Great

Fantastic trip. The cabin was nice and clean. We ended up needing more towels and when we reached out the staff at aunt bugs were very responsive and made the process very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean & Great Amenities

This is a wonderful cabin! We LOVED enjoying the hot tub on the patio deck. Such a relaxing stay with everything you need for the perfect couple retreat. We will be back!

Quiet and private

Cabin was very neat and clean. Up to date with all expected amenities. This cabin has 2 long flights of stairs was the only rough part for older people.

Great location!

We were there for a wrestling tournament at the sports center so it was perfect. It was very cozy and the perfect size for the 2 of us. The fireplace being gas was a bonus. It has a small but very nice kitchen & the bath was a good size. It was so nice and quiet I slept like a baby!

Beautiful little rustic cabin was just what we envisioned. Very clean when we arrived. Check-in and checkout easy and fast. Would definitely would check with Aunt Bug again for a rental.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was very clean on the inside and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the indoor hot tub did not work, but we were able to use the hot tub on the deck, which was really nice! We did not expect to have to clean our own dishes and take out the trash, in addition to paying a cleaning fee. Overall, we had a great experience staying in the cabin!

Mountain getaway

Overall was a great stay. Cabin could use some updating. Hot tub was good but could need updated as jets were not that powerful. Hot tub is on street side and has direct view of neighboring cabin. Lots of steps to get into cabin so be ready for that if you have lots of things to bring in. W spent most of our time In Gatlinburg and location was pretty close to downtown. We were always able to find parking.

Stay at wild thing

Overall our stay was well. It wasn't cleaned to good toilet was dirty and hot tub had spots that were broke off that could cause injury. And looked like some trees outside needed to be trimmed. but other than that it was good

Wild thing

Just really seemed it could be a little clearer, ruff vinyl in the bathroom, some cob webs, more pans and dishes, more kitchen towels dish cloths, lots of steps up and to the cabin, need new boards for the steps and railing, front and back decks need power washing, electric grill needs replacing, all and all we had a nice stay,

Wild Thing Rental Stay

Only draw back is steps leading to entrance are long. Would not recommend to anyone who has problems climbing steps. Would be helpful to list this in description of property.

Disappointed Their was a damp, musty odor in the cabin that did not go away, there was not a view to admire. The property needed some TLC. The interior of the cabin needed to be updated. :(

Clean, but horrible mattress

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattress was our only complaint. It has to be 20+ years old and was very uncomfortable. The cabin was clean and as described. With as many people rent this place throughout the year and as much as it cost, they should be able to buy a new mattress. It was really disappointing.

Solid

The place was clean and cozy, but not all I had expected. There were never any pictures of the bathroom listed when I booked (which I took the risk) and turned out to be fine. The only real "complaints" I had were that the pillow options on the bed as there weren't very many that didn't have decorative (and uncomfortable) casings. Also, there were ice trays in the freezer, but they didn't even leave any ice for us to start with which was frustrating. The bed was also a solid 6/10 for comfort and led to me waking up multiple times throughout the night. It could have been just because I am used to my one at home, but that is my opinion. Overall, it was cozy and a great getaway spot on a budget, but I would not expect a 5 star looking place. Last little piece is that the carbon monoxide alarm had no batteries and wasn't even plugged in. Just an FYI

The cabin stunk like mildew babe stove was filthy dog chewed doors and toilet paper holder dust everywhere the bath tub took 45 minutes to fill up the fan we had to clean it was so filthy I do not recommend this place at all it was no secluded at all the two cabins was rented and they watch as my wife and I relaxed. Most horrible experience ever there was poop on the bathroom wall never dusted at all now we are sick the outlets did work toaster broke

Great getaway weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a bit difficult to find in the dark but after we found it it was a breeze to find for the rest of the stay. The cabin was comfortable and well-equipped. I loved the indoor jacuzzi and the hot tub outside was equally amazing, including a nice view of the mountains. There were two cabins close by on each side, but we never really felt like there was an issue with privacy. My only suggestion would be to have more lighting on the stairs entering the cabin, we never found a switch to turn the light on and went up and down them in the dark a few times. We are younger so it wasn't too much of an issue, but I can see it being a problem.

Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with the cabins condition and would not stay again. The carpet was nasty didn't want to walk on it honestly didn't want my Yorkie to walk on it, I know it's pet friendly but not all pet owners let their dogs just do what every on the floor. It should be hard wood or linoleum for easy cleaning so next family doesn't feel like they are walking in other people's filth, It was gross. Spider webs with eggs sacks hanging off ceiling. Mold and mildew all over the shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Wild Thing Cabin

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aunt Bugs staff are excellent.... So helpful and professional. Things went smoothly for us. The location of the cabin was quiet and private. The Hot Tub was such a nice feature and we used it daily. The Cabin needs updating... Curtain rods up with no curtains. The shower calling is mildew. Cobwebs in the cabin . The kitchen could be better supplied... 3 plates. Coffee cups all stained. There needs to be softer lighting in the living room, the bed frame is extremely loose... The house just needs more attention if it's going to be billed as LUXURY. We lived the area and our visit was still very special. I am just being honest. We did not want maintenance people in our cabin during our anniversary visit.
