Dear Matt, thank you for your review. Negative feedbacks are also useful to improve the level of service we dedicate to our guests. To be honest this review seems very far from the standards we propose and seems to me the consequence of a pure incomprehension linked to the bad sheets that we usually charge (explaining very clearly the conditions of the apartment, not only in the description of the property on the site but also in private messages). In any case, in your case we had offered the service to remediate to a wrong communication for my mistake. For the rest I am quite convinced of the equipment of our house and our kitchen, I admit not to have a kettle in a summer house, but if it was so fundamental for you I would have bought and I would have immediately provided. It's the first time in 15 years that I receive a negative feedback (next time if you said me directly I will manage it easily, behind a keyboard is a bit complex). Thanks again for your stay.

Buonasera, la ringrazio per la sua recensione, non posso giudicarla negativa, ma sicuramente essendo l'unica che non ha 5 stelle non posso se non leggerla con attenzione. Accetto le sue osservazioni anche se mi preme fare due precisazioni: 1) l'appartmanete è sito a 400mt dall'acqua della spiaggia la cinta, 5 minuti è la distanza massima in cammino che tipicamente si impiega per arrivare in spaiggia e tuffarsi in mare; 2) in merito ai materassi, il matrimoniale (rete inclusa) della camera da letto e il divano letto in sala sono stati acquistati nell'inverno 2016. La cameretta non ricordo, non trovo la fattura. So che non tutti hanno gli stessi gusti in termini di letti, ma più che comprarli nuovi e di qualità non posso. Ad ogni modo proverò a capire se posso migliorare qualcosa, perchè per me avere clienti felici è il modo più facile per lavorare. Grazie ancora per il suo giudizio, che comunque rimane un buo giudizio da 4 stelle.
