Magnifique plain-pied, deux chambres, deux salles de bains, quai de bateau. La première chose qui vous vient à l'esprit lorsque vous ouvrez la porte de cette belle maison, est le magnifique parquet en bois dur dans un espace de vie ouvert décoré avec goût qui dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces avec console de jeu et wifi. Le joli mobilier dans toute la maison donne un sentiment de détente au moment où vous entrez, et le coin salon / salle à manger accessible du quai sur le patio élargit la sensation de détente à la mer, seulement pour être rivalisé par l'expérience de prendre le duffy 12 places bateau pour une croisière relaxante l'après-midi autour du port (qui peut être loué moyennant un supplément).
La nuit, vous pourrez vous installer dans la chambre principale pour 2 personnes sur son confortable lit queen et profiter d'un film sur la télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, ou vous installer dans la deuxième chambre dotée d'un ensemble queen et d'un TV écran plat 30 pouces.

Channel Islands Getaway

This house was perfect for my Sister's birthday week. A great location with fantastic views! The home has everything you need for a great weekend! Highly recommend!

Labor Day weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this rental property. It’s in a great location for walking or biking to the harbor and the farmers market. The amenities are fabulous! Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas , and beach bikes was a huge plus👍🏼👍🏼 It was a very hot weekend for Oxnard so thank goodness the owner left fans! We are all our meals out on the beautiful deck and enjoyed watching the boats go by. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family :)

Summer on Gateshead Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the location of this house and access to the Duffy boat. The houses amenities were acceptable-plenty of linens but skimpy cooking utensils. Bathrooms were redone & nice but kitchen was very tired. Worse thing was the sliding doors were corroded & could barely be opened. Also lack of screens allowed insects & a hermit crab to find there way in. Overall, house was above average.

There was a lot of dog hair! And the shower in the hall bathroom is terrible. NO water pressure! Other than that its was great

Reviewer Comments: We were a little skeptical about renting a house during this Covid 19 era, but when my friend who also stayed there previously assured me about cleaness and neatness about the house we were convinced. It's a well maintained and tastefully decorated house which sits right on the channel. We enjoyed the balcony, the duffy and the quietness of the area a lot. There's a garage but no direct access from the house but the house is on a cul de sac type of street so there wasn't much traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

we loved our week here! The house was set up and stocked perfectly with everything you might need, the beds were super comfortable and the deck was cool and relaxing. The highlight for us was having the boat- we loved cruising around the marina. Would highly recommend this house and will come back!
