Amazing stay in Maiori!

Raffy’s place was the perfect base for our Amalfi holiday. His apartment was beautiful, spotless, and with all the amenities and essential supplies for a perfect stay (including lemons from his farm). Raffy went out of his way to make sure we had a smooth check in ( letting us drop off our bags early) with great local recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. Maiori is a perfect base to see the Amalfi coast - regular ferries to Positano and Amalfi town - but it also has great restaurants, beach clubs and more space to move around in the town. We’d love to return in the future!

Everything about the apartment was wonderful! Raffy was a wonderful host and the apartment was clean, comfortable, in a great location and the street had everything you would need. The only disappointment was we thought the kayaks, pool and bikes were part of the property but they are just close by to rent.

Great vacay

This was a wonderful property. It was very clean and spacious. 6 adults stayed and did not feel crowded at all. Wonderful outside area overlooking the street. Could see the ocean from there as well. Our host was very helpful with question regarding trains and private driver! Maoiri is a beautiful area and close to all the other spots we wanted to see.

La Kenzia is an Amalfi Dream! A beautiful,spacious 3 /3 apartment in the center of a charming, loving Amalfi town…Miaori. Maiori has both ferries and buses to take you most everywhere you want to go. The apartment is spacious and beautiful!

Beautiful location

This property was so quaint, and perfect for our needs, and close to everything! I loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom. Our hostess was wonderful and gave us recommendations for food and transportation. Note: the swimming pool is not on property but accessible off property, and there is no TV in the main gathering room. Side note: the sleeping mattress are very firm.

Great stay with family.

Raffy and her father were wonderful to meet. The apartment is lovely and well equipped with everything you need. The Mediterranean decor made the apartment feel warm and welcoming. The location was amazing! Māori has many shops and restaurants to choose from. The lemon path to Minori is just a few yards away. It’s a beautiful path between Māori and Minori.

Everything about this apartment is first class. We loved the layout, decor and supplies. The onlt ding was not getting check-in info until the day before, however being in Tuscany and Rome before going to Maori, i could have missed it. All other communications were great. Maiori wwas much better than Amalfi, no crowds.could have missed

Superb!

This beautiful and very well appointed and spacious apartment fit our every need and was perfect for our family of three adults and one young child. It was a five minute walk to the beach and malecon on a pedestrian walkway of small shops, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and more. We enjoyed suppers on the balcony with views of the town and water. We could not have asked for more. Raffaela, her father who met us to let us in and the cleaning ladies were all delightful. There was nothing to do but enjoy!

Central Location in a Charing Town

This property was on the main street of town with many shops, restaurants and markets close by. We mixed eating out and eating in. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and utensils for preparing a meal. We found plenty of hiking trails with historical significance nearby. For example, we hiked the trail of lemons to a 1st century Roman Villa in the neighboring town. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. They went above and beyond by making a cake for my husband on his birthday. It was truly special (and delicious). I can't promise that you'll get a cake, but I'm confident you will get great service if you stay here.

Perfect stay for Amalfi coast

I cannot say enough good things about Maiori and our stay at Lakenzia , Raffaella was a perfect host she went way above and beyond and even had a beautiful gift for us for our anniversary upon arrival. The check in process was perfect and simple , buzzed the apartment and we were met upstairs had a quick review of the apartment and then given helpful tips about the surrounding area ,groceries , pharmacy, etc. The apartment itself is even better then the pictures can show, the balcony is BEAUTIFUL and the location is PERFECT 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the ferry. Groceries 2 minutes away , lots of great food and shops literally 2 minutes from the apartment. We would LOVE to return here and I would HIGHLY recommend. We were a family of 4 but the apartment has 3 BIG bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so you could easily fit 6.The kitchen is fantastic and we cooked our own meal 2 of our evenings and we had everything we needed! One final thought the communication with Raffaella was instant , any question we had was answered in minutes.

Well Located Spacious Apartment

More than enough room for my wife and I, my daughter and her two children. 3 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub/shower in each. Large dining/livingroom. Good sized fully equipped kitchen with small washing machine. Good sized balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the street. Located on the main street of Maiori a couple of floors above a gelatoria, just 1 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk and children’s playground. We stayed here in late July 2016, after a one week stay in Minuta(Scala) just 20 minutes away where we had to be out by 10. Although we arrived much before the check in time, Raffaella (who owns the apartment along with her mother Anna?) let us bring up our luggage to the apartment, then took me to the complementary parking spot (shared with another car) in an enclosed area beside the road just past the east end of beach. Raffaella was very helpful throughout our 3 night stay via What'sApp and beforehand via e-mail. There was a clothesline adjacent to the kitchen in the interior courtyard. Beach toys were provided as well as beach towels. The only negative for the apartment is that it is not airconditioned. Being the middle of summer that meant that our windows were open at night to take advantage of the cool breezes from the sea. However, as the apartment is located on the main street (which is closed off to cars, pedestrians only) there was entertainment just below our window until midnight on Saturday and Sunday, and people walking, dining and talking in the street below well after that. We had just come from virtual seclusion in Minuta, and wanted to be in the middle of the "action" so this was not a major problem. Be warned. This is not a quiet hideaway. All and all a pleasant stay.

Highly Recommend

My family of 6 spent 5 nights in these wonderful accommodations. From the very beginning, Raffaella was very easy to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The apartment is beautiful, really enjoyed the outdoor patio area that overlooks the central street. Everything we needed was available to us, and we felt very much at home. We did not have a car for this trip, and found using the public transit system in the area was very easy to do. If you are looking for a nice place to spend time on the Amalfi Coast, book this apartment.

Che dire? La casa è perfetta per delle vacanze in famiglia. Spettacolare ubicazione, proprio nella via principale con tutti i servizi vicini: ristoranti, supermercato, negozi, fermata dell autobus e dei traghetti. La attenzione della famiglia dei proprietari incredibile, sempre super attenti a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Luce, spazio e una deliziosa aria di mare.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio, i proprietari sono gentili e riservati. La sensazione complessiva è di un arredo essenziale ma completo di tutto ciò che serve. Nel terrazzino che costeggia l'appartamento c'è sempre uno splendido venticello, l'ideale per leggere un libro se si ha voglia di una pausa. Negozi e ristoranti molto comodi, ottima la pizzeria di fronte. Grazie per l'accoglienza, Carla e Michele.
