À propos de cet hébergement

Pourquoi pas? est la maison idéale pour une réunion de famille ou plusieurs familles séjournant ensemble sur l'île de Long Beach. Situé sur Taylor Avenue, cette maison au cœur de Beach Haven - 10 maisons de la plage dans un sens et Bay Village dans l'autre sens avec le parc d'attractions Fantasy Island et le parc aquatique Thundering Surf - pour que vous puissiez garer vos voitures et marcher partout!

Pourquoi pas? peut accueillir 22 personnes avec 7 chambres et 6 salles de bain. Mais le vrai plaisir vient de la piscine, du bain à remous, des terrasses extérieures à plusieurs niveaux et du salon ouvert qui comprend deux salons au plafond cathédrale, une grande salle à manger et une cuisine gastronomique. Achetés en 2015, les propriétaires ont investi beaucoup d'efforts pour rénover et tout mettre à jour.

Pourquoi pas? a trois chambres à l'étage principal et quatre chambres à l'étage. Le premier étage comprend 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Le deuxième étage abrite 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 2 lits superposés et 2 lits superposés avec 2 lits gigognes. Il y a 3 salles de bain complètes au premier étage et 3 salles de bain complètes au deuxième étage avec une grande baignoire jacuzzi dans la suite principale.

En plus de la piscine et du bain à remous, vous trouverez à l'extérieur un barbecue à gaz, un grand coin repas, une table de ping-pong / billard extérieure, une douche extérieure, un grand cabanon, plusieurs vélos et des articles de plage.

Amazing Stay in LBI

Thank you Aimee and Michael for a wonderful week with our family! The location to town, as well as the beach could not be better! The space inside was perfect for our family gatherings and the pool area was a big hit! Open and spacious, this house was exactly what we needed! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a perfect family vacation!

Amazing Beach Haven accommodations

This was the perfect house for our vacation! 16 of us stayed and there was still extra space for everyone. Beautiful layout of the home with comfortable furniture. Huge patio with pool and hot tub and tons of amenities for entertainment— beach equipment, outdoor and indoor games. We had everything we needed including responsive and caring owners! 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to coffee, food, drink and entertainment. There was fun in every direction! Would love to stay again!

Great extended family vacation!

The house was big enough for the 13 of us to be happy. It was an easy walk to the beach and the there was a wagon and lots of beach toys for us to use. There was a lack of communication about the use of linens (they are not included and we were supposed to rent or bring them). The manager fixed the problem by allowing us to use the owner’s linens. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Phenomenal house and location!

This beautiful home was a perfect spot for our family to spend time for our annual week together. The description in the listing matches perfectly with what we found when we arrived. The house is generously well stocked with household supplies and kitchenware. The pool was a big hit with the children and adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all beautifully appointed. There was plenty of room for the children to play and adults to socialize. We cooked all our meals so having two refrigerators and freezers was beneficial as well as the ice maker. We plan to book the house again.

Lovely LBI Home

Michael and Aimee's house is a must stay spot in LBI! We had the best time and the location was perfect! We spent our mornings on the beach, afternoons at the pool, and evenings in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a plethora of beach items and pool floaties! The kids also loved all the books, toys and games! We'll definitely be renting this house again because...why not!

Beautiful home with a perfect location

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped The heated pool was a fun place for all ages. There is an outdoor tv and many pool toys . The location can not be beat . Walking distance to restaurants, bars ,and shops . This is our second time in this house and probably won’t be our last .

Better Than Advertised.....would stay there again and again!

The home is amazing. The owners are very responsive. Location is fantastic one block to beach one block to shopping and restaurant’s. Never used the car once. In fact the heated pool, hot tub and deck were so great I only went to the beach one time. The owners have provided EVERYTHING in the way of beach and bay fun. Paddle board, surf boards, tubs, 14 beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing pools, you name it and I bet it’s there. The same goes for the kitchen....they have it! The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and many of the bathrooms were over the top! Aimee and Mike Thank You. Our 50th Anniversary Celebration was amazing!

We want to come back every year!

Everything about "Why Not" was perfection. This is our 5th year renting in May/June, and the 4th house we tried and I think we found it! The house was exactly as listed, and even better. It is the perfect beach house, open and airy and exactly what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I can say only good things about the house and our renting experience! Thank you!!!

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our three families. The home was decorated impeccably with such attention to detail and comfort at every turn. There were plenty of bedrooms with a variety of bedding configurations to accommodate each of our families sleeping needs. The kitchen was well organized and had all the things you could possibly need to cook and grill at home. The pool was perfect and just what our kids needed after being at the beach all day. Aimee and Michael, the owners, were responsive throughout our stay and very helpful! We hope to rent this home again next summer as we all agreed it checked off all the boxes for a perfect family beach getaway!

A wonderful experience, I would highly recomend

What a beautiful home and a well cared for property. I would rent again! The pool was so nice, we didn’t go to the beach as often as we expected. And wired for sound is so nice. And fully stocked- other than renting towels and sheets, anything I could ask for was there.

Beautiful home, steps from the beach, amusements, restaurants and shops

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Beach Haven. Spent lots of time in the pool, on the many decks and at the beach. This was the first house we ever rented that came fully equipped for cooking, baking and serving a big crowd! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us! Bob and Joyce Jones

Amazing House

This house was amazing!! The owner's Michael and Aimee have a terrific home in the best location. The pool is even bigger than expected. This is a must rental for your vacation home. My family will be back. We had ages from 1.5 to 70 years old and everyone fit comfortably.

Christmas In July!!!

First, I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Aimee and Michael. They could not have been more accommodating. The house was just great and plenty of room for everyone. Everyone loved the heated pool and the convenience of the beach . The weather was good. The town was right down the street so we got in a lot of shopping. In fact, we did Christmas in July and everyone had to get a gift for their secret "Santa". We were sorry to leave.

We had a wonderful week for our extended family of 11 adults and 5 children.

We all looked forward to our week away with a pool and the shore but little did we know that we were in an absolutely prime location. Besides the swimming we were within walking distance of shopping (coffee, ice cream, clothing, gifts), an amusement park and the bay. The home was spacious and had several areas for small groups to gather. The dining room table was parallel to a similar shaded table outside next to the pool which allowed plenty of room for all of us to eat at the same time. The few requests we had for the owners were promptly addressed. If there were to be a wish it would have been to even out the AC in the room with two full beds and the room for the children. We had to leave the children's room warmer so the adults in the other bedroom didn't freeze. Maybe this was just our lack of expertise!

We live in Rumson, NJ with our 3 children. We love to travel but haven't gone anywhere else since we started renting in Long Beach Island 6 years ago. We've rented throughout the Island and fell in love with Beach Haven. We love to entertain and Why Not? is the perfect house!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have rented on LBI for many years and our family has fallen in love with the area. With 3 children, Why Not? is in the perfect area. We can park our cars and walk or bike everywhere. We love the proximity to the beach but we can also take a walk to Bay Village and the amusements. We also love to bring other families with us, so we like having a big house with lots of beds.
