Maison de plage confortable sur la belle ��le de Palms. Situé �� un pâté de maisons de la plage, la promenade est �� 500 m��tres de l'accès public Palm Blvd. Profitez d'un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds vo��tés dans le salon et la salle à manger et une grande t��lévision �� écran plat. Cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit avec une cuisinière à gaz. La cuisine donne sur la combinaison salon / salle à manger avec une grande table de salle à manger. C'est une maison surélevée mais toutes les chambres et l'espace de vie sont tous de plain-pied. A l'intérieur il ya un total de 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains chaque chambre dispose d'une t��lévision �� cran plat. La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée. Profitez d'un dîner sur le porche de l'��cran. Sous la maison il y a beaucoup de stationnement et une douche extérieure chaude et froide. Cette maison comprend un gril �� gaz, véranda et terrasse ouverte sur le dos, véranda couverte. Courte promenade �� la plage, Direct TV et DVD. WiFi, linge de lit inclus. Interdiction De Fumer. It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds are pretty hard, all of us had springs in our backs. Twin room was really small, I’d probably only recommend one twin bed in there. For bathrooms, only one full bath is really accessible to everyone, the other is an en suite and the third is just a toilet. So keep that in mind with a group.

Great Home With Easy Beach Access

The home was wonderful and just a block from the beach. It was spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom had a t.v., which was nice. We had trouble with the Direct TV initially, but they sent someone over to look at it and it worked the rest of our stay. It does not sleep 10 as listed and only sleeps 8. That means one member of our group had to sleep on the couch. Since the home opens with a code, it's strange that we had to stop by Island Realty rather than just going straight to the home. In other places we have stayed, basic condiments, in particular salt and pepper, were provided. Also normally laundry detergent is provided. These things were not provided. One major plus is that the master bath has a walk in shower with a bench. This was amazing for my 80-year-old mother. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Great Vacay House

Very clean home with a great updated useable floorplan!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 50 night stay at this quiet home on Cameron Blvd. Sitting out in the large screen porch in the evening times listening to the ocean waves come on shore was very relaxing. The master bath walk-in shower was the perfect size for one person, but big enough for two. I enjoyed cooking meals in the open kitchen, while being able to watch my football games on tv. The only item needed in this great affordable beach home would be to have a bigger, more modern 4k type tv in its large open family room. My walks on the nearby beach at sunset were very enjoyable. Island Realty Staff and Maintenace People are the BEST PERSON'S I have ever worked with, over the last 10 years of vacation home stays along the Charleston area beaches! My first choice in beach vacation homes will now be ISLAND REALTY. The

Great rental and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay with our dog. The beach access was close, and the location was peaceful with very little traffic in front because of the dead end street. The one-level layout of the house and split bedroom floor plan were nice. The great room and dining area were roomy. We used the gas grill for a couple of meals and sat on the screened porch when temperatures allowed. The landscaping and concrete pad underneath were kept clean and neat, and we were able to pull two cars underneath for shade. Overall, this was our favorite of the dog-friendly houses we’ve rented.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of this house was very good for our family of 6 plus a baby and 2 small dogs. Everyone had a private toilet and we shared showers with one couple. The beds were adequate but not comfy. The king fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and there were no pillow cases for any more than 2 pillows per bed. One Queen room had a crinkle bed cover/protector made noise when moving in bed. Understand its a pet friendly, but carpet in BRs were very stained. Kurig didn't work and no top to blender could be found. No broom and dustpan for easy touch up of floors. Not any yard room in back, only a small front yard for playing outdoor games.

Great family beach rental

It is 1 block from the beach and accommodated our 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs perfectly! Much more affordable than the monstrosities on the beach! A few minor flaws- slow bathtub drain and holes in the screened in porch- but over all very nice. Great rental!

Plenty of room for our cars, plenty of space under house for games, screened in deck was perfect for our morning coffee. Few negatives, no sleeper sofa as in listing, twin beds need replaced, stained carpets, no owners instruction manual especially for the 10+remotes for TV and lights, no beach towels. But overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay again. Enjoy!

Nice Last Minute Getaway

The large open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room was great for being able to be together as a family. Unfortunately, the dishes were not clean. The house included all the kitchen utensils that we needed. It has a very open den & large kitchen table to seat all. Screened-in porch was nice as well. The location was great...only 2 blocks from the beach. Only a ten minute drive or so to main IOP area & the connector.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property and location was absolutely ideal for our week long stay on the island!! It's on the 2nd row, but has immediate access to the beach from a cut through to Palms Blvd. my wife and I stayed here by ourselves for half of the week, and then our parents joined for the remainder. It is absolutely perfect for 5 to 6 people. Kitchen and bathrooms are in really good condition and the back screened in porch is wonderful. Our dog loved it! Also, the front porch is a nice relaxing spot to enjoy porch sitting, rocking chairs, and morning coffee. If you have a bigger party staying, the only negative would be it only has 2 baths, so some might end up sharing... All in all, 4.5 out of 5 and I would definitely refer this place to a friend. Might look into staying here again for the future.
