Welcome to your peaceful retreat, Casa Monte Vista! Set in the serene surroundings of Taos, this pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven comfortably accommodates six guests making it an ideal setting for families or groups of friends.

The Master Bedroom is an oasis of relaxation replete with a soft king-sized bed for deep slumbers and an en-suite bathroom that features a bathtub and separate shower for a spa-like experience. The two additional bedrooms echo this commitment to serenity and rest with their spacious layout and thoughtful decor.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival at Casa Monte Vista, you can avail the facility of free parking for 2-3 vehicles, including 2 under the carport and one in the driveway. Enjoy unlimited access to our well-equipped kitchen, cozy earmarked spaces for relaxation, and the inviting outdoor hot tub. The property caters to all your entertainment needs with full Wi-Fi connectivity and TV access. Also, ensure a hassle-free self-check-in with our smart lock system.

Please note: This is a non-smoking property and a 25-foot walking distance away from the property is required for guests who wish to smoke. PET POLICY: We welcome furry family members under a pet-friendly policy which allows a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. We charge a $100 non-refundable fee, to be paid in full prior to check-in. Our home features discreet cameras for additional security.

Pet Policy Information:
This home is pet friendly! We love furry family members! If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please be aware of the following policy and rules: There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation and there is a $100 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the reservation. All pets must be declared on/with the reservation at the time of booking, or, at the latest, prior to check in. Pet fee must also be paid in full prior to check in. If a pet is brought into the home and has not been previously declared, a fine, in addition to the $100 pet fee, may be assessed and charged to the guest. At the time of departure, owner and/or management will perform a routine departure inspection.

If damages are found and determined/assumed to be caused by a pet in the home, such damages will be documented and submitted as a claim to the hosting company (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, Taos Love LLC, etc.). Such a claim and monies requested may be used to recuperate charges for, but not limited to, excess cleaning time, supplies and repairs needed, replacement items, etc. The owner and/or management company will determine if the $150 pet fee paid by guest will or will not cover any or all of needed monies for aforementioned issues. Guest will be notified if damages are found and if a claim will be filed.
