Pismo Beach Condo, Ocean Front Gated Condo Community with pool and spa, Downtown, 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, Sleeps 6. The living room of this condo has a sectional couch, fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with DVD player, WiFi. Dining table for 6 plus a breakfast bar. Washer/Dryer. Primary bedroom has a King bed, with 32" flat screen TV, and deck with great views of the ocean and pool. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds that have a double bed on the bottom, twin on the top and a twin trundle underneath, and a flat screen TV.

Carport parking space.

We had a great time at this Pismo Beach condo

The location was perfect - right in the middle of downtown and steps from the beach, with a private parking spot. They gave very clear instructions for after hours key pickup and drop off, which was very easy and smooth. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We were there with our two young children and it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to future guests.

It's a nice well maintained compound with ample parking and great security. Bill Day, the property super, is always so friendly, helpful, professional and is very dedicated to the upkeep of the overall property.The specific condo we stayed in appeared to have been upgraded in recent years. eg. popcorn ceilings were gone, light switches, led can lights etc. Very comfortable king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with all the basic utensils.

We stayed on the opposite side from our previous stays at Pismo Shore closer to the main gate. It was noisy when the garbage truck came. No other negatives. It's a great location. Steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and stores. We didn't have to load the kiddies into the car.
