Palazzo Lezze - Appartement appartement au coeur de Venise

Appartement romantique et accueillant, récemment rénové, dans un immeuble du XVIIe siècle, situé au cœur du quartier le plus typique de la ville (Cannaregio).

Dans un quartier très calme et bien desservi, avec de nombreux restaurants traditionnels, bars et boutiques, il comprend :
- Une chambre double spacieuse
- Un grand salon avec un canapé-lit double confortable
- Une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et récemment rénovée
- Une salle de bain confortable.

L'appartement dispose du chauffage indépendant, d'un ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre et de la climatisation dans le salon.

IMPORTANT : La loi italienne réglemente :
- L'utilisation du chauffage du 15 octobre au 15 avril à une température maximale de 20 °C + 2 °C ;
- L'utilisation de la climatisation : la température intérieure minimale de la pièce ne peut pas descendre en dessous de 24 °C et ne peut pas être activée si la température extérieure est inférieure à 26 °C.

Les heures d'arrivée doivent être convenues à l'avance.

The apartment was in a beautiful old building with amazing architecture right off one of the main canals. What a great location in Venice, so close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions and away from the tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all the sites. The host are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Just wish it was a longer stay.

This unit's location is perfect. Close to great restaurants and right on one of the canals with out being in the busiest (and noisiest) areas. Air conditioning was helpful on the warmer days and let us sleep well at night. Communication with owner and check in process was easy and straightforward.

Excellent location and well furnished apartment. Check in was super easy and communication was easy/responsive. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. The unit failed to get the bedroom cool enough for our liking.

Excellent stay in Cannaregio

I really enjoyed my stay in this well maintained and spotlessly clean apartment. It had all I needed for a great stay, right on a quiet canal street and really close to nice neighbourhood restaurants which are a bit quieter than most. Would highly recommend this property, great location, friendly host.

Lovely Place

Filipo and Silvia have designed a lovely and very comfortable apartment located right by the canal. They are very responsive hosts and make themselves available. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. We highly recommend for a stay in this most romantic city.

Quiet area close to centre

Simple but had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, everything worked, including the air-con. Really nice quiet area with a range of eateries 5 minutes from supermarket and Grand Canal vaporetta stop. Friendly helpful and good communication host. We would stay there again.

Wonderful apartment

We highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and easy to get everywhere. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay a few days longer in Venice. Thank you for the awesome lodging.

Clean, cozy apartment

My teenage daughter and I loved this apartment. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but a bit outside the most crowded touristy spots. The apartment had everything we needed, was easy to check in to, and Filippo was most helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Venice.

Lovely Stay in Venice

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. It's in a great neighborhood, away from the busyness of the rest of Venice and has great restaurants and gelato right nearby. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed, and easy to access. The area and building felt very safe and, after days of climbing up and downstairs, the first floor location was appreciated. Thanks, Filippo!

Ideal location for exploring and easy to get to and from airport

From the time I booked the apartment to the end of the stay , Fillipo was great at communicating and helping me with any questions I had. The apartment is in a really lovely neighbourhood, with good restaurants and ice cream parlour. Easy to walk to and from sightseeing and the airport. The apartment is very clean and in a lovely building. It has everything you need. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would book again.

From the start, Filippo was extremely helpful and communicative. The apartment is in a wonderful location with lots of charm and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We highly recommend it.

Good for family

Overall, the experience was good. The host responded quickly and was helpful. Check-in was flexible and easy. The property is great for families — the kitchen is very functional and had almost everything we needed.For future travelers: we had some trouble with the location on Google Maps when entering the address. The host ended up sending us a pin instead, which worked fine. The internet speed was good once connected; however, you may need to restart the router in the morning. Otherwise, there might be no connection or an error saying the password is incorrect — a simple fix.Restaurant options in the neighborhood is good, we actually preferred them over the ones in busy city center.Please note: it's about a 20–25 minute walk from the train station, which can be quite challenging with luggage and kids, especially in hot weather.

Location, Location, Location!

This apartment was right where we wanted to be! The view caught my attention when booking this apartment, but it was the fun street and proximity to everything that made it a great spot. Vino Vero and Al Timon just a block or so away, great food and cichetti! Gorgeous views, and so much more. The apartment was so spacious and included everything we needed for a great stay. The host was very responsive and provided answers to every question we had. I would definitely choose this same apartment on a visit back to Venice.

