Maison 4 chambres ; très jolie au centre de ALBIR avec piscine et à 100m de la mer. Avec WIFI INTERNET par fibre optique + Chauffage central au gaz de ville et Climatisation
Maison très agréable et exposée au soleil du matin au soir ; été comme hiver.
La maison est très bien meublée tant à l'intérieur que pour les meubles de jardin ( voir les photos)
Vous pourrez profitez des chaises longues ; ça c'est certain!
Située au coin d'une rue ; vous avez un jardin beaucoup plus grand , aéré et avec de beaux palmiers
Elle est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et avec tout le confort
Elle possède 2 porches qui vous permettent de jongler avec le soleil et de manger dehors tous les jours
Pour ainsi dire aussi ; vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture; car vous avez tout à 100m ; la plage ; la mer ; les supermarchés ; commerces etc.
C'est aussi un endroit calme ; bien qu'au centre de ALBIR
ALBIR est un petit coin de Paradis
idéalement situé

Amazing location..villa is so spacious with a large garden area.Two mins from the beach one way and 2 mins toSupermarket the other ..The villa is well equipped and so comfortable. We loved it and we will definitely be staying again!!! Thank you to the host and Luis who looked after us.

Absolutely beautiful villa, very clean, friendly host and was easy to be contacted if needed. Close to everything you need, markets, shops restaurants and beach all 5 minutes walk from the villa. Will definitely be back to this villa again, perfect size for my family.

Fabulous

We had a lovely stay. The house is large and we had plenty of room.Just meters from the sea and all shops bars and restaurants. Very convenient. A couple of extra sun beds would be good as there were 4 of us and only 2 sun beds.

Fab property

Beautiful property, close to beach, shops and restaurants / bars. pool not on site but short stroll and always just our group there. Ideal for family or friends.

Great location, central to all amenities, and close to the seafront.

Areas of the property need updating, but knowing the host he has already started the upgrade.

What more could you want

Beautiful house with all modern fittings and appliances. Located withina five minute walk of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The owner could not have been more helpful. We will be returning to this house in the future.

Fantastic Albir Villa

Excellent location all amenities nearby. Villa immaculate - very comfortable beds and has everything you need to self cater if required. BBQ very useful - we never stayed inside as the outdoor areas were perfect for eating under the shade. We did have a breakdown with the dishwasher but Loic and his agents went above and beyond to get it fixed in no time at all. Fantastic holiday - go see the lighthouse stunning scenery. Loved every minute.

Great Villa

Great Villa Welcomed at a late hour Everything explained in full along with places to eat Supermarkets and shops Very Central for all amenities Villa was on a corner so sun all day Owner is in the process of making improvements and we met him during our stay could not be more helpful We will return and have booked later in the Year Would recommend this Villa for Couples and Families you won’t be dissapointed

Since we booked the house we already had lovely contact with the owner, Loic. By entering the home it was very clean. The beds were quiet comfy. The house is near bij the beach, restaurants and the center. Everything could be reached by foot. Loic and his team are always avaible if there is a problem. Thank you, Loic

Fabulous Villa Fabulous Host

The Villa is huge inside the pictures dont show how much space there actually is. Very clean,well presented with tasteful decor. There is a seaview from the diningroom/kitchen and the location could not be bettered you are minutes away (on foot) from all the restuarants,bars,supermarkets etc you could wish for. Loic was the perfect Host and is very much a gentleman (sadly a rare thing these days) and was extremely attentive and helpful. 100% reccomend the Villa,location and Host.

Summer Life

We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at Loic’s place. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We were able to park the car and enjoy the beach life of Albir. The house is just as described, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owners was easy and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and ability to open up the house and enjoy the sea breezes. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was delightful and appreciated when taking afternoon naps. We are coming back next year.

A beautiful property, close to town

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 11 night stay at this property. Loic and his family were very welcoming and very professional. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is perfect for easy access to the centre of Albir. We enjoyed having a choice of outdoor terrace and the swimming pool is only a few houses away and we went most days for a swim. There were a handful of sun loungers available for use by the pool also. There are partial sea views from the house which was a super bonus. We have stayed many times in Albir and would recommend this property. (See the Sea restaurant and bar is close by and we enjoyed some excellent meals there with stunning views of the sea.)

