Very cool and nice place - right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in oceano. This best was very comfortable and easy to quickly get in beach mode. It was well appointed and the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen is quirky but easy to navigate The only thing I missed was that there was a sand hill that blocked seeing the water. But that also kept us nice and private.

Girls trip!! Location was great, beach access amazing. House was perfect for a relaxing girls trip. We went horse back riding in Santa Margarita, had cocktails at Old Juan’s, which is walking distance.. Night time fires in fire pit.. very comfortable home, weather was amazing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the rental, however, there are a couple of things we would recommend for a better experience. The pillows really should be changed. It seems like they are very old and overly used, that was kind of gross. It was kind of the same with the cooking pots and utensils, the non-stick coating was all scraped up on the pots and the utensils were falling apart. Given what we were paying as guests (not family members), the expectation was higher and these essentials should not have been such shabby quality.

We had a problem with the fireplace heater and CVR came right out and attempted to resolve the problem. They provided an alternate heat source when the fireplace heater couldn't be repaired.

Not worth it

Fireplace and heating didnt work. Management continued to give me instructions that didnt work. 2nd bedroom beds crawling with ants couldn't sleep on the beds had to spray ant spray which then created smell which permeated room. Winds built up dunes and couldn't enjoy the ocean view and winds blowing so you couldnt enjoy the deck or firepit. Don't waste your money. Sent messages via app and no response to even discount our stay. Very disappointed.

The person in the office I had spoken to acted like I turned it on && didn’t care that if we had went to bed this could have ended in fatalities. This happened the night before my wedding. Yes it is a gorgeous home located on the beach BUT I would not ever recommend staying with any of the properties by this company again since I felt they were uncaring with this issue. So I left a review on there Facebook with more details.
