The living room of this condo has a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player, wireless internet and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a dining table for 6. Washer/dryer. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, tv and deck with partial ocean view. The Second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Guests can enjoy an entry patio with table, chairs and BBQ.

Our Pismo Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation this year. The condo was clean and sparsely supplied with everything we needed. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. we also used the recreation room for our Christmas luncheon and it worked out very good. The living room furniture is wearing out and very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

The pool had duck poop in the bottom of it and the spa was green, had lots of bugs, and sand in it.

Disappointing. Fees are disgusting. Paperwork for CVR said address was 330 Main Street & that is the Police Station. Update the information. The rental was on the shabby side. Could use several upgrades. Felt restricted by all the rules and charges for infractions.

The bad: Uncomfortable with steep stairs with skinny steps (not suitable for 70+ seniors). Not one trowel rack in master bath. The good: Well appointed and equipped. Good location.

A rough journey

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived at my unit it had not been cleaned. I was very displeased to see crumbs on the floor, dirty towels unwashed, beds with dirty sheets and unmade, and the trashes weren’t dumped. I was happy about how fast the clean crew was able to come and clean. However, the screen door downstairs had lots of holes in it and the vacuum cleaner smelled awful like someone had puked in it, cause it had liquid in it from the previous tenant.

Likes Pismo Shores but unit 118 had too many things wrong with it

Only complaints were regarding the blinds in both bedrooms. Both needed minor repairs which would have helped us sleep in later. Not an issue for early risers. Also, the upstairs toilet made slight flushing noise about every 10-15 min, all week. Husband tried to adjust but couldn't stop it. Notified mngt co. on check out. Hope they address issues for future tenants. Overall, we had a great stay. Nice complex. Great for families! Easy beach access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location. However, it had not been maintained, and the upstairs was very dirty. The downstairs had been remodeled, but not the upstairs. That unit should not be rented out until repaired. I washed all bedding before we could feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. The management company replaced some items, and cleaned the carpet. Once the place was cleaned, it was OK. The location is what saved it. We would stay in that complex again, but not that unit.
