Suite de haut niveau sur les sables de la magnifique plage de Carbon à Malibu. Une chambre / une salle de bain avec lit queen et canapé-lit queen-size supplémentaire dans le salon. Que vous décidiez de manger à l'extérieur ou de commander, une cuisine entièrement équipée vous permet également de préparer vos propres repas à déguster directement au-dessus de l'eau dans la salle à manger "flottante" ou à l'extérieur sur la terrasse privée dans un coin salon confortable. Sont également inclus AC, TV HD à écran plat avec système audio Sonos, Internet sans fil et Apple TV.

La suite offre une vue panoramique imprenable de la jetée de Malibu à Santa Monica et au-delà. Carbon Beach est l'une des plages les plus prisées de tout Malibu. À quelques pas de grands restaurants de la jetée de Malibu ou à pied de la plage de votre chambre au célèbre Nobu, joyau de la couronne du célèbre chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Cette propriété est située au centre de Malibu. Perfect beach location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything was great! It was very clean and neatly appointed. The balcony was the perfect place to watch and hear the ocean waves. The windows around the dining table with the screens open were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again our next visit.

Gorgeous space and location

Simply loved our time at this condo. The view truly couldn't get better anywhere you stayed. It felt like heaven. Cozied up in front of the gas fireplace and could hear the waves outside. Short walking distance to the pier, coffee spots and restaurants. Appreciated the amenities as well. LOVED this place and only hope to stay there again one day if our travels bring us back to Malibu.

Little gem in Malibu.

My family of four had a great stay in this rental. The place itself has a cool and casual beach feel and the views cannot be beat. Waking up to the ocean literally steps from your door is what a vacation is all about... A true change of scenery. Also, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of this rental as well as it's great location within Malibu. The owner was a pleasure to work with...very responsive and efficient. Would definitely recommend it as well as stay here again when in Malibu!!!

Malibu dump

The building is very old and falling apart,I would not recomend anyone staying here. It looks like they are waiting for the next storm to destroy the building and collect the insurance . Very disapointed.

Bucket List Item Exceeded Expectations

My husband & I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip down the PCH. One of my “bucket list” items was to stay on Carbon Beach in Malibu. This little gem in the heart of all things Malibu was the perfect spot! The apartment was very warm and comfortable. I spent the mornings on the balcony watching the break of dawn turn into sunrise. During the day we walked the beach, gathering rocks and sea glass. We were delighted when we spotted a school (about 8) of dolphins swimming alongside us. That evening we saw to seal pups on the beach. The location cannot be beat! It is very close to all sorts of restaurants, and shopping at both Malibu Pier and Malibu Country Mart. The rental itself it fully loaded with everything we needed for our stay, including towels, beach towels, a kitchen with all the gadgets, flatware, pots and glassware we needed. The owner was very reachable and answered every one of my questions with a quick and complete response. Thanks to making this part of our trip down the PCH my very favorite, my husband had to pull me away!

4th stay here. Best location on the water, easy walks everywhere including Nobu and Malibu Pier. Cruz - property manager is fantastic, quick to respond and super helpful!

Relaxing getaway on the water

Really enjoyed our stay here, very cozy unit that is as close to the ocean as you can possibly get. The dining room view in particular was breath-taking, and we enjoyed watching the surfers near the pier each morning while we had breakfast. The host was very responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay.

If you’re looking for a sunset view and miles of beach to walk right out your back door, this is not the place for you. The tiny “beach” is inaccessible majority of the day as the waves come right up to the property. That said the host was wonderful, the property cozy and the sound of the waves truly relaxing. If you’re up for driving to close by beaches and exploring, it’s a good jumping off point.

Malibu Stay

Property is easy to find and right on the beach. You can hear and see the ocean views from the condo. It was great to be able to step onto the beach and they did a really nice job with having towels and ways to remove the sand coming from the beach. The condo seems to be a work in progress with updates happening on the property. It does still need some work.

Cute little condo in Malibu

The place is right on the beach. Super cute and clean. It’s definitely beachy, meaning the salt water has made the patio a bit more rustic but the patio furniture was nice, I feel like most places at any beach have a bit of the beach, rustic vibe. Waking up to the ocean is such a treat! You can walk to the pier and nobu and having meals at the dining table is magical, right on the water. This place was worth every penny we had the best weekend!

Wegen des Einreiseverbotes in die USA konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten. Weder der Vermieter, noch der Vermittler waren für uns erreichbar oder für eine Lösung bereit. So bleibt uns nur der Klageweg, ich kann nur vor diesem Modell mit amerikanischen Vermittler mit Mietverträgen nach amerikanischen Recht warnen!

Not Worth the Money

This property is overpriced and in lousy condition. There are health and safety problems as well as aesthetic issues. The fireplace gas valve leaked when turned on. There was a leaky sewer pipe, dripping sewage. The light on the outside stairway was not on causing the stairs to be dangerous at night. The beautiful photos in the ad are not representative of the actual condition of the property. The highlighted “floating” dining room with a 180 degree view of the ocean had windows that were cloudy, significantly obscuring the view. The bathroom window screen was ripped and the sill was so deteriorated that the window wouldn’t close. The Promotional photo of the balcony showed that it was in great condition with 3 wooden slats and a lovely padded lounge. The actual balcony railing had 6-7 old slats with chipped paint and different furniture. We spoke to the property manager about all of this this and he seemed to have known about the problems already. No resolution was offered to compensate for these issues.
