This nicely appointed Sunriver vacation rental is inside Sunriver Proper and provides you with a 2 story wall of windows and a wonderful layout for the whole family. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2400 Sq. ft. home features a spacious great room, a downstairs bonus family room, and plenty of space for up to 10 guests. Upstairs on the main floor, you are welcomed with an open floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living areas with hardwood floors throughout. Upscale furnishings are included, and perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace to watch the big game or a movie on the flat screen TV. Step out onto either one of the two large upper decks and soak up the sun or star gaze Sunriver's National Dark Sky, or BBQ on the patio after a long day of exploring. A half bath is conveniently situated off the great room to accommodate visiting guests.

Provided is a large dining table that seats up to 10. The adjacent kitchen features a large island bar and granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, a gas range, and a fully stocked kitchen. A peaceful master suite is situated to the right upon entering the home and features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private access to the hot tub on the back deck. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. Head downstairs to find the 2 guest bedrooms, each tastefully appointed. One including a king, the other with a queen bed. A full bathroom, laundry room, and the bonus family room with a large flat screen TV, full-sized sleeper sofa bed and wood-burning stove are on the lower level.

There are 2 bikes at this home. However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change without notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

This home provides 8 free unlimited SHARC aquatic center passes. These will be left in the home for your convenience.
