Townhouse vie à son meilleur! propriété de 3 chambres à une valeur étonnante. SLEEPS 8!
Les nouveaux appareils, meubles, comptoirs en granit; TV dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres. Il y a 2 lits queen à l'étage avec une unité fenêtre A / C dans la chambre des maîtres. * Il y a SEULEMENT AC dans la chambre principale à l'étage en tant que FYI ** Toutes les autres chambres et chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des ventilateurs à plusieurs étages. Il y a des lits jumeaux dans la chambre en bas. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Convient pour 8!
Avoir un plus grand groupe? Nous gérons Townhome # 37 qui est un 3 chambres qui dort également 6 à côté. Les deux townhomes dormiraient 14 au total!

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est à portée de main tous les jours pour des cours ou l'amélioration du jeu coaching.

La grande, récemment rénové piscine est idéal pour "tours" et aussi pour de petites activités enfants de l'eau. des séances d'exercices à base de Piscine sont proposés chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont situés dans le grand pavillon près des tribunaux piscine et tennis.

L'une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces espaces préservés donnent un aperçu de la vie il y a des années hawaïennes. Chaque site a une description affichée est des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possède de nombreux jardins et des sentiers pédestres. Fleurs et feuillages tropicaux sont abondants. Il y a plusieurs aires de barbecue en plein air pour les clients à utiliser.

La grande île est également connue comme la capitale de golf d'Hawaii avec 16 cours, 11 qui sont situés dans l'ouest de Hawaii.

Spacious, clean and had all the things we needed (small appliances and kitchen utensils) and things we really appreciated having and weren’t expecting (beach towels, mini cooler, a boogie boards). Great pool and easy access to amazing snorkeling at Kahalu’u and a shopping centre.

The complex is nice well kept up secured with fate access, the pool area is nice and easy access to the ocean. The unit we stayed at was nice and clean plenty of room. If you're looking for a hot shower you're out of luck, it's warm at best. I reported it and they said they would look into but nothing was done about it. Both bathrooms have showers that are nice, no bathtub for kids but it wasn't a big deal for us. The downstairs bedroom mattress is terrible, my son said the upstairs was fine. I killed five German roaches in the kitchen but they had a scheduled pest control come spray all the units so they do try to maintain bugs. Upstairs a little noisy from road noise, Overall a nice well kept place I would definitely rent in this complex again but maybe try to get a unit right on the water.

Regarding the hot water concern, we did respond promptly when it was reported and offered to have our maintenance team check the system; however, we did not receive a response confirming access or a preferred time to inspect during the stay. We’re always happy to address issues as quickly as possible when access is coordinated, and this is something we continue to monitor closely. As noted, Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate does mean occasional pest activity despite regular, professionally scheduled pest control for the entire complex, which we appreciate you acknowledging. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the mattress and noise—these are helpful notes we share with ownership for ongoing improvements. Thank you again for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and would consider returning to the complex, and we hope to host you again in the future.

Great First Time in Hawaii!

This was our first time in Hawaii and we could not have stayed at a better place than here. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and a shopping center. We highly recommend this spot!

Relaxing resort

Beautiful resort, quiet, next to snorkeling beach,walking distance to coffee and shopping. Cute geckos on grounds and amazing sunset views from the grounds. Highly recommend, loved our stay there and the property management company was excellent to deal with.

Wonderful vacation at Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club

The townhouse was clean and well stocked. Knutson and Associates was easy to deal with and very prompt on the one service call we made and followed up. Surf and Racquet Club was in a good location and had a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, BBQ. Our family enjoyed our vacation very much.

Amazing Stay!

The place was great for us (3 couples). The grounds were great ,the pool was very nice and refreshing after days adventuring in the sun. We had one small issue which was resolved same day! It was in a great location. easy parking and no hassles at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hopefully soon!! cannot wait to go back!!!

Once again Knutson rental agency did not fail us This property was amazing.

We rented two properties for our group. Perfect location and they had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. The condos were clean and amazing. The management team are so easy to communicate with and are so helpful. We are going for our 3rd annual family trip next yr and will book with them again.

Great property

The property was wonderful. The house was comfortable and clean. It is close to the pool on the property and is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. It was close drive to grocery stores, beaches, and downtown Kona. There was a pack and play available at the house which was helpful. Lots of closet space, TV in every bedroom and the living room. The property managers were fast to respond to all questions. Great experience, would stay at the property agains in the future.

The location is about 10 mins drive to the town but there is a small strip mall with a grocery store and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The pool was great and you could walk to a small beach connected to the property too. Any problems we had were addressed right away and we really appreciated getting a late checkout for our redeye flight. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for families with children!

The condo was a bit small for our family of 7 (5 children); the kitchen and dining areas were very cramped. However, the bedrooms were sufficient in size. We loved the pool and common areas at the club as well as the whole place being fenced in--we felt very safe letting our kids play outside without supervision. The check in process was seamless and communication with the managers was great-they were very responsive. The location was perfect: close to the best snorkeling beach in Kona and also close to stores. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Lovely home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, the new appliances were delightful...that stove/oven is very much desired ♥️ My family from Kona enjoyed the luxury of the air conditioning 🙏🏾 Missing one minor thing, no ping pong paddles😥Having the grocery store close by was a blessing 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
