Vous allez adorer celui-ci d'une maison de type, situé dans une partie d'un spot de genre!

La maison 4000 sq. Ft. Est dans un lotissement fermé sur la rivière Deschutes. Le dos donne sur la rivière et à travers le sentier de la rivière où les cyclistes et les randonneurs passent toute la journée. En l'absence de maisons à travers le fleuve, il se sent comme vous êtes dans le pays, mais vous avez raison en ville!

Le niveau principal est la plupart du temps une grande chambre avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la rivière. La cuisine spacieuse avec des sièges à l'île de marbre est un lieu de rassemblement naturel - et les cuisiniers vont adorer la cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme, y compris une cuisinière à gaz 6 brûleurs. L'autre côté de la grande salle est le salon qui a une cheminée à gaz et 70 'TV HD avec un son surround. Intensifier l'extérieur sur le pont principal, vous trouverez vous-même regardant vers le bas sur l'une des sections les plus belles de la rivière Deschutes. Ceci est un endroit fabuleux pour passer la soirée. Le soleil se couche tôt derrière Awbrey Butte donc il y a un long crépuscule. Également sur le niveau principal est une salle de bain complète et un bureau / chambre à coucher avec un lit queen size.

A l'étage, deux chambres à coucher. L'une est une chambre de bonne taille avec un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain complète. L'autre est le maître. Il est très spacieuse avec un lit king size, coin salon, et une grande terrasse privée au-dessus du toit. La salle de bain est sur le dessus avec deux lavabos, douche à l'italienne, un bain à remous, et une machine à laver et sèche-linge.

Aller en bas au niveau inférieur et vous vous retrouverez dans la salle de jeux. Il a une table pleine taille piscine, jeux d'arcade, table de pub et des chaises, des canapés, une «TV 40 et une vue imprenable sur la rivière. Adjacent à la salle de jeux, il y a une chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la rivière fantastique et un lit queen size. Il y a aussi une grande chambre avec lits superposés avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et un lit queen. Plus loin, vous trouverez un théâtre avec un écran 100 'et un son surround de haute qualité. Il y a une PlayStation 3 qui est vraiment cool sur le grand écran avec le son surround. Pour compléter le niveau inférieur sont deux salles de bain complètes. La meilleure partie du sous-sol est le patio de granit couverte surplombant la rivière. Regardez la faune pendant que vous profiter de l'ombre sur une chaude journée d'été; ou faire tremper dans le bain à remous après le ski en hiver.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Rick and Katie were very responsive and went out of their way for us. The home had everything we needed. Lots of room for us, our adult children and spouses and baby to each have our own space. Beautiful river view and in a great location. We hope to visit again sometime.

The house was very beautiful. Had difficulty understanding the directions for the the tv and sound system. The bed on the the main floor needs to checked often. that type of bed, when moved tends to loosen the center brackets. Lights that needs replaced should be noted by the cleaners. When we arrived the vacuum was left on the staircase, the refrigerator was not cleaned of drippings or working at capacity. My grandson's miik could not be held at proper temperature. My frozen dessert was not a hit. the screen to the deck on the main floor was left off the track. Having a TV on the bottom level for the entertainment would be great. A kit to check the PH level in the sauna is good. There was lots of bubbles and it was tripping. follow-up on your maintenance service. All soaps should be removed from the showers. No one wants ot use another persons personal items. The house was very dim at nights. The lamps could help with the brightness if you use a brighter bulb. garage area coul be better organized for your guests. wish the washer in the garage worked. It was an inconvenience to go into the master room. followup on your cleaners for quality of work. as I said the house is beautiful but those items above impacted the beauty and the price.

The Best!!!

This house has everything: a gourmet kitchen, fantastic views from 3 balconies , available and kind hosts, lots of instructions for using electronics, near grocery stores and restaurants and lots of room to spread out. We couldn’t have more pleased.

