East Butte # 22 est une maison privée 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain hors Beaver entraînement avec un accès facile à l'installation SHARC aquatique et la maison est livré avec 6 SHARC illimité passe. Le salon vous accueille avec un poêle à bois, des canapés confortables et un nouveau téléviseur 55 pouces pour vous réunir en famille ou entre amis. La salle à manger mène à la cuisine bien équipée dans cette maison de vacances de 2 niveaux.

La mezzanine a une table de billard, futon queen et un lit queen. Les 2 chambres à l'étage principal disposent d'un lit queen et la chambre principale une salle de bain privée. La grande terrasse dispose d'un barbecue à gaz et un bain à remous. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous tandis que le dîner est griller sous soleil toute l'année de Sunriver.

Prenez les vélos et obtenir sur les pistes cyclables pavées à Fort Rock Park ou le centre commercial Village.

Week in Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Sunriver

The property was well maintained. The hot tub was the best. We did not use the passes, every time we drove by it was so busy. (Plus we had no kids with us). The bikes were a nice way to get out early in the am when it was cool outside. The only thing I wish I had was more lighting in the house. But my overall stay was great.

If you have not explored Sunriver, Oregon, you ought to put it on your list. This property is perfectly located in Sunriver for easy access to shopping, dining, bike rentals, coffee, wine/beer, golfing, pools, spa, parks, tennis and pickleball courts....you name it, its here.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at East Butte 22. A couple of minor little problems upon check in, but they were fixed very fast. Our Wifi router was not working, the service tech came out Saturday night, when we checked in, to replace it. One sink was not draining in the bathroom, fixed the next morning. I would say that if you are not up at the crack of dawn, don't sleep in the upstairs loft area, it is bright in the morning, but there are two other rooms downstairs to choose from. An upgrade on frying/saute pans would be nice, there are some really old Teflon ones that can't be safe to use anymore, luckily we had some camping pans with us.Other than that, it was lovely! Loved the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor deck was great!

Nice Location and property management company, but house is outdated

Our family enjoyed the location, size of the house, property management company, and hot tub. The house itself was outdated and not very clean. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t invest much in this house. The kitchen needs new pans and utensils. The bike selection was poor and the bikes weren’t in good shape. The house was dark and hot (no A/C). The plumbing was bad. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. The house wasn’t cleaned well at all! We had a great time and Sunset Lodging is great, but we won’t rent this house again

Cute House in a Nice Location

The property and house are well situated and quiet. Close to everything in Sunriver, we enjoyed biking, the SHARC, and nice walks. The beds are comfortable, but at least one was very squeaky. As other reviews have mentioned, the kitchen is pretty outdated, but totally functional. The deck and outdoor setup is very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Sunriver Vacay

The house was exactly what we needed. Great walking location, nice deck, dining al fresco, teens loved the pool table and perfect place to call home for a summer vacation. Would definitely book again!

Great Affordable Sunriver Getaway

Check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Home is dated but I thought the price was great. The hot tub was very nice. The whole family had a great time.

Would not rent this home again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needs some maintenance. Electrical plugs loose, no towel bars in bathrooms, poor lighting, kitchen sink faucets not operating normally- to shut water off you have to find the sweet spot in the middle. House was clean enough, but small and dark.

Decent affordable house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is small, dark and had several maintenance issues when I arrived. The property managers were fantastic about getting them resolved but I was a bit put off that they had not been handled before our stay. It just seems that the owners have deferred a lot of maintenance. However, we still had a lovely stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we enjoyed the hot tub and the layout was great for an extended family getaway. Was great to be in Sunriver at a reasonable rental rate.

Cozy Get Away!

This was such an cozy and nice place to stay. Was a prefect get away for my friend and I. The hot tub was a great plus on those cold nights. Loved the amount of natural light that we got throughout the day. Would 100% stay here again

Cleanliness was subpar. My 4 year old dropped a toy under the bed and didn't want to get it because it was "disgusting." Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice amenities.

A nice weekend getaway

The property was nice for our family of 4. 6 would have been a bit cozy. Suggestions for the owners would be to upgrade the bikes they aren’t safe. lights in the hot tub area, inset in some new fry pans and kitchen sink valves. These are suggestions but should not detract from a nice place to stay with comfortable and clean furniture and beds.

Comfortable home for our family gathering

Reviewer Comments: We came to play in the snow with our grandson and got all the snow we ever wanted. The house was very comfortable and had all the promised amenities in good working order. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and wood stove after a day in the snow. The home was clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and a well equipped kitchen. We called maintenance when the electric recliner didn’t work and they showed up 10 minutes later. We would definitely rent this home again and may come back for summer fun the next time.

Winter in Sunriver

Wonderful home for a family stay. Clean, warm and cozy for a winter vacation, with hot tub ready after a full day of skiing at Mt. Bachelor. I fully recommend this place for up to 6 people. The only issue we had is a lack of good lighting in the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and outdoors. If you arrive at night be ready with a flashlight.

Lovely space for a family getaway

We wanted to getaway from home for a few days while and found this house to be a perfect space for our little family. The relaxing hot tub, the old pool table, the super comfy recliners, the bikes, being surrounded by nature...it was fabulous! The kitchen (and outdoor gas grill!) had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and we would have loved eating outdoors at one of the two tables on the deck if it had been warm enough. We also loved exploring the nearby High Desert Museum.

Great stay. Enjoyed our time. House was great, quiet and chill neighborhood.

Check in was a breeze. Information given was great. Cleanliness was great.. Struggled with streaming services on the TVs but that could be due to internet issues. Overall a great lil trip away from home.
