more attention to stocking of the unit. The furniture on the main patio and in the lounge, area is old and damaged. Rusting, missing legs, sagging old cushions and a strange diner / banquette set up let the unit down. The LQ resort suffers from old technology in all units, but this was compacted in this unit with old TV's with remotes that didn't work (probably just batteries) The TV cables aren't routed through the wall, so there's also a "spaghetti” cords hanging everywhere, just needs some attention. The fireplace wasn't working when we were there, which the owner explained was due to delayed parts; fair enough, hopefully it gets fixed soon as it would have been nice to enjoy. The shower controls in the second bathroom don't work properly and the shower head needs a good soak in CLR. I don't know if the towels are supplied by the resort, but they are old and "scratchy" and need replacing. The weakest part of the rental is the kitchen. It needs to be better stocked with quality utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. For example, there were just 3 mis-matched wine glasses, no kitchen towels, no paper towels and a broken wine opener, it felt more like the kitchen in a first-year student rental than one in an expensive resort.

Immaculate, colorful, comfortable Villa!

Villa is lovely. Colorful decor. Immaculate and comfortable. Provided all amenities needed. Responds quickly to question. Close to fitness center, main pool. Smaller pool is within a few steps from front door. Very private, and quiet. The perfect relaxing place!

ALWAY ENJOYED STAYING AT THIS RESORT! FIRST TIME DOING IT THRU VRBO. PRIME LOCATION, MOST COLORFUL & CHEERFUL VACATION RENTAL. BREAKFAST OUT ON THE DECK- BEAUTIFUL MT. VIEW. All-in-all, nice place, good location, reasonable price.

Nice 1 BR "Spa Villa suite. Next to many swimming pools and hot tubs. On the LaQuinta Resort property. Good amount of space inside, two nice balcony patios, full kitchen. TV reception is sketchy - on and off. Could use a few more towels for a 5-night stay. All-in-all, nice place, good location, reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Nice place and great location within LQR.

Much more affordable than renting from Waldorf Astoria. We appreciated the stylish (retro) furniture, colorful tiles and big bottles are body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Parking is noticeably easier than in more crowded parts of the resort. And we still made full use of Waldorf facilities including tennis clinics, restaurants, and convenient Marketplace. Minor annoyances was a shortage of spoons and a toilet that needed plunging. Very responsive owner.

Our Go-To Desert Spot

We've stayed twice over the past couple of years and plan to return. Having the pool right outside the door, easy walk to the La Quinta Resort's restaurants and nearby golf make this a perfect spot.
