Downtown restaurants, entertainment and shops are adjacent. Watch the sunsets. Listen to the waves. Enjoy beach front living. The living room as TV, digital cable service, and Stereo with CD player, and wireless internet. Dining table for 6. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, TV with digital cable service, and deck with ocean front view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, as well as TV with DVD player. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit 8 years in a row and you simply can't beat the location - right on the beach, right next to downtown. That's about where the positives end. The unit is not maintained in any meaningful way. ALL of the screens have holes in them and neither screen door on either slider works. Despite pointing this out during our stay last year, it wasn't fixed again this year. The microwave above the stove has been inoperable for years and rather than being replaced, was substituted with a countertop model when counter space is already sparse. The dishwasher and washer and dryer units both need replacing. Suffice it to say, we've grown tired of waiting for the owner to do what is needed to be done with this unit and will not be staying here again.

It's lovely and the owners have updated things very nicely. The cleaning service used in between stays does a poor job of cleaning the unit thoroughly. We bring this to the attention of the management company each year, but it doesn't seem to change. If you can live with doing your own cleaning, you will enjoy everything else about your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay. Great location. Beds were comfy and living room was comfortable and well lit. We did bring our own DVD player as there is not one provided. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen could have used a bigger selection of cooking tools and the barbecue has seen better days. A few light bulbs were burned out and the refrigerator water was not hooked up for water and ice. Called the CVR office and everything was fixed the same day. Overall it was a very nice place and we are planning another stay next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation! Being right on the beach was so convenient. The condo was also so close to all the restaurants and shops. It was nice to be able to park your car and walk to your nearby destination. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a minor ant problem but the manager was quick to get that problem solved. I would definitely recommend this condo.

All in all it was fine but we chose another property next year that will be more comfortable for our family !

We love staying here and being so close to the beach and downtown. We would enjoy using the deck more if the patio furniture and BBQ were replaced as those items are quite old and used.
