Appartement de style toscan face au Duomo

Appartement de deux chambres au deuxième et dernier étage d'un bel immeuble florentin (l'ascenseur est accessible juste après deux escaliers de dix marches chacun). Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain.

Vue privilégiée sur le dôme de Brunelleschi, si proche qu'il semble que vous puissiez le toucher. Les poutres en bois au plafond rendent l'atmosphère chaleureuse. Lancement idéal dans toutes les directions pour découvrir la ville de Florence. De la Piazza del duomo, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied les principaux points d'intérêt de la ville, à partir du baptistère, de la nouvelle bibliothèque de l'Oblat et du musée Opera del duomo.

L'épicerie est juste de l'autre côté de la route, un restaurant est à côté et un café est à trente mètres.

La connexion Internet est illimitée et incluse dans le prix de la location. Vous trouverez le mot de passe wifi sur le routeur, sous le téléviseur.

Des quatre quartiers historiques, se faisant face chaque année dans le tournoi historique de football florentin, nous appartenons au "Verdi" de San Giovanni.

Fabulous location in Florence! Duomo practically at your doorstep!

Nice kitchen and sleeping spaces. Exactly as pictured. Excellent proximity to restaurants. VERY clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place in Firenze

The flat was incredibly close to the Duomo and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It was a perfect space for 4 adults. The pictures don’t do it justice; it had so much charm and comfort in the entire space! We loved it and would highly recommend anyone stay here on their trip to Firenze

Great apartment in a perfect location

The spacious apartment was seconds from the Duomo and all downtown Florence has to offer. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Nicollo responded quickly to any questions we had.

Unbeatable location

The apartment is in a historic area with all the modern amenities (and yes, the Duomo is right outside the livingroom window!). We were a group of.two couples and we had plenty of space to spread out. The living, dining and kitchen spaces were generous and we each had our own bathroom. The location can't be beat... so many landmarks are within easy walking distance. Niccòlo was a kind host and gave us great recommendations for.restaurants. Perfect Florence stay

What a perfect place to stay! We were here for 10 days in the middle of June and had an excellent time. The apartment had everything you could want: amazing views, air conditioning, an elevator, a washing machine, super aesthetically pleasing, a short walk to the super market, and good communication from the host. We loved every minute of our time in Florence and would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

Location can't be beat. Beautifully decorated apartment around the corner from the Duomo. I wouldn't recommend for those with young children, but it was the perfect place for two couples to use as home base while exploring Florence.

Large, clean apartment. Looks exactly like the pictures. Host very responsive and offered helpful suggestions. The Duomo is literally right out side the door. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a large living room area where we could relax together.

Fantastic location - Great Apartment

We loved our stay here. The listing is accurate, pictures were true to real life. Beds comfy, house was wonderful, perfect place for a weekend or a long stay. The location could not be beat!! The hosts were attentive and extremely helpful. The first 20 steps to get to the lift were challenging with 70 lbs of luggage (we'd been traveling for a month), but we knew about them in advance and were prepared! Would recommend this property!

Great Property & Great Location

This apartment is great! It has Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine, full kitchen, etc...all the modern comfort that you need in a historic city. The apartment is better than pictured, it's location is key. We spent 3 weeks in this apartment and felt very safe and at home. Thank you again for letting us use your great apartment!

Charming Apartment near Duomo

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped and charming with wood beams and period details. Communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded quickly when we voiced minor concerns. Location was down the street from the Duomo and all major sights were walkable. Highly recommended!

Location Location Location

Great location in the center of town, easy walking distance to everything. Large, comfortable apartment steps from the Duomo. Our family of four had tons of space. Niccolo was very nice, met us when we got in even though it was late. The street was very busy at night but the noise didn't bother us at all, apartment was very quiet.

Spacious

The apartment is very spacious. Lots of living space. After the apartment cooled down it was quite comfortable. The location is very central and convenient. There is street noise which is unavoidable being so close to the Duomo. Niccolo met us at the time of our arrival and allowed us to immediately check in. He was very accommodating.

