Tout neuf, entièrement rénové, moderne et élégant, immense appartement de 145 mètres carrés, qui vous offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour avoir un hébergement agréable et pratique dans le centre-ville d'Athènes.
Il dispose de 4 chambres avec lits doubles et canapés-lits doubles, l'une des chambres (la principale) dispose d'un salon-salon privé. Il y a aussi un salon avec des canapés confortables et une table à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et deux salles de bains -une avec baignoire et douche et une sans-. Dans notre balcon, vous pourrez vous détendre sous le soleil grec ou profiter de la brise d'été.

Perfect all around!

Great location - 5 mins to temple of Zeus, acropolis, plaka, etc. Stella was a great hostess - arranged vans for the 9 of us to and from the airport, had wine & ouzo waiting for us and recommended a great restaurant (Stamatapolous) w fantastic food and traditional Greek music. The apt was very spacious w high ceilings. Most rooms had 2 queen size beds so great for groups. Not a lot of privacy in some rooms (separated by a curtain) but it was perfect for us. Having one shower was also no problem - great water pressure and every option for shampoo! I would highly recommend and would come back. Thanks Stella!!!

Stella and Nikos were fabulous. Property was in a perfect spot- walking distance to everything!! We had 18 people in apt for 2 days. The 1 shower was NO problem! Owners were very accommodating letting us leave luggage in apt earlier then check in so we didn’t have to lug it all around.. Stella did a great job in scheduling our transfers from ship to apt and to airport! Would DEFINITELY stay there again. Highly recommend! Hope to see you again Stella and Nikos😁

Stella was wonderful

Stella responded immediately to all questions. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and brought to the apartment and for our transportation to the ferry when we left. The apartment was clean and in a great location.

Great apartment, great location

Apartment was perfect for our stay in Athens. Great location in easy walking distance of all the major attractions. We had 9 people in our group and were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Stella was the best!! She met us at the apartment at check in and made everything so easy. She was always available if we needed anything and was very responsive. Overall, we had a great time and experience and would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to sleep a larger group in a great location at a very good price.

Walk 3 blocks to the Acropolis or Metro

Roomy clean apartment with comfortable beds within the heart of everything. We strolled the streets throughout the area, including the Centre of Planka and Acropolis. We enjoyed the local artersian and commercial shops, as well as, restaurant dining on the shaded streets . All of this within a few blocks. We loved our stay!

This place and location are awesome!

Stella was so great! Helped us with our airport tranfers, gave us suggestions and made sure we were doing ok and made sure we were taken care of. She was just incredible! Just a wonderful host! The apartment was steps away from all the tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and felt completely safe! Totally would stay here again!

Large, very clean and comfortable; excellent location

This property is a very large, clean and comfortable apartment and we could not have asked for a better location! We walked everywhere: Acropolis, Plaka, monastiraki (sp?) flea market. Highly recommend the bike tour and the walking food tour, we saw an incredible amount of Athens in two days - but the BEST part of our trip was the ease in which wonderful Stella and her husband Nikos were in arranging ALL of our transportation from the airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the ferry to Santorini, and then back from the ferry, to the airport - they had ouzo waiting for us when we arrived which is now a tradition for us when arrive anywhere new - we absolutely LOVE the beautiful people of Greece and hope to be back in the future - thank you so much Stella and Nikos!! ❤️❤️❤️

Location is fine but place is rough and needs help

I put 6 of our adult children here. Their flight was late arriving and our driver took them to the rental. He said they waited 30 min or so and he finally called her. She got into it with our driver- who is excellent- and even hung up on him. He was not happy with her and said she was ugly with him. She can easily check an arrival detail online and know if it is late. Customers cannot help it if the airline is late. As for the rental. It is too much for more than 2-3 people with only 1 shower. They were running out of hot water and not happy. Finally 2 left and went to a hotel. They also told me the beds were not good and one was especially bad. So, I cannot give this stay a good rating and wished I had not put them there. It was a bad experience all around and not a very nice place at all according to them. I do think the location is good or fine but not worth staying in a poor place. . Sorry

An amazing stay

The girls at the front desk are amazing from the moment we walked in until our last day there. They are so friendly and kind. They make you smile and laugh with their genuine Greek personalities. Loved it! The rooms were clean & very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again next time I come to Santorini.

Excellent location and good value

The apartment appears to be on a very busy road, but it is about two blocks from Plaka which is a WONDERFUL part of Athens. There are so many shops, restaurants, and bars - it is a lot of fun. You can easily walk to the Acropolis from this apartment so the location is ideal. The owners are extremely responsive - they helped us to organize transportation and we were able to reach them when we had questions or concerns. This apartment is a great value due to its location and size. It is important to read the description carefully as there is one shower for the entire apartment (plus an additional half bath) which can be tough if you have a larger group but they are very clear about this in the description. We thought that there were five bedrooms (as stated in the description) but that is not entirely accurate. There is one large bedroom that has movable dividers in it so perhaps that is why they called it two bedrooms but there definitely isn't privacy with the two areas. The three main bedrooms all have two double beds in them so the apartment can sleep a lot of people. The fourth bedroom is tiny - it has a twin bed and that's all it fits. The living areas are set up nicely. This is an excellent value for the number of people who can stay there, the location and the owners - we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and host

We enjoyed our stay at Stella's place begining of July though it was a little tight for us considering that we were a group of 12 people sharing one shower. it is an old apartment and a little run down but very centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops around it. Stella was very helpful from the beginning, accessible and responsive to our needs.

Fantastic location for Athens !!!

For Greece, this was an excellent property which represents a good vacation location and reasonable value. My family’s combined rating = 4.5/5. Strengths: location, location, location make this a 5-star rating!! It was quite close to the Acropolis, restaurants, and metro/bus are all in easy-walking distance. We never utilized the Metro/bus for all the Acropolis and nearby areas of interest as we merely walked to them to enjoy. This first floor flat was near a busy street, but was relatively quiet at this great location. A/C units made adequate white noise. Service: Stella was VERY PLEASANT to work from booking to checkout with and was ALWAYS ATTENTIVE via WhatsApp. She was a big help arranging a local vendor for a 5-person van for taxi arrival and departure. Internet: DSL - 7.5MBPS down. 0.75MBPS up — adequate, but slow for uploading pictures. We would come up back again at this LARGE flat with average European accommodations and fantastic, easy-walking distance to the central areas we wanted to be: sites & plaka - restaurants and shopping. Cons: A/C units were a little difficult to navigate and we were glad to have brought backup batteries for the remotes. A quick tutorial is helpful.

Clean, Utilitarian 4 Bedroom Apartment in Great Location

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment in late October 2017. The price is very reasonable for its size and location. The apartment is in an older building, but the unit is very clean. Three large bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. One small bedroom with a single bed. The limitation is only one full bathroom and one half bathroom, which can be challenging with a large group. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis Musuem, ten minutes to the Acropolis itself, and five minutes to the Plaka streets and Temple of Zeus. Stella was a great host.

Gute Möglichkeit für sightseeing

Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Abwicklung dementspechend unkompliziert. Die Nähe zur Akropolis und zur Plaka ist ein echter Vorteil, ebenso die Nähe zur U-Bahn (Akropoli). Die Ausstattung ist einfach und es funktioniert manches nicht. Die Wohnung liegt mit einigen Zimmern zu einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und ist daher recht laut.