We had a fabulous time at the Bend River Retreat. Our two families were down for several days to attend a friend‘s wedding. This was truly a perfect retreat spot for our combined families and we were able to enjoy all that this beautiful home had to offer, including a beautiful river view. We enjoyed hanging out on the river, exploring Bend, hiking, hot tubbing, and so much more. Our hosts were gracious and great at communicating regarding check-in & check-out, and very prompt to answer any questions we had. We hope to plan another trip to Bend in the future and we’d definitely stay here again.

We had 10 people including 2 younger kids and all had a great time. Spent most of our time on the deck. Rick quickly helped with whatever we needed. Great place.

Great place to stay

The views from this home were amazing and the location was great with lots of walking trails and accessibility to Bend activities. Host was quick to respond to all needs. Accommodations were good for our group of 4 couples.

Great house, Great location!!

Everything in this home was as stated. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Very clean and big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The one thing we would have liked as we had an "old" Grandpa with us would have been a recliner in the living room this would have made him more comfortable as he sits and reads alot. We will come back as soon as we can!!!

Simply Outstanding!

Spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful property and cannot express how thoroughly impressed we all were with the location and amenities provided. The home itself is stunning - a true testament to the vision of the owner, and every detail executed to perfection. From a guest perspective, there's isn't anything that was missed. The kitchen is beyond belief - with a 6 burner gas cooktop and huge kitchen island. Every appliance and kitchen gadget you'd ever hope to have is also provided. From colanders to a Kuerig, and everything in between. I brought quite a few of my own things from home, and it wasn't necessary. Hand mixer, pastry brush, pizza cutter, large mixing bowls, measuring cups (glass and plastic) measuring spoons, an excellent cook's knife set, toaster, blender, plenty of dishtowels and pot holders, serving utensils, flatware, dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, the list is endless. There isn't anything you need, and what's provided is even more than what most homes would have! There are two bedrooms on the upper level, the master is gigantic with a huge bathroom (double sinks) and a separate shower (walk-in, fabulous water pressure!) and Jacuzzi garden tub. The closet is enormous - as big as a bedroom, and there is a full size washer/dryer as well. The second upper level bedroom is quite large, with it's own large bathroom. Soap, shampoo, towels, washcloths, toilet paper and Kleenex are provided in abundance! The main level bedroom is right off the entry-door, and has glass French doors. The doors are covered in curtains for privacy. The main level bathroom is a full bath, with a shower/tub combo and the coolest bathroom sink we've ever seen! The lower level offers two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a movie room, full size pool table and 2 full size arcade games. Every amenity needed is provided. Main level floors are water heated concrete, and the entire home is comfortable and inviting. Huge bonus, even with 5 adults showering, we never ran out of hot water! The view is spectacular, with decks/patios off of each level so you can hear the river. The double car garage was a wonderful treat - we were able to park both cars inside, away from the elements. Oh, there is a 2nd refrigerator and a stack washer/dryer in the garage, also! This home is beyond amazing, and I can't thank Rick enough for making it available to us. We will definitely be back!

Impressive view in a lovely home

Need a house for a large group in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown? Look no further than this house which had high end touches and an amazing view. I was impressed with the look and functionality of the house as well as how well appointed it was. You could find most anything you needed in the kitchen and the pantry. All bedrooms were lovely and the added touches of a game room and movie theatre were awesome! I loved being able to wake up with my large group of adults where we could choose to hang out together or have our own space. The Master Bedroom is especially impressive from the large room, bathroom, closet and deck. This house is a must rent for a larger group!

I'm a carpenter / general contractor. I moved to Bend from Hawaii with my wife who grew up here. Since I like to golf, snowboard, and mountain bike I can't think of a better place to live.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is the culmination of years of dreaming, planning, work, and a little luck. A friend found the lot while visiting one of the neighbors. I couldn't believe that there was a lot on the river that was so conveniently located yet didn't even feel like it was in town. After considering a partnership with him to do a spec home, my wife and I decided to buy it for ourselves. Four years and many plans later, we finally started building. We finally moved in February of 2010. Unfortunately, my wife passed away from cancer. Suddenly I found myself with this huge house that is too much for my son and me. Since I love this house too much to sell, I decided to finish off the basement and make it a vacation rental so others can enjoy it. Of course, I also like that I can come use it still.