Great location

You are walking distance to just about everything including good restaurants. The apartment is located on the first floor and it can get a little loud on the weekends because a lot of people are walking by but that didn’t bother us. There was WiFi but our devices would not connect stating low security as the reason. The hot and cold water in the shower is tricky to figure out and changes while showering so be careful with young children. Overall it fit our needs and the location is what we were paying for so it was good for two adults that were only there to sleep.

Colours of Venice

Excellently situated, perfect for exploring all of Venice on foot. Great for food shopping,and for eating out…very unspoilt. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.Two minor concerns…the recycling though very detailed in instructions didn’t make sense with the bins, and the shower is very difficult to regulate going from near scalding to cold, independently of the controls. But with all of wonderful Venice on your doorstep, the apartment definitely is exactly as advertised.

Fabulous Venice trip

Filippo was very helpful thru out check in process and the apartment is in a very great location close to the market etc. Only problem we had was Filippo had told us we could walk from the train station to the apartment in 20 mins but with our heavy luggage going up and down various stairs was one crazy thing. Suggestion for Filippo to tell future customers to take water taxi if they have suitcases. Other than that, apartment was great. Thank you Filippo :)

A lovely and roomy apartment

Everything was just beautiful. Loved the location and the apartment. Only downside that host was intense about our arrival time, for several days prior, which we did not know prior to leaving the area we were in. We also cautioned that our phones were not working well and if we were not directly on Internet, that our comm. may be tricky. The intensity continued and felt angry to us. Same when leaving, the question about leaving was followed with four ?. We did leave before checkout and really were feeling pressured. I am also a host and do not pressure my guests on either side of their visit.

Disappointed!

The apartment had a beautiful kitchen, and living room. Bedroom was very nice too. The problems we had were with the shower, which ran hot and cold and we couldn’t regulate it. The air conditioning unit worked well but there was only one unit to cool 3 rooms. The ceiling fan in bedroom wobbled back and forth, and looked like it was going to fall down. Also made noise so we couldn’t sleep. The cool air did not make it into the bedroom. And we had some very hot days and nights.

Merveilleux emplacement

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits en couple, avec deux enfants (4 et 6 ans). L’appartement était très agréable, spacieux, dans un quartier très agréable, paisible et néanmoins proche de tout. L’hôte a été très à l’écoute et arrangeant pour l’arrivée et le départ. Un vrai bonheur !

Location propre et parfaitement conforme à l'annonce Le propriétaire communique et répond aux questions ou demandes de façon très efficace. L'emplacement est idéal : à la fois proche des principaux monuments mais suffisamment en retrait pour profiter dans le calme du labyrinthe des petites ruelles, des canaux...

Séjour dans quartier Cannaregio

Appartement correspondant à la description, dans une rue calme, proche des commerces. A 15min à pied du pont Rialto, 20min de la Place St Marc et aussi de la gare Merci à Filippo pour toutes les informations données avant notre arrivée, pour l' accueil , pour la balade en bateau dans la lagune, et Merci à Sylvia d' avoir garder nos bagages le dernier jour afin que nous puissions profiter encore de cette ville magique

Perfect host, perfect home, perfect holiday. You must book this!

I travelled with my family to Venise for 3 days. 2 adults + 2 kids. I have been in Venise many times but 1st with kids. About the place: it is a nice apartment in a very magnificent building. High ceilings, big windows, nice proportions. Charming furniture, comfortable bed and sofa-bed. The kitchen is well served with a high table for 4. The bathroom is perfect and even has a small bathtub! About the location: it has the perfectly near of transportation towards the airport (Fte.Nove) and the vaporetto for the great Canal (ça d'oro). The area is not a hotspot for sightseeing but it is one of the top 3 for the perfect mixture of a real Venitian neighbourhood and amenities like fashionable restaurants, bars and bakery Only 5 min away from Strada Nova with lots of things, a huge supermarket and main street towards rialto/St Marco or in the other way, towards sta. Lucia. About our host, Filippo, he is great! Just reactive, fluid, nice and welcoming. Communication and fixing the time of arrival and departure was easy, and he helped us having everything ready before arriving. Even some pasta so we could feed our starving kids at 11pm :). Thank you so much Filippo! So a great experience. Definitely as much as I can I will return here! Just perfect and fully recommended!
