Secret Garden est une luxueuse cabine de 2 chambres offrant 2 suites king-size, une connexion Internet haut débit, 4 télévisions, un bain à remous, une table de billard, un baby-foot, une célÚbre douche à tour de 18 pieds, un gril à gaz et un bain à remous. La grande cuisine et les grandes baies vitrées vous offrent une vue magnifique sur le parc. Installez-vous confortablement dans l'une des 3 cheminées de cette cabine de luxe. Une cuisine complÚte et laveuse et sécheuse sont inclus dans l'unité pour votre commodité.



Entrez au niveau principal et vous ĂȘtes accueilli par les plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s de 28 pieds de hauteur avec mur de verre. Vous serez dans la cabine Ă  la fois moderne et rustique et pourrez admirer la vue sur la nature.

Pretty Cabin - Needs cleaning & repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is pretty but the upkeep and cleaning need some work. The tv connection on the tv located in the kitchen/great room area stopped working, the refrigerator was not cooling had to move food to mini fridge down stairs , the stand alone shower was not cleaned hair was in it from previous guest and the main bedroom needs a new mattress-huge dip in the middle.

The beds are hard as a rock and the cabin needs a good cleaning. There was hair all over the second bathroom and shower. The pool table was dirty and hair all over the couch in the game room area. If this cabin had a good cleaning it would be great. Also I felt like I was being watched from The cameras I had forgot to cover the hot tub when we went to eat and I get texted to cover it up.

Calling it a "Luxury" Cabin is a big stretch...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I highly suggest that Elk Springs Resort remove the word "luxury" from their description of Secret Garden. I've stayed at many luxury homes and resorts around the world and this cabin was FAR from luxurious.The home is barely equipped - NO basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and coffee/coffee filters.(that is to be expected in hotels and AirBNBs and especially at the rate we were paying) Sure, the fact that these items aren't provided in the FAQs IF YOU LOOK FOR IT, but it should be CLEARLY outlined in the numerous emails that are sent prior to arrival. The cabin was "clean" but furniture was totally dinged up, the lighting was awful, the seating shown in the photos is NOT accurate, and the beds were mediocre. (not to mention the pull out couch - that was a joke) Each night, I was awaken by the sound of rats (or something large) scurrying between the upper and lower floor which was quite concerning.Bottom line - I feel like we were taken for a ride by paying over $500 per night. Not only will I never return to Elk Springs, I will certainly never recommend it to my friends and family, nor my colleagues in the travel industry. We were so excited for a cozy Thanksgiving in the mountains and we all left incredibly disappointed.PS- Katie in reservations was delightful and does an excellent job at selling up the "resort." She also claimed that Dollywood would ABSOLUTELY be open on Thanksgiving (while some people stay home to cook the others play!) but it was closed.

Very disappointing

When one leaves their home they expect an upgraded stay in their vacation home. The cleaning crew should be fired. However, a week before our stay we were made to switch cabins because of renovations. Upon arrival I had to make contact for code, the Floors were sticky requiring us to mop, the seating for 6 was unavailable 3 upstairs 2 downstairs, 1 at the table, the table had fries in between. The deck spindles were coming off, 1/2 deck redone rest were in need of replacement. The 12” tv was ridiculous in a bedroom. The other room when showered had no vent fan which made everything in the room wet, and floors slick. The tv main area was not working DVD only which none was provided. The hot plate to cook on was bent and could not use, the water on the fridge worked part time... this was a disaster, never again, if I could get my money back I would, horrible.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Customer service was very good. We had three cabins close together. Was a little disappointed that for the price there wasn't even a box of kleenex in the bathroom. Cabin was very clean. Close to attractions in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
