Fierté de la propri��té transparaît dans notre nouvelle chambre 2, ville 2 salles de bain 200 yards de la plage sur une rue calme. Cette extrémit�� avant, unité de coin a de grandes fenêtres qui font face à la plage qui porte dans le beau soleil et l'air frais de la mer. Trois ventilateurs de plafond se déplacent doucement l'air dans toutes les pièces. Lits pour 7 avec un lit de jour supplémentaire dans la chambre principale pour un enfant ou un adolescent. cuisine enti��rement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Assurez-vous d'apporter vos dosettes de café à utiliser dans la machine à café Keurig. Séjour a étonnants plafonds vo��tés, tél��vision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, c��ble ��largi et DVR, foyer au gaz, et un tout nouveau cuir américaine Reine canapé-lit. Il y a aussi un montant supplémentaire de nouveau cuir am��ricaine double canapé-lit dans le salon. Cuir am��ricaine Sleeper Canapés sont connus comme «le mondes canap��-lit plus confortable". table à manger 6 avec deux sièges supplémentaires �� la barre. La chambre principale a un lit de lit et jour roi (idéal pour un enfant de dormir sur). Il est également livr�� avec une télévision à écran plat et nouvellement installés nuances salle assombrissement. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Chambres ont des draps haut de gamme, coussins et oreillers ainsi que cinq étoiles couvertures et couvre-couette blanche. Vous trouverez également des serviettes de luxe et un jacuzzi dans les belles salles de bains. art ajoute tout au long de votre plaisir de vacances. Le condo est livré avec un sèche-vaisselle, aspirateur, et des ventilateurs suppl��mentaires. Il y a une belle terrasse hors de la salle de séjour avec un tout nouveau barbecue Weber. Nous avons aussi un garage privé approvisionné avec des chaises de plage, jouets pour le sable et un pack et le jeu. Nous nous efforçons de rendre notre condo le plus beau, le plus sans problème et peut-être la meilleure valeur �� Avila.

Rental staff were very courteous and professional. Rental unit is in overall good condition. Small things that would improve the unit and guest stays:-Upstairs bathroom shower light and vent fan were not working-Upstairs and downstairs shower rack shelves had some rust on it-Would be nice to have facial Kleenex tissue boxes in bathrooms and in kitchen/living area-More shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap for multi-night stays-Nonstick pans are old, scratched up, and discolored. Did not feel comfortable using them to cook. -Should include a hose to connect to the outside hose bib in order to rinse off beach sand from beach equipment, sandals, and feet.

Beach fun

Great place within 5 minutes walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the beach. Quiet neighborhood to just chill and hangout. The rental has everything you need.

Incredible Stay

Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!

The owners have thought of everything from abundance kitchen items, coffee, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board, good knifes, etc. loved having our own garage and an extra parking spot if we needed it. Beds comfortable and TV was great. Overall very clean and nice place. There were a few things that should be addressed but they were minor. They had a slow leak from bathroom tub and the patio was overgrown with bushes so couldn’t sit out there, but they had a beautiful balcony upstairs that I was on daily. Had a few other issues and the maintenance team fixed immediately and were always available if I needed anything. Avila beach is a beautiful place. Lots of hiking, restaurants, golf and other amazing things to do. It’s relaxing and fun and low key. My favorite place to go on vacation. We even went wine tasting at Paso Robles which is a special treat. I loved everything about this area and this condo was fantastic.

Wonderful stay in beloved Avila Beach

The town house was just a block away from the hotel we had stayed at many times when our daughters were little. Now that they are older we needed more space, and this was the perfect place for us. Lots of sleeping areas, walking distance to turf beach and shops, clean, modern, private… we loved it.

Good place to stay, to be close to Avila Beach

It was a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, they don't offer any. Check in was easy. Property management company wasn't the best to deal with outside of check in and check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is located within walking distance of all the great things to do in Avila and fit the 3 of us easily. There were a few minor issues. First the garage door keypad never worked, the rental company sent a handyman out right away so the delay was about 40 mins getting into the house. Secondly there was a hole in the roof about the entryway and it leaked rainwater onto the floor. Obviously no way to fix that while we were there and shouldn’t be a problem if no rain is expected.