Central and comfortable

We were a party of three adults and found the apartment extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in an elegant building very close to the cathedral and the apartment itself is well equipped and charming. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet though it must be said that the weather was not particularly warm during our stay so we did not rely on it to any significant degree. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is the lighting in the kitchen which really does need some attention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly hope to rent it again and would recommend it to others.

Great apartment, fantastic hosts!

Niccolo and his father, Giuseppe, are fantastic hosts and this location is perfect for a stay in Florence (though beware the distant ringing of the duomo bells at 7 am every morning which we got used to quickly and used as our alarm clock). The apartment has everything needed for a short or extended stay (we were there for a month). All the beds are very comfortable and roughly king size. There is lots of living space and the living room has great seating! The building is conveniently located for all the major Florence ‘must see’ sites and very near excellent restaurants as well. The hosts provided many recommendations and are extremely responsive whenever needed. My wife’s purse was stolen near the Pitti Palace (always be alert) with the apartment keys inside. The hosts replaced them within a few hours! We highly recommend the hosts and this apartment.

Awesome stay near the Duomo

This apartment near the Duomo was absolutely ideal for our Florence stay - the location can't be beat. The apartment was spacious, elegant, and clean. It had two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms and two air conditioning units to keep the apartment cool. Large windows also allowed for great airflow and provided breathtaking views. There was a small grocery store across the street and coffee shops, liquor stores, cafes and restaurants nearby - and it was situated for everything we wanted to see and do. It was also close to the train station and an inexpensive taxi ride to get there (we could have walked if our bags would have been lighter!) Niccolo and Giuseppe spoke excellent English and were great to deal with and responded promptly during the booking process. We were met at the apartment and Giuseppe helped with our bags and answered all of our questions. A gem of a place - we would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious apartment in the heart of Florence

The apartment had 2 decent sized bedrooms, a reasonably equipped kitchen and a generously sized living area. It is fabulously well located, just behind the Duomo. The hosts were quite accessible when we encountered issues. The downsides are that there is a lift, but you have to go up a long flight of stairs to access it. We encountered an issue with the electrical system - we plugged in a lamp that knocked out the power to the whole apartment. Our hosts did come and fix it, but the lamp was definitely unsafe. One couple found the bed too hard. The only other quibble was that the internet was weak.

Florence Potential

I will start with the Pro’s -Location was excellent -Easy check in process -Nice walk from the train station -Very spacious and roomy apartment -Water pressure decent Con’s -This apartment needs some love and care -EVERYTHING is just old and worn out including the sheets, blankets, and towels -Glasses were all chipped and afraid to drink out of them for fear of cutting our lips -No frills, no water, no snacks, no coffee, shampoo etc. -Could not use the 2nd bedroom, the mattress is so thin that the bed springs can be felt if pushed down on. -Apartment location is extremely noisy, most nights until 4am!!! Maybe it was because I had to sleep on the couch for our entire stay. -Coffee maker has not been cleaned in quite some time, my husband had to clean it to be able to make coffee. Overall, the apartment has so much potential if only it would be upgraded with some new bedding and towels. Some extra little things for guests would also make it so much better.

Wonderful Florence Stay

Niccolo was helpful to us before we even left for Florence because we had to change the days we booked. He was very responsive and professional. Before we left for home, Niccolo booked us a taxi for the airport since we couldn't get the taxi app to work. He is a dependable and responsive host. The apt is cozy and is like visiting a relative's home. It is spacious and comfortable. There were only 2 of us staying, and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and showers and a laundry area, although there is no dryer. I see this as a cultural difference, and our clothes dried fine on a rack. The location is just down the street from Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo). It is where we wanted to be. So close to shops and grocery stores. We frequented the caffe on the corner for coffee and breakfast items. The apt is a short walk to the train station as well. We were able to go to Bologna for a day on a fast train, and also to San Gimignano on a regional train. We were able to do a deep dive in Florence, seeing sights that a tour would not go to. The apt was a great home base. And we thought it was a very good price because we traveled in November.

This place is in an excellent location. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bed upstairs. It is a queen mattress placed on a double size frame. Not terribly comfortable. Otherwise excellent place.
