A lovely desert holiday

Our family recently concluded a summer holiday at this La Quinta Vrbo. The rental home was fantastic- a great location and well appointed. There were plenty of nearby pools to relax in which was our #1 objective. The owners were great communicators, speedy and informative with all the needed info. We would highly recommend this Vrbo to others and look forward to return visits.

April Getaway

Beautiful home. Everything we needed was available to us. The location was perfect, a short walk to the La Quinta Resort restaurants & the golf courses. Bill was extremely responsive & available. It was probably the smoothest VRBO checkin process I have experienced to date. I highly recommend this home & would stay there again!

Another wonderful stay in Santa Rosa Cove!

Once again, Bill and Vivian's home did not disappoint. I am so fortunate to have found it, as I've stayed there several times -- and even booked it again for the spring before I arrived! It lacks for nothing, and Bill and Vivian are wonderful and thoughtful hosts, whose hospitality and generosity are greatly appreciated!

Above and beyond!

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. Bill and Vivian were stellar hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were so accommodating and made sure to go above and beyond so we would have everything we needed! Best place to stay by far!

Incredible stay!

We love staying in the Santa Rosa neighborhood! This villa was fully stocked, so clean, perfectly located and the property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to coming back!

Condo quality: A+ Condo size: A+ Condo Amenities: A+, had everything we needed and more Prices: A+ competitive Cleanliness: A+ Location: A++ Quietness inside room: A+ Outside noise, neighbors: A+ Service from Owner: A++ Service Local restaurants: A The owner was just so attentive and communicated each step of our stay. Always was available, which I feel is very important. We have been staying in this complex for many years, but the stay at their condo was the most relaxing time we have ever had... quiet, peaceful, and clean is all we asked for and we got it!... Dream VRBO experience!

This property is not to be missed. Bill and Vivian had the BEST communication throughout the entire process. The unit was so comfortable, spacious and the location could not be beat. Everything you need for a vacation in the desert. Steps away from La Quinta Resort and so close to everything. We enjoyed the pools, neighborhood walks and dining so close. Bill was so kind with lots of suggestions to make our stay even better. From a welcome bottle of wine to checking in to make sure the new air conditioning system was cooling well when temps were in the triple digits. The unit definitely surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend to friends. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable and Relaxing

Great location both in the community and general area. Very close to restaurants, spas, grocery, hiking etc. Extremely well stocked with very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the bikes and pools, patio and corn hole in the yard.

A Fantastic Rental

This is a great property, and I can now understand why Bill has so many 5 star reviews. The unit was spotless, with really wonderful beds, sheets/towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved taking the bikes into town, used the tennis racquets on the near empty courts, and the location couldn't be any better for strolling onto the La Quinta grounds. On top of all that, Bill was a very thoughtful host, with some great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Thanks so much Bill! We will be back for sure!
