Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 3/23 - 4/17/26. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.
This end unit on the 16th floor of Ilikai Marina offers the best views of the harbor and Waikiki Beach below! Recent upgrades as of September 2024 include luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and bedroom, brand new furniture throughout including new queen size mattress and sofa sleeper, 50" Smart TV, and a new refrigerator and small appliances. We've replaced all cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable experience during your Hawaiian vacation! A sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom for added privacy. This unit has just been added to our inventory, so there are no reviews yet. But rest assured, it's an excellent condo!
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
