Ran de Mar, sea views villa located directly on the beach in Pollensa Bay:
'Ran de Mar' is a holiday villa, an old fisherman's house, with sea views, situated on the beachfront, in the area called 'Sa Marina', between Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa.

The completely restored house is decorated with a lot of charm, it has a living-dining room with access to the terrace and the beach, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower, one situated at the entrance of the house, next to the third bedroom, and a laundry room.

The property is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the three bedrooms and in the living room and has WIFI Internet and SAT-TV.

There is an interior patio furnished with terrace furniture and mobile barbecue, and sunbeds, to enjoy the summer evenings, and the highlight of the house is the front terrace in front of the sea, which invites you to relax listening to the waves and watching incredible sunsets and sunrises.

The area is ideal for water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, snorkelling,...

The distance to Alcudia village is 1,5 km from the house, and the distance to Puerto de Pollensa 6 km. A rental car is recommended.

Both the town of Alcudia and its port, offer a multitude of activities, you will not get bored, there is a lot to see, such as walking inside the old town of Alcudia, following the walled area, visit the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, visit the Roman theatre, the Ermita de la Victoria with its beautiful landscapes, the beaches of San Pere, Sant Joan, S'illot, Alcanada, or the long beach of Puerto de Alcudia and much more.