The property was as described, close to everything and within walk-in distance, everything you want is on the doorstep. Property well appointed better than any we have stayed in, beds comfortable, which is hit and miss on holiday, Beautiful deco throughout, a pleasure to stay. The promenade is beautiful you can walk from Albir to Altea with restaurants along the way with a wonderful beach! The property has been thoughtfully provided with all needed to make the stay extra comfort even to a shopping trolley for the supermarket. Property Owner Loic we had the pleasure to meet, a true Gentleman, very accommodating and made our stay special by recommending restaurants and always on hand if we needed anything, we felt we were in safe hands a genuine, kind man can’t thank him enough We definitely will be back Thank you for a fabulous holiday x

Pleasant villa, good location

We really enjoyed our family holiday at Loic’s villa and in Albir. The villa has stylish furnishings and it is clean. The downstairs bedroom en suite is modern and looks recently updated. The upstairs bathroom appears to still have original fittings. The villa was pleasant to stay in for one week. Lots of equipment and utensils available in the kitchen but no tea towels to dry crockery/cutlery. Dishwasher is available but we hand washed to save putting the dishwasher on more than once per day. I asked the agent but didn’t get one in the end. We bought a tea towel and took it home with us. Only a small issue.The beds are comfy with clean white sheets. Only one mirror in one bedroom so had to keep using bathroom mirrors (which are large but not full length). It wouldn’t suit if you had many people needing to do their make up or hair.WiFi is great. Communication between the owner/agent very prompt and easy via WhatsApp.The location is great - near the village centre with shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything you need. Can get a bus to Benidorm but they don’t run past 22:00.There is access to a communal swimming pool which is a few houses down from the villa and it is accessed by a key. We had the pool to ourselves most days so it is still private. The sun beds are not very good quality and all but one were cracked - still useable if you’re not too heavy! Loic did try to sort this for us with the community/management company. He is a friendly man.

Maison idéale pour vacances famille.

Notre séjour a été satisfaisant, la maison disposait de tt ce qu'il fallait. Emplacement parfait à 2 min de la plage.Piscine Nickel. Propietaire très proactive. 2 points comme observation. Bruit de la nuit assez fort pour le passage du camion poubelle et des fois des gens. Voisins pas assez agréables.

Tous simplement « parfait »

Grande maison idéalement situé et parfaitement équipé, nous venons de passer 2 semaines de vacances magnifiques , proche de toutes les commodité ( plage , resto, bar , magasin ) , mes 5 enfants ont tous adoré la plage , la maison , la piscine souvent pour nous tous seul 😊et surtout la fibre en fin de journée 😊pour leur tablette et jeux vidéo , en ce qui nous concerne nous venons souvent dans ce coin de l’espagne mais c’est la première fois que nous sommes aussi bien logé , gros point positif nous avons pu réaliser des bonnes sieste les après midi après nos mâtiné de plage grâce à la climatisation et le double vitrage qui ne laissait passer aucun bruit . Et pour finir un petit mot sur les propriétaires qui sont comme la maison au top , disponible et cool . Encore merci pour les vacances

Maison et Cadre magnifique!

Les propriétaires sont tous simplement Adorables, très disponible en cas de soucis et pour des conseils :) La maison est grande et fonctionnelle, le jardin est parfait (manque cependant un peut de lumière) Le calme est plus qu'appréciable et pour retrouver la folie des grandes ville, Benidorm est à 5 min et alicante à 40min. Maison fidèle à la description! L'albir (l'alfas del Pi) est vraiment un coin charmant et animé en cette période de l'année. Nous avions été prévenue des petits problèmes et de la futur rénovation de la maison, donc nous n'avons pas à nous peindre.. J'aurais aimé mettre 5 mais le problème de baignoire (qui compte dans la rénovation) à été un peut contraignant surtout à 7. Pour les restaurants il y en a un qui sort vraiment du lot (merci pour cette découvert à la proprio) : El Chiringuito ! Très belle découverte ! Je recommande vraiment +++ Emmanuelle et sa petite famille :)
