Mesa - Upper Las Colonias - 6 km de Taos et 13 km de Taos Ski Valley

Construit en 1998, cette maison de location de vacances construite sur mesure en adobe à Taos est l'incarnation du charme et de l'élégance astucieuse. Mousseux propre et fait de tous les matériaux authentiques naturelles, les sols sont beaux carreaux de saltillo mexicaine, les plafonds sont tous vigas naturels traditionnels en bois. Les murs intérieurs disposent doux, des lignes fluides en plâtre arrondis avec une belle cheminée Kiva sculptée. De grandes baies vitrées permettent beaucoup de lumière, de chaleur et des vues spectaculaires sur la chaîne de montagnes de Taos. Les meubles sont délicieusement sud-ouest et coloré. Une cuisine joyeuse et complète avec comptoir-service sur a des armoires personnalisées et italienne carreaux de marbre. Les Patios (une avec portique ombragé) permettent à manger et de détente des espaces extérieurs, tandis que le grand bain à remous privé sert de point focal pour la détente et le plaisir offrant une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes de jour et millions de dollars vues du ciel nocturne. Casita Romantica est situé à 5 minutes au nord de Taos, Nouveau-Mexique sur le chemin de Taos Ski Valley. Il y a plusieurs excellents restaurants à proximité, y compris un restaurant gastronomique nord de l'Italie, un restaurant mexicain, un endroit restaurant / danse mexicaine New avec musique live, un magasin de pizza et un excellent Continental maison boulangerie / épicerie / café. Un magasin de location de ski et d'une compagnie de rafting en eau vive sont à proximité également. Idéal pour une lune de miel, escapade intime Taos, ou des vacances en famille. Good instructions, appreciated the labeling of all the many light switches. Well supplied/stocked except for tissues. My only complaint is the large photo of Arizona in the bedroom, complete with saguaros!! Get it together!! Why not a beautiful NM scene?

A cool and scenic month of August.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casita Romantica was just that: cozy, intimate, beautifully situated in a desert garden with a great view of the Taos mountains. Well-situated to take advantage of all that Taos and the surrounding area has to offer, it was a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We are anticipating coming back.

Cute Little Cottage

We enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable. However, the home is right next to a major road and the road noise is very loud. The bathroom is small, and the toilet is very close to the ground and very narrow - and it's hard to get in and out of that spot when you are older. The house is situated low, so there is not a lot of air flow in the summer and the home stays too warm. Other than that, the home is well-appointed and tidy.

Relaxing

We had such a relaxing time in Casita Romantica. The location was out of town, what we wanted. It was quiet, peaceful and beautiful in the area. The Casita was as advertised, and it was so very well appointed. It would be hard to complain about there not being something you needed. The decorations were lovely and appropriate for the region. Looking out the windows and seeing the mountains was beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Dissapointed

We have rented from premier properties before. Sadly we were disappointed. The place could of been cleaner. Pulled back sheets to find black hair. Shower had mold in it. Not all the jets worked on the hot tub. We actually left a day early ☹️

Weekend getaway

Authentic Taos. Beautiful vigas. Full kitchen amenities. Secluded but close to all the things to do. Lovely little casita. Only downside is lack of cooling. No swamp cooler or AC. House was very comfortable except between 2:00- 5:00. Ceiling fans help a lot

Nice relaxing property

Overall secluded and primarily quiet experience. No one staying in neighboring house so it could be different depending on that but neighborhood in general was very mellow. Property was clean and as described. Good outdoor area with room to eat, grill and hot tub. Lots of windows and light to make it a bright and airy experience. Property does sit close to a major road so there is traffic noise if you’re sensitive to that. Super easy check in and out.

Nice Small Home for a Couple - Nice View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute, clean home for a couple. It has a small square shower, everything you need as far as kitchen utensils, and beautiful view of a snow capped mountain top in May. We had a house situated on the right and in the back seperated by coyote fencing. Very quiet neighborhood. You can hear and see traffic on route 522. The hot tub was nice and you could see the stars at night. I would recommend this sweet home. It was very easy to park, unload, and the location was perfect. Not far from town.

Peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay utilizing the fire place and hot tub. It was quiet, comfortable and the art was lovely. Will stay here again when visiting Taos!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casita Romantica is a hidden gem. Follow the written instructions carefully to find it at the end of a gravel road. The nearby houses are positioned very well and all have fences giving plenty of privacy. There is a feeling of seclusion despite some road noise. The house was very clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Artistic decor and thoughtful touches are everywhere, including bathrobes for the hot tub. Taos and surrounding areas are wonderful: Taos Pueblo tour, Rio Grande Gorge bridge at sunset, shops and galleries, hiking near Ski Valley (we summited Mt Wheeler), Chimayó restaurant and historic church, Parcht wine bar (fabulous), brunch at Michael’s Kitchen, Doc Martin’s (great atmosphere, live music, and margaritas - food was good but overpriced). We enjoyed talking to Native people at the Pueblo, Dana, owner and tea mixer of Tea.O.Graphy, the sommelier at Parcht, and Pat Woodall, the artist at his gallery. Will return!

Awesome Week

This is our second or third stay at Casita Romantica and-as always-it was just perfect. The house is perfect for two people, well-appointed, and immaculate. The location is great and the view is fantastic. Casita Romantica is our "go to" retreat!
