Cette nouvelle maison magnifique de 2000 pieds carrés, vient de terminer un remodelage complet de 1 an, est élégante dans sa conception de simplicité. Les finitions haut de gamme associent harmonieusement l'ambiance branchée et sophistiquée du milieu du siècle avec les commodités modernes de la façon dont nous vivons aujourd'hui. Cette maison a été soigneusement préparée pour un maximum de détente et de plaisir! La cuisine gastronomique de l'île comprend une péninsule et une île immenses, un grand garde-manger, un grand comptoir et est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Les portes françaises mènent au patio sur la rivière!

Lancez nos kayaks depuis le patio arrière ou détendez-vous avec un cocktail en regardant les flotteurs. zone de divertissement en plein air est unique et privée: Pièce d'eau, haut-parleurs extérieurs, tous les pavés patio, barbecue, et un paysage magnifique.

Cette maison a toutes les grandes chambres! La chambre principale (lit king size) comprend un dressing, une salle de bain privée et une porte coulissante donnant sur le patio arrière avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. La 2ème chambre principale (lit King Size) a un grand placard et une salle de bain privée. La 3ème chambre à coucher (lit queen size) se trouve hors de la salle de télévision. Den a un lit de jour avec un déploiement supplémentaire de matelas unique et est situé hors de la salle de séjour.

We had a great stay in Bend. The location of the home was awesome and the home itself was nice though some changes need to be addressed. The sheets and towels were musty smelling and the throw rugs are falling apart, need replacing. The beds were comfortable. The vacuum needs upgrading. This is a pet friendly place so need a vacuum that will pick up the dog hair! Other than that it was awesome and Kelli was an excellent host!! Would love to come back!!

This was our 4th year at this house. We love it. It’s on the water and family friendly. Kelli is always a perfect host. I’d say the only drawback is the busy street but everything else out weighs the noise that thankfully lessens in the night

It was the perfect house for our family. Everyone was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the river right outside our door. We walked to town and on all of the paths in town. Very enjoyable!

Spring in Bend

Our family get together could not have been better. Kelli’s home is the absolute best location to experience old town Bend. We walked to everything. The home was spacious, kitchen was well stocked. The back yard on the river was fantastic. Never a dull moment watching the wildlife and people float by. We have visited Bend many times but this location can’t be topped.

Awesome house, great location

We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful house. We were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and the such. It was too cold to use the river but the location couldn't have been better anyway. We found fun and adventure in every direction. Thank you so much. We would definitely come back in the summer.

Wonderful house and location

This house was perfect for our two families for a vacation to Bend and skiing at Mt Bachelor. Everyone had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. Great location--easy walking distance to the Lot food trucks, bagels, and coffee.

Comfortable House/Great Location

This is a lovely house directly on the river with four spacious bedrooms. Our multigenerational family have stayed there twice and would eagerly book it again. The owner is incredibly responsive and gracious. It's a 10 minute walk along the river through beautiful Drake Park into town. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful trip in Bend for my family

I had my four siblings come and stay with her spouses and it could not have gone over better. I was worried about the noise and the chaos of the location, but the nights were quiet and mornings were blissful. My sister is gonna recommend this to a friend so if you could reach out to me and tell me how I can do that effectively that would be great. Also, I would like to potentially use the same location two years from now when my son‘s graduate from high school. Same time of year.

Great place for family gathering

We came for the July 4th holiday and could not have been happier. The house is designed perfectly for gathering but also affords privacy for an afternoon nap or some down time. We loved the direct access to the river and the fact that there were so many places within walking distance. Kelli was a superb host!

Best Family Vacation

This was our second year at this house and it works perfect for us. Location is prime. The river is out the back steps, Drake's park is across the street, and Mill District and Ole Downtown are walkable The house was clean and communication was great. We hope to go back again next year

Wonderful trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The kitchen is INCREDIBLY well stocked. Fit all of us very well. Easy walk to Downtown and over the little bridge to great food options. We barely had to drive. Definitely coming back when it's warmer to take advantage of the kayaks. Thank you to the hosts for a really lovely home!

Magic in Bend

Our family flew in for a whirlwind Thanksgiving week and could not have been more pleased with the property. The location is perfect, the amenities were good, and the checkin process was seamless. The property was spacious, clean, and fully met our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Although I am an Oregonian at heart, I crave sunshine, warmth, and new experiences so I am often traveling.

With an extensive family background experience in property management, I thoroughly enjoy making sure everyone has a seamless and unforgettable stay. I love getting to know other people, so do not hesitate to reach out! Cheers.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is our second home and love everything about the home and location; On the Deschutes River and surrounded by restaurants, food carts, breweries, and shops! Open and spacious floor plan, large rooms, close proximity to everything: Downtown, Old Mill District, Newport and Galveston. We also love all what Bend has to offer and take full advantage of all the outdoor sports!

Bend is a very special place., but being on the river is even better. The home was built in the mid 50's and we have kept a lot of those architectural features. This home just went through an extensive remodel in 2018 and was torn apart and brought down to the studs. We moved the kitchen onto the river, vaulted the ceilings, added a third bathroom, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new heat and A/C, new roof, everything is brand new. We love the new lush landscaping and easy access to the river from the back patio. A very special and unique property!

The high end finishes seamlessly blends the mid-century hip & sophisticated vibe with modern conveniences for the way we live today. This home was carefully planned for the ultimate in relaxation and enjoyment! This home has River views from every room! The rooms are large and live very comfortably. Nothing beats being on the river in the middle of all the activity and fun that Bend has to offer.
