Its lovely to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay in the mountains, its very important to me that my guests are comfortable during their stay. Yes, my condo is used a lot in the wintertime, its a wonderful winter wonderland and I am sure your family would enjoy it.

I have no control how security and management handles guests check in, I always receive very high remarks regarding employees and security in the building. I can understand your frustration and apologize that you had such a bad experience. Thank you for your stay.

Just saw your review. I understand your frustration on the claim being false. Unfortunately, I have to depend on my cleaner who takes photos before and after all my guests stay in the unit. In the future its probably better that you speak/respond to cleaner directly, then correct findings can be determined. If you decide to stay another time, I will be more than happy to offer you a discount.

I acknowledged the condition of the unit was not what I wanted it was an unfortunate misunderstanding between the cleaner and I, and as you arrived just before midnight, a cleaner could not perform cleaning until 9:00 am the next day and I advised you she was coming, which she did. As you had suitcases and personal belongings on the bed the cleaner did not think it was appropriate to touch your personal belongings and make bed. She did clean the unit as usual with clean towels and clean sheets on other beds. I was unaware that she did not leave any extra sheets and if you told me that I would have had her give you some extra sheets. I do not know how or why you could not connect to the internet. I have not had any problems with previous guests as codes are displayed on internet box that is visible in the condo. I arranged a service technician to inspect unit Monday morning, and confirmed that unit did not have any problems and was working as expected. I also had an employee from the building go into unit to see if they could access the internet, and they advised that they did not have any problem. I offered you a 50% discount should you decide to visit the unit again and I also reimbursed you 38% of your stay. When reservation was confirmed I advised you would need to park in lower lot and take the shuttle that is on demand to the top of the building to obtain keys, you had the opportunity to cancel at that point if it did not t meet your expectations.

Yes, I agree the view is beautiful especially in the winter time, but when high winds persist the building posts warning signs stating the same, so naturally the glass door should not be opened, but it seems a guest did not adhere to warning and tried to open door and hence, it was broken. It is now fixed.The beds were replaced a couple of years ago and the last guest stated they were comfortable, but I will check into condition. Unfortunately, the previous guest left the remote in another room. Details regarding internet are given just in case there is any problem. The condo rules state that all guests need to take the shuttle which is on demand and takes no more than 5 minutes to parking lot. Appreciate your feedback,, I want everyones stay to be as enjoyable as possible.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in the mountains, and I truly appreciate your comments, I will definitely address the concerns regarding the bed. The shuttle is put in service when a lot of homeowners are visiting to accommodate guests. I will inquire with regards to the internet so you can access YouTube, Netflix etc. As it usually doesn't get very hot in the mountains, (unfortunately :( it happened when you visited) as you stated, most owners have not had a/c installed, its usually the heating that is in demand. Yes, the pool/Jacuzzi area is nice especially in the winter time when you can view the skiiers/snowboarders while relaxing in the pool.
