Welcome to 312 B Shipwatch! This beautifully designed 3BDR condo is highlighted with a wonderful oceanfront balcony, beach access, and a community pool!

The interior of 312 B Shipwatch welcomes you with an open floor plan and charming coastal decor. Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek granite countertops and barstool seating. The dining room table will be able to welcome your entire family, with seating for six. After a day at the beach, kick back and relax in the living room or out on the private, oceanfront balcony. There's also a dining area for alfresco meals.

312 B Shipwatch features three bedrooms, each with a TV and its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony.

Shipwatch At Wild Dunes is a fantastic condominium community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. Featuring one of the largest pools on the island, a bonus children's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your children swing or play on a teeter-totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals, and several restaurants (seasonal) located on site.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown.

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

*Parking Details:*
- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

June vacation

The location was great…beautiful view, nice beach, we had everything we needed.The pool is lovely and quiet.Only two drawbacks: The deck was fairly small, and the a/c in the condo was noisy. It did keep us cool, though!

Beautiful condo with ocean view

The rental property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator/freezer motor was very loud and needs attention. Also, the heating & A/C fan was very loud making it difficult to have a conversation in the living area of the condo.

The 2 smaller bedrooms we got eaten up by bed bugs, freezer has rust and ice maker did not work. Mosquitos on the property and at the pool and elevator was horrible. the walkway to the beach is not a wooden walkway and 1/2 the walk way was under water, had to walk around it onto the dunes which is legal issue potentially!! fix this. nice place if not for all the above.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip with teens

We had a wonderful “last” spring break trip with our high school senior daughter and sophomore son. We loved this condo!! The layout with separate bathrooms per bedroom was especially great for a son and daughter. My husband and I also loved the layout of the primary bath and the shower was excellent! The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and we were also impressed by the upscale decor and very nice furnishings. The kitchen had all the essential equipment needed to cook with and more than we needed to make breakfasts and one dinner in. We also appreciated having an actual pantry to store extra drinks, etc. in.The view was very nice and the location was a short mile walk to the sweet grass hotel area where we walked for specialty coffee and snacks. The guys played golf twice at the harbor course and loved it. My daughter and I spent most of our time at the swimming pool which has clearly been updated recently with tile pavers and very nice and comfortable chairs.Every time I messaged the host (for the condo entry code and pool entry code), I was promptly answered by a courteous and appreciative person. We would definitely stay in the condo again!

Close to beach and pool, Great views

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. I love that each room had their own bathroom. Loved the balcony and view of the ocean and pool. We stayed March 8-15th so it was still a bit chilly, but we still spent a good amount of time at the beach, finding seashells, starfish, sand dollars, jelly fish etc. It was not a busy time of year so we always found a covered parking spot. The condo had everything we needed pretty much. It was helpful that they provided a few starter items; like 2 laundry packs and some dishwasher detergent and soap etc. I suggest providing larger shower towels and more of them. Us ladies, like to use one for our body and one for our hair. And if everyone is sharing at the same time, we seemed short on towels. We had to bring our own beach towels and beach chairs which was fine. We had plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans etc. There was a Keurig and coffee pot, toaster. The microwave didn't work. But I called the property management office, and they brought a loaner out on Monday, that worked just fine. Prior to arrival, I did not receive the digit code to enter the condo or information about parking passes prior to our arrival. But again, the AvantStay staff was quick to respond, so we had no trouble. We rented bikes and rode around Wild Dunes. We also took an evening stroll to the Coastal Crust for dinner once. I would stay here again for its location to the beach and amenities.
