Cette belle nouvelle maison est la maison parfaite pour le get de votre famille loin de LBI. Il dispose d'un bel espace de vie ouvert, magnifique cuisine gastronomique, 5 chambres, 4 1/2 salle de bains, la maison peut accueillir de 19 à 25 personnes. La maison est Oceanside, neuf maisons de la plage, et dispose de 4 ponts, y compris une terrasse sur le toit avec des vues exceptionnelles. Le pont de la cuisine sert des repas en plein air et un grill New Weber. Ce est un clôturé propriété, avec deux douches extérieures, une fonction pratique, lorsque vous arrivez juste à côté de la plage. Après que les enfants se soient endormis, les adultes peuvent faire une partie de billard dans le bar à l'étage.

A Perfect House & Fabulous Vacation

My husband & I arrived 4 hours early. I called the owner and he said...go in! I stepped into a beautiful Livingroom-kitchen-dining room combination spotlessly clean fully loaded with every imaginable appliance & kitchen necessity, plus 2 other refrigerators and two washing machines and dryers. I ran throughout the house deciding what rooms would be best for the 20 of us. As each arrived the WOW expression in their smile and verbally was heard. They chose their rooms, all with very comfortable beds, dressers, closets, TV's and ceiling fans. Then adults were excited to learn of the roof top lounge which was a wonderful get-a-away or cocktail lounge! There were at least a "million" beach towels, bikes, bogie boards & chairs. Three picnic tables & firepit in the back yard. The house is perfectly situated between the ocean and bay. In the morning we sat on the beach and watched the sun rise and, in the evening, we walked to the bay for sunset. The kids rode bikes everywhere & a short car ride to Fantasy Island, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants and shopping. The morning we left, there were lots of tears. When can we come back? We want the same house! You can bet we will. Thank you, John & Dolores, for all the effort you put into making the house so comfortable, and unforgettable!

Great beach week

The house was beautiful and very close to the beach. The whole family had a great time. Whenever we had questions, we texted the owner and he got right back to us. It was a good experience.

We had an amazing time! The home is big and beautiful, and has a great location. It is even nicer and bigger than it looks online, and is very clean as well! We hope to go back to this home next year!

Anne- We truly appreciate the excellent review and comments. We also appreciate excellent guests like yourselves that have made this experience very rewarding. Due to over-subscription on the current house we have decided after carefully planning to build an additional home on LBI. We love LBI and whole community so we are very excited about these plans. The home will mostly replicate the Hobart home.

Incredible beach house!

We have been renting this incredible home for more years that I can count and it gets better each year! Renting from John and Dolores is like staying at the home of a friend who has thought of everything to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Each year, they add new things to enhance their guests' vacations. This year, they provided even more beach towels, as well as a new shuffle board for the game room. There were bikes in the garage for our use as well as more than enough beach chairs. This house is immaculate and great for extended families or large groups. There is enough room to be together but everyone can also have their own space to read or relax. There are two washers and dryers which is so convenient for a large group. There are also three refrigerators which also come in handy. John and Dolores are incredibly responsive to any questions. You can't beat the location just a short walk to the beach. And the beautiful deck is perfect for watching the sunset. I highly recommend this gorgeous property.

AMAZING RENTAL in LBI

This home was impeccable and I could not possibly have enough space to adequately review the experience. The house was spacious, rental friendly and decorated like it was featured in a magazine. Immaculately Clean, like-new, The accommodations were exceptional and the communication with the owner was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely beach house rental for your family. I rate it an A+++++.

My family, and guest enjoyed our stay. Preparation for the guest to bring sheets, bedding, towels, and wash clothes, soap, etc. should be on hand or the renter should be informed that they need to bring it. Overall the house was clean and neat.

Our extended family had a wonderful week in Beach Haven. The walk to the beach is easy and the house allows for many spaces to relax. The home is equipped with everything you need from pots and pans to beach gear. Hope that we will be back next year.

Another amazing week at this amazing house!

We have returned for several years in a row to this incredible beach property. It easily and comfortably fits three generations of my family. We all look forward to returning year after year! There's plenty of common space to be together but also two porches, a beautiful roof deck and a large deck overlooking the enclosed backyard for those who may want to quietly enjoy the ocean air. This home surpasses all others we have rented. The owners don't overlook anything! They supply beach passes which is such a nice touch. There are two sets of washers and dryers and one is in the garage which is great for washing bathing suits and beach towels. The owners are not just renting you a house...they are sharing their home with you. John and Dolores do everything possible to make sure your stay is wonderful. They are very responsive to any questions leading up to your trip or during your stay. Can't say enough great things about this wonderful house and we can't wait to return next year!

Great family getaway!

This house has everything you need for a family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone and super close to the beach. The house is in excellent condition. Plenty of bathrooms and loved all the TV's. The roof deck is the crown jewel of the house! You can see from the ocean to the bay up there, it's just stunning! We will definitely be back again next year!

Beautiful home! The owners have seen to it that you want for nothing during your stay. The house is fully loaded with everything that you would need. There was an ample amount of brand new beach chairs, towels and badges. Short walk to beach or enjoy the views in the amazing rooftop deck. House is beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area of LBI. Fantasy Island and shopping very short drive away. Loved the peace and quiet away from the busy part of island.

Another awesome Thanksgiving!

This was our 2nd Thanksgiving here and we couldn't have been happier. The house is still in terrific condition, was stocked with everything that we needed (and then some!), and they added a few other things including a gas firepit and tons of extra chairs for both inside and outside. John and Dolores are more than gracious and are great to work with. Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful Thanksgiving with our entire family!

The Hobart Princess was the ideal choice for our family vacation. With 3 families, 2 babies and all of their equipment and supplies, and 2 dogs, this home provides more than adequate space to accommodate everyone's needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities as well as anything you might desire. In addition, John and Dolores go out of their way to provide all of the comforts of home and so much more. They are always accessible for questions and check in regularly to make sure that your stay is all that you hoped it would be. There is a pool table, volleyball court, bicycles, as well as a fire pit, where many an evening was spent relaxing together. This home is only 1 short block from the beach and a short car ride to shops, restaurants, and the amusement and water parks. As a first experience with beach house rentals, I was highly impressed and look forward to returning with our growing family in the future. Thanks again John & Dolores for an amazing week!!
