We had to call on WhatsApp when we arrived at the building because we didn't have the apartment number to use the door intercom. They spent a long time showing each room and where everything was. We filled out the paperwork online but then still needed to go over it and sign. Giving the apt number would have been useful and the check in process could be quicker and more efficient. It's a big apartment for just 2 people. The shower is small and water comes out on the floor so you have to clean up after each shower and the tiles are slippery when wet. Only sheets, no blankets so we took the other top sheet from the second room to add to our bed. The stairs are narrow and difficult with big luggage. Convenient location and very easy to get to all the public transportation. They recommended a great restaurant downstairs Lolo and Pepe, and we ate there 2 times. There's a wonderful wine shop across the street Casa Baco BCN. We went to buy wine and we got to drink several glasses of different Spanish wines and bought 2 bottles that we had. There's a market around the corner for fresh veggies and fruits.

Excellent location and host

Had an excellent stay with Pedro. He was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect; close to 2 Metro lines and walking distance to many attractions. Would definitely come back again.

Great location

Awesome spot. Walked a ton of steps but great city and nice apartment. The only issues is the steps up to the 4th floor with heavy luggage and no Wi-Fi but not that big of a deal. Pedro was super nice and helpful too.

An amazing apartment!

Pedro was amazing from the moment we booked to checking out on the last day, the property was clean, had everything we needed and was an amazing price. The location was a 10 min walk to sangrada and 2 min walk to a metro station. As we went in summer the air con worked perfectly even with there being 7 females staying here for the week. We all loved our stay and would 100% book again!

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

My partner and I could not have asked for a better stay in Barcelona! Pedro’s apartment was excellent for anyone looking to roam around Barcelona by foot. The location was simply amazing. Watch out for the stairs though, they’ll whip you into shape. Thank you to Pedro and his wife - they welcomed us and provided a lot of information. We will be back!

Cozy and convenient apartment close to transit

We stayed for almost 2 weeks at the end of May. The apartment was clean and served as a great base for exploring Barcelona. It was nice to come back and make dinner in the kitchen, get our laundry done and relax looking out the balcony. We definitely got our steps in walking up the stairs to the 4th floor but it was well worth it. The owners were very helpful and friendly and we appreciated how cost effective this option was compared to a hotel. We would love to come back!

Lovely apartment in a really nice area of the city.

A spacious apartment, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We received a very warm welcome from Pedro and Marie Carmen despite being later than expected. Close to Metro stations and bus stops for travelling to other parts of the city. We walked to El Clot several times and loved the friendly local atmosphere. Nice shops, bars and Catalan eateries within walking distance. A wonderful week in the city we love.
